For future reference to all members: even though the first mod who approves your biography reccomends something, it might actually be inaccurate. So if another mod reccomends something different, I would suggest taking it into consideration rather than just saying "they told me it should be that way". Because the person who first accepts a profile is usually the one who is incorrect about something on a bio.

That was more for everyone than just for you.

EDIT: To Fox the Hacker: Seeing that most of our admins are out right now, wait until Thursday and see if you have recieved your second approval. If not, go ahead and post it up.

Clan: The Fuyu Clan. This Clan specializes in Genjutsu. They are good in Ninjutsu, but they are the best in Genjutsu. They have good chakra control since they use a lot of Genjutsu. They teach their kids at a young age, before they enter the Academy, how to control their chakra well.

The Fuyu Clan didn't really bother with many of the politics in Amagakure. They usually kept to themselves and when asked what they thought about things like that, they refused to answer. There are some members of the Clan who take an active part in the politics, but 95% of them don't.

Their lifestyle is fairly simple. They train for about an hour or two everyday around the same time and then usually split up and do their different things. They eat together and sometimes do other activites with each other. Most of the time is spent doing their own thing though.

They often have black hair and blue or a goldish color for their eyes. Their skin is generally pale with a slight hint of a golden tint to it. They also tend to use weapons that have big blades of them.

They Clan originated from Ishi's great-grandfather. Because the Clan keeps to themselves mostly, there is little known about them. What is known though, is when they decided to do something, they stick to it and their mind cannot be changed no matter what. They could be wrong but they will not change their opinion.

Appearance: Ishi has golden-yellow eyes, light black hair, and pale skin with a slight hint of a tan(although the only part of his skin that you can see is his face and neck). His build isn't real big nor is it really small. It was about average for his strength and posses the right amount of strength that he needs. Ishi is very attractive and he knows it. Sometimes he will play on that and sometimes he won't. It just depends on who he is around at the time. He has a scar on the left side of his face that he got when he was little because he did something and it made his parents mad and they cut him.

Attire: See picture. His hetai-ate is worn where the band on his head his. The hetai-ate also bears the slash through the four lines that represent the Rain village. He also wears the mask of a tracker-nin and only takes it off when his opponent is about to die so that he can see who killed him. His weapons pouch is worn on his upper right leg where the belt on his leg is. The pouch is attached to the belt.

Demeanor: Ishi doesn't really hate other people, but he doesn't like them either. He generally tries to avoid people as much as he can since he is a missing-nin and would likely get reported if he stayed in one place for too long. When he is fighting, he likes to give others a chance to beat him. He thinks that no one can beat him because he is so good at Genjutsu. Ishi is very full of himself. He is also very sadistic.

Biography: Ishi was born into the Fuyu Clan and grew up training with them. He grew stronger and stronger and surprised the Clan because he was stronger than most of the other kids his age in the Clan. He wasn't strong enough to beat any of the adults, but he got close a couple of times.

When he was the right age, he entered into the Academny. Because of the minimal training that he recieved from the Clan, he was able to graduate in a few years. When he turned fifteen, he passed the Chuunin Exams and became a Chuunin. He didn't want to remain a Chuunin so he did his best to become a Jounin. When he turned eighteen, he became a Jounin to his pleasure.

A year or two later he ended up becoming an Advanced Jounin and he stayed at that rank. As soon as he became a Chuunin, he joined the Fuseikigun. He had wanted to for the longest time and when he gained the oppourtunity to, he did. He was the only one out of the Clan to join the group.

When he was twenty-one, it seemed like his Clan had left without him. Because he was the only one there, and there was some blood in various places, people blamed him for it. He got angry and killed some of the people. He had to hide for a couple of days before he found a way to get out of the village.

He was seen leaving the village and was reported to the Kage. He became a missing-nin and started to be hunted. He enjoyed the thrill of being hunted while at the same time he hunted his hunters. After a year he got tired of it and killed them while they were sleeping.

He sneeks into other villages and sleeps in abandoned houses or buildings. He also eats at the ramen stands and gives a different name until he is about to leave the village. When he is stopped and asked his name as he is about to leave a village, he will give them his real name and take off, knowing a chase will come.

He has yet to venture into Mist, Leaf, Sound, and Sand. He is debating on which one he is going to go into next. When he was twenty-five, he encountered some tracker-nins from the Rain Village and was surprised when he was almost caught. He managed to get away, but it was just barely. When he was certain that he would win, he went in search of them and found them. He toyed with them a bit before he eventually killed them.

He knows what happened to his Clan but he does not tell anyone. He was responsible for the disappearance of his parents and younger sister, but not for the rest of the Clan. The blood that some of the Rain shinobi had seen had belonged to his parents and sister. He had killed them because he had been tired of how they would treat him on occasion. He does not regret what he did because in his eyes they had deserved it. Because of his strength, some of the older adults have called him many things that are not human that have strength that a human cannot have. He just shrugs it off like it was an everyday thing. Well, it was an everyday thing until he took off.

Description: A simple jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique.

Title: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Rank: E
Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. For every 5 points of Control and Reserves above the requirement, you can create another Mizu Bunshin, to a maximum of ten clones total.
More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, Water Clones are capable of attacking, except each Clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original.

