Alright so: I think I'll enter in a Mitsubishi A6M Zero. At 160 MPH, it still has a roll rate of 56° - while 300 MPH has a 0 degree roll rate. Needless to say, the former is fantastic for navigating the arena. The latter would be hard to manage in short bursts.15.7 m/s rise and roughly same fall, but then the armaments baby: 2× 7.7 mm (0.303 in) Type 97 machine guns in the engine cowling. 2× 20 mm Type 99 cannons in the wings, with 60 rounds. 2× 60 kg (132 lb) bombs "or" 1× fixed 250 kg (551 lb) bombs for kamikaze attacks. (not doing this one) Think it'll make for a pretty cool experience in the ring.

Curiosity. Also you keep sending me invites to stuff, so I figured I should at least give it a shot.

Spooky Mittens Hey Pollen 4laugh Are you stepping out of measure or are you trying to maintain a bind? Out of measure. I actually thought about trying a bind and going on the attack, but couldn't see it working out from her current position. If I do end up going for something like that further on then I'll try to make it explicit in the post.

Got it. I'll be at work most of the day today but I'll get my reply out when I get home.

@Spooky Mittens @Drifting Pollen
Are your techniques inspired by Bruce Lee? I’m 70% of the way through his “The Tao of Jeet Kune Do” and just happened to wonder.

Clash Badman @Spooky Mittens @Drifting Pollen Are your techniques inspired by Bruce Lee? I’m 70% of the way through his “The Tao of Jeet Kune Do” and just happened to wonder. Ahh, no. Actually I've been a practitioner of Fiore longsword and Meyer Longsword since I was a kid. I've recently started branching out to one handed sword and buckler and I draw from I.33, Talhoffer, and Agrippa. For unarmed fighting Jeet Kune Do is handy but I probably take more from Savate, Muay Thai, and Boxing than anything else.
