Ranko looked at Nick with doubt if he could ever help, but her sister on the other hand had her tail flicking with excitement.
"Um...could you maybe help us find a place to live?
My sister and I have been searching for years."
Sai asked him, her eyes hopeful.
Aza looked at him blankly and then sighed to herself, her eyes bright and unchanging with no emotion.
Blue sighed and her grip of Finis's hand tightened slightly as she thought of the commotions everywhere that day.
Although she wasn't in every area, she felt them.

Marrice looked at mathias and smiled to herself, thinking it was kind of him to help Masa. She then looked over to Aza, a young child-looking individual who seemed to be different then all the others there. Blue was a half-angel in love for the first time with someone in a similar range, and the two neko sisters who have roamed the planet for years to find a home.

"If it isn't trouble, could we have a home," Finis asked pointing at the neko girl they followed and tipping his head to Blue to indicate who he was talking about. "But the eared one is also in search of her sister, so you could maybe find a house for them, and a house for me and her..." Finis couldn't help but to blush at the thought of him living together with Blue.

Blue blushed, but then giggled.
"Finis, she did find her sister.
Didin't you notice the older neko here?"
She said, pointing to Sai as she looked at them.
"Hello...I'm Sai, and this is my little sister Ranko...thank you for accompaning her to find me."
Ranko rolled her eyes as she ran her fingers through her short hair, brushing against her ears.
Aza grimaced at being compleatly ignored, so she put her hood up and started to leave.
Marrice went to Mathias and pointed to Aza.
"They seem....different...do you know why?
I'm not familiar with all the beings here...
I thought you might know better than I would.."
She muttered to him, slightly embaressed she asked.

Nick scratches his chin as four people ask for two houses. Well... We have room here... But it's not like they could stay for free... And... We do need new members... "Hey Mathias!" he calls. "These people want a place to live."
Mathias picks up on Nick's intentions immediately, and appears next to his brother in a heartbeat. "Oh, they do, do they?" he says with a smirk. "We might just be able to hook you up... But only those actually in the Blessed Legion can live with us... For security reasons, you understand..." He grabs a random sword laying around and examines it absentmindedly as he speaks. "We're a group of mercenaries sworn to defend our continent from any threat. At the moment, that threat seems to be the modern invaders. So? Will you join us?"
Nick facepalms and shakes his head. "Don't listen to him. He always makes it sound overdramatic. What he means is that you can stay here for a while, with the condition that you consider joining."

Finis chuckles nervously. "Wasn't paying that much attention... Greetings Sai, I'm glad that you and your sister are united once more. Finis then turned to Nick and Mathias with their little 'show'. "Defend... That might sound right to do. What are you're thoughts, Blue?"

Aza stopped in her tracks at the words she heard, and just stood there.
While Sai looked at the guys nervously, Ranko nodded her head.
"Well, my sister and I aren't much for fighting, but I'll consider helping out in her place."
The young neko girl replied, then turning her head to look at the couple of half-angels.
Sai frowned and shook her head thinking about her little sister's boldness, but also looked at the half-angels.
Blue nodded, smiling at Finis.
"I think it is fair.
And I would be happy to join, Finis I'm sure as well."
She let out the last bit with a small giggle, knowing he would help, especially if she did.
Though the thought of living with him, certainly made her blush.
Aza turned and looked right at Mathias, thoug her hood was up, her deep eyes were easily seen.
She was curious about the group, and about the island.
Yet she said nothing yet.

Right as Blue blushed, Finis gave out a blush as well. Me and Blue... living together... Wait! When mortal couples live together..! Finis remembered that Blue and the Nekos could hear what he's think, so he ended his thoughts there. "Yes, we'll join."

Mathias's smile morphs into a sinister grin, and he nudges Marrice while looking over the recruits. "To answer your question, I can tell she isn't human, but not much beyond that besides that she may have some immortal blood." He then nods at Blue and Finis. "I bet those two do as well, but Sai and Ranko seem like normal nekos." After answering Marrice, he turns back towards the other four. "Do you all have swords?"
Nick, extending an olive branch, approached the shy-seeming Aza and offered to shake her hand. "My name's Nick. What's yours?" he asks with a polite smile.

A blows, blowing back Finis's cloak to reveal the leather armor under the cloak, as well as his weapons. He had dual daggers strapped on his outer thighs, a broadsword sheathed on his back, and a rare looking rapier latched on the side of his belt. "I believe I have some swords..."

Marrice nodded as she listened, slightly understanding more about the creatures.
Blue shook her head at Mathias's question.
"I've used them before a little bit, but my weapon are my rose spells."
She stated, hearing Finis's thoughts and blushing more.
The sisters shook their heads.
"I have a dagger, but my sister and I do not own swords, yet we practiced a bit when we had to flee our village."
Ranko stated as she flashed her costom made dagger with a sharp blade and a decorated sheath with gemstone charms for the magical inhansed.
Aza glanced at Nick, her deep eyes seemingly dark and vast as they looked into the inner core of one's body.
She took his hand politely and nodded slightly.
"I am Aza."
She said, her voice sounding feminine and confident, surprising some near her who heard.
Aza, sounding womanly, yet looking like a young, cute, boy, was hateful of her child-like appearance, but felt with it.

Mathias's grin only grows wider as the group shows them their weapons (or lack of.) He grabs a second sword and hefts it in his right hand, then says, "Well you see, I have a policy of dueling anyone I expect to fight with, so..." He swings the left-handed sword towards Finis, pointing it straight at his face. "Since you seem to have the most appropriate weapons... You first..."
Nick shakes his head and turns back to Finis to say, "And please, duel in the alley, NOT in the shop. I've got enough to clean up already." Talking to Aza again, he simply asks, "Are you with them? You don't seem to have an affiliation to anyone here at the moment."

Finis simply replies with "no need to" to Nick. Before any reaction could be done, with one swift movement, Finis crushes a couple of pressure points in Mathias's left arm, disarming him, then had his sword float in front of him with the blade aimed at him. "Though of course you should expect the element of surprise, or that might of been abit tricky to do." Mathias's sword drops next to him.

"Oh, so it's going to be THAT kind of battle, huh?" Mathias replies and sends a bolt of electricity right at Finis, knocking him backwards out of the shop and into the alley beyond. He picks up his other sword once his hand's numbness fades and walks towards Finis. "Obviously, this isn't a win or lose fight. It's intended to assess your strengths and weaknesses." Once he gets close, but not close enough for the pressure point trick to work again, he pops his neck and waits for Finis's move.