Title: Suiton: Suiren no Jutsu (Water Element: Water Lily Technique)

Description: An innocent name for a destructive technique. The user can make small amounts of water explode into a barrage of painful needle-like drops that would remind one of hailstones. They spread out in all directions and cannot be controlled by the user, so they pose a certain danger to the user as well.

Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.

Description: Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move. The chains last two minutes.

Title: Abura Bunshin no Jutsu (Oil Clone Technique)

Description: A powerful clone much alike the Mizu Bunshin. However, when attacked, it does not fall apart. Instead, the oil will flow back together, and will even try to constrict that which hit it; using Taijutsu against an Abura Bunshin is a very bad idea. Most elements, though, such as water, thunder and sand, instantly dispose of it. Fire does so as well, but may bring forth some complications...

Title: Suiton: Kanketsusen no Jutsu (Water Element: Geyser Technique)

Description: Upon command, the user can force a powerful stream of water to rise from the ground, at any desired place. This stream of water comes at such a speed, that a direct hit could shatter ribs with ease. Rising up into the air for at least a hundred feet, the blast explodes when reaching it's top, and the water comes down in the shape of thousands of small water needles, injuring any opponent that may have considered himself safe after dodging the blast.

Title: Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)
Rank: D
Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick fog, confusing the senses of the enemy. The only difference between the ninjutsu version is that the enemy also feels a bit chilly, since most fog occurs in fall and winter, and the genjutsu is broken when the user is caught. This genjutsu lasts as long as the user continues to channel their chakra into it.

Title: Chinpunkanpun no Jutsu (Incomprehensible Babble Technique)

Description: The target no longer understands spoken and written language. He/she can hear sounds coming from a mouth, but the mind is unable to make words and sentences out of it. This effect can last for several minutes, if not hours, if not properly dealt with.

Title: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu (Sly Fellow Mind Skill)
Rank: D
Description: An illusion which changes an opponent's perception of the surroundings and makes them walk around in circles. This technique is used to physically and mentally drain an opponent, so they are unprepared for an attack. This jutsu lasts as long as the user maintains their concentration on this jutsu and then for another post after they stop.

Description: Another low level technique, one that makes it feel like the target is choking on something. Hampering their ability to breath, and causing them to cough and splutter violently as they try to dislodge the imaginary object.

Title: Eiri Hitoame no jutsu (Sharp Rainfall Technique)
Rank: C
Description: A simple technique but known to drastically change the way a fight is going. Anything small such as dirt or rain that is falling on the target, is met with the pain of a senbon needle. This is to say, something like a droplet of water would feel like the target?s skin is being pierced by senbon needles.

Title: Munashi no Jutsu (Futility Technique)
Rank: C
Description: A strange and unorthodox technique, because the user has absolutely no control over it. The target's mind will be affected in such a way that the target considers all his own actions in vain. Doom scenarios will arise with every thought, making it impossible to make choices, act instantly and fight accordingly. The effect only lasts two minutes, during which the character will be in immense struggle with himself. When the effect wears off, the target will realize if someone tries to use this technique on them instantly, and it will immediately be canceled.

Title: Genjutsu Youi (Genjutsu Preparation)
Rank: C
Description: A skill with no instant effects. What it does, however, can be more lethal than any other technique. Every time Genjutsu Youi is used on a target, that specific target's defense against genjutsu of the specific user will weaken. This means that for every time Genjutsu Youi is used on the same target, the target will suffer an additional post from all other genjutsu used by the same user. Genjutsu Youi can only be used twice a time on one specific person, and it's effects wear off after 72 hours. For the skilled hunter with enough time on his hands, this technique is a must.

Title: Ryoshuu no Jutsu (Lonely Journey Technique)

Description: This jutsu makes a group of target unable to see each other, even when standing right next to each other. They cannot see, hear or smell each other; all basic five senses deny the presence of their teammates. This jutsu works on groups of up to five people, and stays active as long as at least one person did not realize the genjutsu yet. This means that even if four of five targets realize they're in a genjutsu and are screaming to their teammates to snap out of it, all five still can't see or hear each other. Therefore, the main target is usually the weakest mental link. During this jutsu, it's easy to take down enemies one by one, leaving the weakest link standing to ensure the effects will last long enough.

Title: Umanohone no Jutsu (Doubtful Fellow Technique)
Rank: B
Description: The target caught in this jutsu will begin to act out of character. For reasons he himself does not understand, he may use words he normally wouldn't, take stances he normally wouldn't, dislike things he'd usually like, and vice versa. A subtle technique, Umanohone no Jutsu pulls a lot of attention and distrust towards the target, as teammates will begin to think their teammate is not who he says he is. The effects last up to five minutes on Genin, three on Chuunin and two on Jounin. Of course, even when the effect wears off, this does not erase the fact the target already put himself in a doubtful position

Title: Kyoufushou Meikyou no Jutsu (Fearsome Shades of the Dead)
Rank: A
Description: The user's eyes need to lock with those of the target, creating a stare which cannot be broken. During this time, the user digs up the memory of everybody in the target's past that died, and shows their deaths all over again, in gruesome shapes. If there are not enough people to show, the skill will continue by showing the deaths of those the target holds dear, no matter if they actually still live or not.
Rule of Use: For Chuunin, the jutsu also lasts one turn, but leaves the enemy disorientated for two turns. When a Jounin uses this technique, it lasts for two turns, and leaves the enemy disorientated for three turns.

You know...The list of Jutsu's isn't as long as it looks xD This is Kaji's older brother, and he has reasons for each of the things which seem overpowered, if you have a problem, tell me. I'll fix it, I think it'll be a long shot to expect to pass as-is considering all, then again...He would be getting to his physical prime soon.

Appearance: Kyoji's body is toned from the years of training that most ninja go through in Suna, only instead of only doing what was necesary, he trained to become stronger than any before him. and it shows. His muscles, while not huge, are toned and large enough to show off the training he went through almost daily for the majority of his life. The Genkou training he has gone through has not only toned the muscles, but they are near rock hard. His skin is tanned much more than those who live outside of the desert. His eyes are a dark blue hue and his hair black, which he wears pulled back most of the time into a ponytail, when in such it reached the center of his back.

Attire: Kyoji does not wear his forehead protector for many occasions, once in a while he will put it on for the sake of nastalgia, but rarely in public. . Kyoji can normally be seen wearing loose fitting clothing in order to keep from the heat, or layers depending on where he is...On his right hand there is a rounded onyx embedded into the back of his glove's palm. Kyoji's boots and gloves have strips of steel hidden inside of the fabric for added protection and damage in attacks...Not that he really needs it. His main clothing consists of a loose, white, sleeveless shirt and simple white cloth pants, nothing special about them.

Demeanor: Kyoji has a habbit of bottling feelings that he feels to be inappropriate. This does not mean he won't make a fool of himself, just not as often as if he let them out freely. At times he can seem to be cold, when in fact he truthfully cares, but can't find a way to show it. Despite his military-like training since a young age, Kyoji managed to keep his good humor and light heart. He lives to protect his village, or more accurately, the villagers. This doesn't mean he will only protect those from Suna, no, that would go against his beliefs. More than once he has been repremanded by the higher-ups for going against orders to stop a raid on a village if he was passing through on a mission...It is also the reason he deserted the Ninja village.

Biography:
Born outside of Suna, Kyoji didn't appear to be too much different from the other non-ninja children. Atleast until they were six years old. He was rather happy until his eigth year of life, when his younger brother was just three years old. Towards the middle of the summer, on one of the darker nights of the year, bandits raided his village. During the raid, his brother was taken from them and they were unable to find him despite many searches with skilled trackers. After that incident, his family moved to Suna and enrolled Kyoji in the academy at the age of nine, hoping that eventually he could find their lost child.

Kyoji took this opportunity eagerly, with the possibility of reuniting with his lost brother as his motivation, Kyoji began to train daily, even at this young age. True he was being trained to protect Suna, but that wasn't his only purpose. He studied, learned any Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu he could, quickly surpassing his classmates. Before his time at the acedemy was up he graduated early do to his skills, some go so far as to say he was past the level of Chuunin in skill...Perhaps he was not experienced, but what he lacked in that, he made up in knowledge and quick learning.

After graduating from the academy, top of his class, Kyoji began to take missions that many thought would be too much for him, at first hoping to find his brother...Slowly it dawned on him that he would likely not find him by taking missions only inside of the Wind Country...Or else he would have returned to their family already.

He took the Chuunin exams on his first year as a Genin, despite the fact he did have a skilled team, many say without him they would have been eliminated in the first challenge. After passing the exam and becoming a Chuunin, Kyoji began to take as many missions as the Kazekage would allow him. Honing his skills in intense daily training caused Kyoji to come to the selection of Jounin easily, he had surpassed each member of his class quickly. Kyoji became a Jounin at the age of 14. After becoming a Jounin he took the doors that were not previously opened to him and took missions across the world, so far he has been to every ninja village except Konoha...Which happens to be his next destination.

Continuing his training, now in the art of Gouken, or the Iron Fist style (which he would continue to hone to this day still not mastering it from the other techniques he learned), he eventually caught the eye of the Kazekage, SAWA, the elite Ninja Squad, similar to Konoha's own, wished to have him in it...And he eagerly accepted. After a two years in SAWA, and a short time before he would likely become a squad leader, Kyoji was ordered to put down a rebellion in a village near his home, it was being incited by a small group of Ninja, none of which would likely be able to Challenge Kyoji.

Once he had arrived at the village, he was bombarded with news which shattered his beliefs. He had trusted the Kazekage completely, he knew him to be a tad ruthless, it was true. But never had he suspected this. Over the years the Kazekage had actually ordered attacks on villages, one of which happened to be his own, in order to convince more of the families outside of Suna to strengthen the ranks with more young Ninja...Without a word, Kyoji did not return to Sunagakure, nor did he stay and help with the rebellion.

These past eight years Kyoji has been travelling across the world, working for food as a fighter for hire of sorts. He has stayed, and made friends in several small villages across the world, but has yet to find anywhere, or anyone to settle down with. He continues his intensive training even today, but must conceal his Chakra when travelling through Ninja Villages in order to avoid any problems. Once in a while, he will find a Ninja who is willing to teach him, hence those which are strangely found in his arsenal. On average he spent one or two years training with the ninja, becoming stronger not only physically but his aresenal of Jutsus growing rather large. (It's possible for him to have them, learning one or two, even three Jutsus is highly possible. He spent two years in each country learning them. ^-^ And the unaccounted for time is spent travelling. )

Despite the fact he has nearly given up on finding his brother, he still hopes to find him...Even though he believes it will never happen.

Title: Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Rank: E
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone.

Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques from Stage 1 without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) For every 4 points above the requirement, the next higher stage of Mist Ninjutsu can be used without a water source.

Stage Eight always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.


Title: Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)
Rank: D
Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground, and remain in that form for a number of posts equal to half his Stamina rating (round up.) This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.


Title: Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
Rank: C
Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user?s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.

Power 8, Control 8: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level (stage 2) fire ninjutsu.

Power 10, Control 10: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Fire Ninjutsu (stage 3) can still destroy the blade, however.

Power 12, Control 12: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu (Stage 3 or under) and using it as a defensive sweep can negate stage 1 Fire ninjutsu.

Power 15, Control 15: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu (stage 5) is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to stage 2 fire techniques.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to enter the ground and "swim" in it for a limited time.


Title: Sekkai Bunshin no Jutsu (Rock Clone Technique)

Description: A clone is actually created out of rock, not just dirt and other pieces of earth. This clone is faster and stronger than a simple earth clone; they can also perform any genin level jutsu that the performer knows.


Title: Tsuchi Tou Tou (Swift Earth)
Rank: Academy Level o.o; F?
Description: When performing this jutsu the shinobi places his/her hands on the ground and causes it to move rapidly away as if it were a conveyor belt. As the shinobi increases in skill and Rank the size, speed, and range of this jutsu all increase.


Title: Raiton: Jishakute no Jutsu (Thunder Element: Magnet Hand Technique)
Rank: E
Description: A basic ninjutsu in which the user forces chakra into the hand, creating a strong magnetic current. Small steel objects are drawn towards the hand, and allow the user to grab things located on a distance, and can also help the user catch kunai or shuriken aimed for him/her out of the air.


Title: Chakra Tsuitou
Rank: E
Description: During chase procedures, when the user has been closer to the target than 20 feet, and having had the ability to see the target clearly under those circumstances, the user can remember the target's chakra currents and distinguish these for a number of posts equal to the user's control divided by two. If the enemy uses a Genjutsu, or gains a difference of more than a mile, the user will lose track of the target.

Description: Basically your typical clone, formed from wind. It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.


Title: Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu

Description: Utilizing and controlling the wind, the user is able to force the wind beneath an object in order to force it to rise up from the ground. The effectiveness of this jutsu is very much dependant upon the weight of the object in question, so large objects will take longer to lift, while lighter objects can be quickly lifted. Additionally, as the jutsu works by forcing wind beneath the targeted object, the higher the object gets, the harder it is to raise it any higher. The users control affects the speed at which they may raise an object, as well as mass.


Title: Yadama Furooseigyo

Description: A basic skill for those learning to master the art of wind control. With the ability to control air currents the user can utilize them to their advantage when throwing projectiles such as kunai or shuriken, using the wind to aid the speed and trajectory of their weapon.


Title: Hanpatsu Kaze no Jutsu

Description: Creating a small gust of wind, the user utilizes it to push towards them instead of away, specifically to push nearby objects towards them. Depending on the user?s control, he/she can push from small object, to even people.

Name: Suna Bunshin no Jutsu

Description: Creates clones out of the sand. Uses small amount of chakra and requires the presence of sand to perform. It is fully functional, meaning it can attack and be attacked but it has the appearance of sand so it's useless to use as a distraction. Due to it?s nature of being formed out of sand this bunshin is more solid than most, meaning things such as explosive tags can be put on them.

Description: After mastering the appropriate stages, the user is able to use sand techniques by converting soil into sand for the duration of the technique.
Stage 3 ? Once all jutsu at stage three and below are taken, the user may use all of those techniques in conjunction with the soil conversion technique, but stage four and higher cannot be used without sand where indicated.
Stage 5 ? This is the same as above, except for stage five and below, allowing the use of those techniques in conjunction with the soil conversion technique

Description: Before releasing a projectile such as a kunai or shuriken, the user first coats it with a thin layer of sand. The main purpose of this is to get sand within a wound when the projectile strikes, inflicting extra pain to distract the enemy.


Name: Suna Jishaku

Description: As the Name of this jutsu implies, this technique allows the user to draw sand towards them. The user simply forms one hand into a seal, and holds their other hand out, attracting the sand towards their outstretched hand. They can attract any sand in the area towards them, providing that they can see it, and that the sand is not currently under another persons control. The amount of sand they can draw towards them is dependant on the users control. At low levels only a bare few handfuls of sand can be drawn towards them at one time, while with much higher control (nearing 40) the user can draw vast amounts of sand, enough for five to ten sand clones.


Name: Suna Shuriken

Description: Creates shuriken out of sand. Uses a small amount of chakra and uses sand and hardens it to pose as a shuriken. The sand shuriken may be created from any source of sand and launched to an opponent by the user. Requires extra chakra to "throw" the shuriken if you do not throw it yourself.


Name: Sunamuchi

Description: The user plunges his hand into the sand, then draws out a length of whip made completely out of sand and chakra. It is around the thickness of a child?s arm. This jutsu creates something that is more of a feisty rope than a true, flexible whip. With the whip, the user can attack his opponent from a short distance, either aiming for a blow that stings the enemy with sand particles, or wraps around a part of their body. If successfully caught, the user can send even more chakra through the whip, constricting his victim enough to break a bone or two. However, most taijutsu users of Chuunin level or above can break free if bound. Additionally small spikes can rise out of the sand whip for more damage potential.

Description: A technique handy when the user is left defenseless against an opponent. Performing a series of seals and holding their hand above the ground, large amounts of sand will fly towards the user as if being drawn by a magnet. The sand will clump and stick together in an elongated shape that will take the form of a bo staff. It can be used in the exact same fashion as that of a normal staff, that is to deliver and defend attacks to or from the enemy, though due to it?s nature it can only take so much punishment before crumbling. Additionally the user can cause the entire length of the staff to be covered in sand spikes which can rip and tear skin if a direct hit is given.


Name: Sunagakure

Description: The user must be around a lot of sand to do this. By pulling the users body into the sand slowly the user is able to move around underneath the sand undetected and able to breath. Additionally this same jutsu may be used to move beneath normal earth, but the user will not be able to move as fast as if they were underground.


Name: Kaze Shunshin

Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a gust of wind. The user has to have been to the area before, and be able to sense the location with his own chakra before being able to transport himself there. This means that the distance is limited to about one mile. Not to be used for combat purposes. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used in the same post if the shinobi has attacked or defended.


Name: Suna Tsuka (Sand Mound)

Description: Forming a single seal, the user changes their body into a pool of sand which is quite small in mass, smaller than the user originally was. While in this form, the user may move, albeit very slowly, as such it is not a good technique for a heated battle. The user may maintain this form for a considerable length of time, though any direct attacks at the sand puddle will result in the jutsu dispelling, and the user potentially suffering injuries as a result.


Name: Suna Futoiude (Great Arm of Sand)

Description: A huge arm forms from the sand, and tries to grab the enemy with it's large clawed hand. This jutsu usually forms an intro to Sabaku Kyuu, but can also be used as a shield or powerful punch. The arm can be guided, and stretch easily beyond 50 feet in length.


Name: Sabaku Kyuu

Description: A jutsu first seen when used by Gaara of the Sand. Chakra controls sand so that it surrounds the opponent or parts of his body, capturing them completely in sand. Only the face is spared to allow breathing. When the opponent is captured, they may be lifted into the air and may even be attached to something. Breaking out of this is incredibly difficult, even for taijutsu specialists, pure avoidance is best when faced with this jutsu.


Name: Kyoubou Suna Arashi (Raging Sandstorm

Description: By drawing out all the sand in the vicinity in a huge wind the user forces all the sand toward their opponent causing an extremely lethal storm of slashing sand particles. Not only can this jutsu erode skin and strip large amounts of flesh all over the opponent?s body, the sand will remain in the wounds, heightening the stinging pain and making it hard to clean the wounds afterwards.

Description: A follow up technique after the Sabaku Kyuu. This technique is usually a kill technique that uses the sand trapping the person to either utterly crush them, or rip them apart.


Name: Sabaku Bakuhatsu

Description: After charging a fist with chakra, the user slams his knuckles into the sand, sending what looks like a shockwave of sand at his enemy. In reality, he is delaying the force of the punch and making it travel beneath the desert at his opponent. Once the force has reached the desired place, the ninja can make it explode. Even if the hit does not connect, the flying streams of sand in the air afterwards can make for a good distraction for a different attack. The range of the blast is comparable to that of an exploding note.






Taijutsu

Title: Gouken/Tekken-Fu (Iron Fist)


Level One
Requirements: Speed 4, Strength 4
Stage Bonus: +3 Speed, +3 Strength, +3 Stamina

This is the initial stage of learning where fundamentals and hard work are key. Any person practicing this style will from here on out begin to physically condition their body through all sorts of exercises. Rows of pushups, sit-ups, and miles of jogging are common amongst even Academy Students wishing to excel in this art. As per the teachings in this stage, Gouken emphasizes the geometric function of the straight line: it is the shortest and quickest path between two destinations. And when your fist is point A and your opponent’s chest is point B, this can be the determining factor in any engagement. However, the secondary emphasis here is aggression. Gouken by its very nature is offensive. Sometimes seen as rash or reckless, this is by all means intentional. There is a subtlety in it all, as highlighted in this next and very important lesson: defeating your opponent is as easy as keeping him unfocused. With these two core teachings in place, the students of Gouken begin their training. They are not, however, the hard-hitting martial artists they can grow to become. It is only their speed that is of any consequence here, for their bodies are fresh to the training and the results are easily seen.


Level Two
Requirements: Speed 7, Strength 7, Tactic 6
Stage Bonus: +3 Speed, +3 Strength, +3 Stamina

This stage of development serves to display the first onsets of might in any Gouken user. Still not especially powerful by most regards, the teachings of the first stage begin to take shape and form in the style. Fast and solid strikes become a staple here, though nothing outside the realm of average. Often, though, passerby’s will find a young student practicing their art against the bark of a tree for hours on end, perfecting the art of striking fast and hard whilst also accustoming their hands or legs to the force.Attacks begin to come at tandem in this stage, though they are not very coordinated. Scattered is another way of describing any multiple attack efforts, though the effects are still brutal if underestimated. What begins to show here is that though the user is able to perform row upon row of attack at somewhat heightened speeds, but their stamina sometimes hinder them from prolonging any sort of engagement. Even the once simple acts of dashing and leaping seem to take its toll, unfamiliarity with one’s abilities being the cause. This is why training for a Gouken user never ceases: their bodies must be in perfect condition and ready for any situation.


Level Three
Requirements: Speed 10, Strength 10, Tactic 8
Stage Bonus: +3 Speed, +3 Strength, +3 Stamina

Here is where things begin to take a larger turn for the better in the art of Gouken. At this point the user is more aware of their strength and speed, able to determine their opponent’s physical endurance simply through observation. After calculating this, they are then able to formulate a standard of battle in which they can either end a fight quickly through their now noteworthy speed, or they can reserve their attacks and simply delay an opponent’s movements.

Here the emphasis is placed on lower body attacks ranging from short, blunt knee attacks, to wide, arcing leg sweeps. The infamous stance wherein the user places one hand behind their back to provoke or taunt an opponent takes precedence here, leaving more room for the aforementioned use of the lower body. Speed and power are beginning to take greater form as well, the ability to render a person’s body broken and mangled within a few moments entirely possible.

But still we do not see the devastation truly capable of Gouken users, only the prelude.


Level Four
Requirements: Speed 15, Strength 15, Tactic 14, Stamina 13
Stage Bonus: +3 Speed, +3 Strength, +3 Stamina

The halfway point, this is where we separate the novices from the adept. The differences are distinct in this stage. Dash and leap attacks are a constant factor, mixed with punches and sweeps to create a fast-paced, hostile environment for any opponent. Strikes are now more than solid, easily capable of breaking bones in multiple points with ease and precision. This is owed mostly to the form and speed of such attacks, each now becoming more linear and direct. Nothing is more chilling than the bone-crunching thud accompanied by the attacks of a Gouken-user at this stage.

Making note of form as well, the Gouken-user begins to take on a finesse that is frightening to behold. Series of well-placed strikes are often more than enough to send an opponent to the ground, but the Gouken user makes it look like an eerie sort of dance. A dance where pain is the determining rhythm and not but the user is capable of driving its melody. Also worth mention is the ability to easily vandalize more than one opponent at a time.

Speed and strength is the main point here, though observation is equally measured. The skill of gauging an opponent’s physical skill has not diminished, but grown with experience. A user is able to judge the ability of various enemies all at once, factoring in his own strengths and weaknesses in order to put enemies down efficiently. It is not uncommon to find a Gouken-user face off against more than one opponent and still hold his own.


Level Five
Requirements: Speed 20, Strength 20, Tactic 16, Stamina 16
Stage Bonus: +3 Speed, +3 Strength, +3 Stamina

Fluidity of attacks is seamless at this stage, the user tying in an ample of amount of kicks to punches in a variety of manners. What might start as a straight punch to the chest might switch to a low sweep to the legs followed by a straight heel to the chin while crouched from the ground. Fantastically aerobatic at this point, the user is able to move in ways that would otherwise cause too much strain on the body.

Previously these movements might have been sparse, but here the user is most fit and comfortable with their body and makes routine out of them.The confidence that wells from this does not just show in technique but also in performance. Physical power is marked as deadly within even a single a hit. Swiftness is measured by the ability to see the user as they sprint from place to the place, visible only as a blur. Even the ability to withstand damage is somewhat increased as well, though this isn’t exactly a premier feature of Gouken to begin with. In all, the user excels in all areas of taijutsu. The ability to move quickly, strike hard, and fight at this level for a prolonged period of time makes for a lethal combination.

Most Gouken-users only ever make it to this stage for the ones after take years of hardened dedication or some overall sort of talent.

Description: A technique that attaches the user to the opponents shadow, leaving the opponent vulnerable to stronger attacks.

Genjutsu

Title: Kirigakure no Jutsu
Rank: D
Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick fog, confusing the senses of the enemy. The only difference between the Ninjutsu version is that the enemy also feels a bit chilly, since most fog occurs in fall and winter, and the Genjutsu is broken when the user is caught.

Title: Suna Arashi no Shinto

Description: A simple jutsu, but an effective one in the right hands. Originally created as a technique for pRanks, the user forces the target of the technique to see and feel a small focused sandstorm. The sandstorms varies in severity based on the users intelligence, so while it would merely sting the opponent with a constant barrage of sand, with enough intelligence the sandstorms severity would seem to be such that it can strip an opponents skin off entirely, and the sandstorm can even carry with it additional objects to cause the target concern such as scorpions or small weapons. The sandstorm lasts for one minute.

Title: Mougo Shibaku no Jutsu
Rank: D
Description: This technique is a fairly simple one, but it is very useful in a tight spot. When an attack is nearing, the user of this technique forms a single seal to activate the technique, and then immediately moves to dodge the technique. The attacker instead of seeing the user dodging, will instead see (and if applicable feel) the attack strike their target with the appropriate effect (blood gushing out for example), and with their eye's drawn to the illusion instead of the real user, the user is afforded a short moment in which they are as good as invisible to their opponent in which they can use to either seek better cover, or even quickly counter-attack. While the technique is quite convincing, repeated use is not advised, as once the opponent is aware of the way to technique works, it is quite possible they may be able to counter it. This genjutsu has a one post effect, and must be performed again for continued use.

And now to, just incase I must for this new character, make my 5+ paragraph post using him...Unlike with Kaji, it will be a recent past one.



...So many storms... Kyoji had been in the Lightning Country for over a year now, and had yet to become accustomed to the constant rain and thunder. So far he had only been able to learn a single Ninjutsu from anyone...Not that it mattered greatly, he had already mastered many other techniques. Infact, in all of the fights he had been in over the past eight years, few ended with him using a single Jutsu.

Shifting through the thoughts in his head, he knew jutsu from all of the major villages except for Konoha. Currently the Shinobi was staying in one of the few villages neither in the central country, or along the cost.

Now Kyoji approached the desk of the local inn, a young woman, she looked to be rather bored, was standing there. He glanced down to her, he was tall...And this only made it stand out more, he must have seemed like a giant. "Ah...Hello. How much is it for a room for the night?" Kyoji's voice was a bit low and dry, he had been thirsty for some time, but decided that it would be better to find a place to stay, and then food. As the latter was always easier. "2,000 for the night." She said in a monotone voice, the clerk had obviously become tired of standing all day in an inn which no one visited except to eat...

Kyoji's nose caught a whiff of something which smelled rather nice, a kitchen in the inn? This definitely made things easier on him. He would get to his room and then order a meal...Perhaps even two. As those thought's were going through his mind, a bell went off. At first Kyoji thought he was imagining things. That is until he glanced towards the clerk once more, a look of terror covered her now pale face. "What's going on?" One of his eyebrows was risen in confusion, he had never heard a bell for an alarm once in his year here.

"I-it's a raid..." Her voice shuddered in fear, obviously there was no real protection for the village, or perhaps this was the first time something like this had happened. It didn't matter either way, there was no way that Kyoji would sit around and let something happen while he had the ability to stop it. He had only heard rumors that gangs and bandits were in the areas less patrolled. Now his rock hard body began to stretch as he made a direct path towards the door.

Outside the Inn, horses stormed through the streets, the bells still ringing. Screams of fear, some of pain filled the air. A sword was coming down on one of the few guards this village had, then the assailent was gone. Or more accurately, flying. With a sickening crunch which told of an unknown number of bones shattering from the impact of Kyoji's fist to the chest of the bandit.

This caused a suddent pause in the attack, and confusion hit...This gang had been terrorizing a defenseless village, and then suddently one of their men had been sent through the walls of one of the homes, unlikely to move soon, if ever again. Now, in his place stood a six foot man, with the look of a wild beast in his eyes. One of the bandits actually recognized him...He was in the bingo book he'd seen a ninja drop and picked up...A simple rank D Missing-Nin. He was nothing special. Sure he had dropped one of their men, but there were a dozen of them...And one of him. If they were able to take him down, they could claim the prize.

Kyoji moved into stance and waited on what he knew was coming, he wasn't fighting ninja, they had no Ninjutsu or Genjutsu to pull on him, all he needed was a single fist to take them on, but he wasn't going to go easy on them. He was here to protect the villagers now, and he would show no mercy to these infidels. Now they charged, one swung a katana towards him, or tried to atleast. Kyoji's fist rammed into the man's stomach, before the blow completely took effect he was in the process of replacing another's face with his foot. The two were sent soaring from the impact.

Kyoji returned to his waiting position, then began to make several hand seals then spoke out the name of the Jutsu, "Kaze Shunshin!" His body vanished and he appeared behind the apparent leader of the group, the most heavily armed and elaborately dressed. "...Leave now." The man turned towards Kyoji, his eyes wide in terror, Kyoji's eyes seemed wild, even reckless...He had used a single blow to dispatch three of his men, two of them were some of his best...

In a vain attempt to stop him, he spun quickly, a katana slicing through the air, if not for Kyoji being a ninja, or a skilled fighter even, it would have been over...But Kyoji simply grabbed the blade with the aid of the metal strips in his gloves and began to actually bend the steel weapon...Then his foot connected in a flash with the jaw, another sickening crack filled the air, no doubt he had killed him, his neck hung limp even as he was in the air. This last show of ability caused the remaining invaders to turn tail and retreat...

Appearance: Azuri has lightly tanned skin, Short black hair that ends just at the middle of her neck. She has bangs on the side of her round face. She has pale pink lips for her small mouth and a normal sized nose. The most attractive feature about her would probably her golden eyes. The Iris is a darker shade of gold while being a shimmering bright gold. Her pupils, are of course, black. On certain occasions, when using a certain Jutsu, her eyes will turn amber and sharper. She has slender hands with short nails. Her body is small and petite for her age, but she manages. She has a few scars from training on her arms, but they are small and not really taken notice of. At some times she might have paint smears on her light tanned skin from painting and drawing so much.
Attire: The Konohgakure no Sato forehead protector goes across her forehead while her bangs are adjusted to the sides of her face. Around her neck is a silver thin chain with matching silver pendent with her name written on it. She wears a white turtleneck short-sleeve shirt and white Capri’s. On the hemming of the shirt and Capri’s are black bold stripes. On the back of her waist, a light brown weapon pouch is filled with scrolls, tags, bombs, and extra kunai and Shiruken. On her right thigh, being right handed, are the two blue pouches holding her kunai and Shiruken. Usually across her back is her dark blue-sheathed blade that can be easily shifted to her waist if needed. Like most Ninja in the Village, she wears black colored open toed sandals with the heel covered.

Demeanor: Quiet occasionally, and is serious during battle. She has a small habit of speaking quietly but if you yell at her saying you can’t hear her, she’ll speak up. She can be quick, competitive, and determined knowing almost everyone could be watching her.
Nindo: To Enjoy life without friends or family, it is another way of saying your Isolated. But to enjoy it with friends or Family, It’s just like being alive and free.
Pets: Hawks I suppose, and a small Male ferret called Kero that is usually in her pocket or wrapped around her neck
Biography:
Kuroku, Tamara died giving birth to her child, Kuroku, Azuri on April 11th. Azuri grew up knowing the love from Kuroku Ryo, her father and only parent. At birth, she was given a silver necklace, the same one she wears today, from her father who has a matching one. She learned to befriend hawks and other small creatures that lived in Konohgakure for some time. When her father returned from a mission when she was at the age of five, He had brought back a small ferret, now known as Kero who has stayed by her since then. She had received her mother’s gift and passion for drawing, painting, and so forth. She often carried a sketchbook when she was a child and drew/painted/sketched inside it of several little things she found quite amazing. After thinking it over a few times, she decided to become a ninja instead of an artist, like her father.
When she turned seven, she entered the Ninja Academy they had in Konoha. She had grown to love the lone little flat wooden swing that was tied to the one tree in front of the academy. She would go there on her own time just to think over a few things. During one of the years she was in the academy, her father went away on a special mission and said he wouldn’t return for a couple of weeks. It was normal for him to return after a couple of weeks, so Azuri didn’t worry about it. But, she noticed something was odd when those couple of weeks past. It didn’t take her long to realize that her father wasn’t going to come back in a, long, long time.
So for the last few years she was in the academy she went quiet, literally. She had grown up being with a father, her only friend she made and had, so now she felt isolated, alone, and lost. She had attempted to enjoy life alone, but that didn’t really help. Her socialization skills were quite bad as well, causing relations with other students to end up in wrong ways. Not until a young girl, about the same age as her, started to talk to her, and then she had her first friend, Mumei, Azaria.
When she graduated, he still hadn’t returned but he left her something after Azuri had gone rummaging through her fathers stuff. A double-sided katana blade with her name on the hilt of the sword, which was meant to be her graduation gift, was found in a corner well hidden. Now she carries the katana almost everywhere since it was a medium sized blade, portable for any situation. She learned to quickly shift it to her back and to her waist depending on what she’s doing and where’s she going.
Azuri then moved out of that house, moving to a small one-person apartment since it would be a waste of money if she stayed at her birth home. In that apartment, she started to paint on the walls of different things. She learned and grew up just as fast, training every time she could to hopefully get stronger.

I think we have the makings of a true gothic style ninja on your hands. He sounds great and his statics are fine… Maa, and he has all the signs of being a serial killer, which he probably is, he just hasn’t killed his family yet. ^^;;

Okay, I like his story and I don’t mind his… dangerous nature, but what I seem to feel bothered by is his stats. He’s bordering close to a Sannin, true that Tsunades are in the 50’s and 60’s, but Orochima’s aren’t and that’s… a little offsetting. If you could bump them down just a point or two, then it’s fine.

XD Anyway, good character, I like his biography, but what’s bothering me is the fact that he knows so many jutsus from other Countries and Villages. Now, did he learn them from other ninja there or did he steal the information? Because ninja village are fiercely protective of their jutsu and how they are performed. Due to his training and history and traveling so much, I would leave the stats alone, though he does seem to also border on the edge of Sannin range…

Tell me how he got the knowledge of the other jutsus and I may approve.

This is where it gets tricky, a little of both if you look at it the right way. For some, he would find another Missing-nin from the village and have it taught to him by helping them in return..Others would be from more gullible ninjas, you see...He should have a higher ranking as a Missing-Nin for this. Sometimes a ninja would try to collect the small bounty on his head, and would wake up...Not only with a rather large headache, but missing their headband. He would find a more...Gullible ninja to teach him the others.
