Standing and letting out a breath from the shot of adrenalin running through his system in front of Cody and him lay countless bodies of dead spiders and those green beasts that resembled every fairy book description of an ork. Hearing the slightly accented voice of his long time friend and then seeing him Devlin held a hand up and then lett out a ragged breath. "Oh but of course though you missed the party here." he said gesturing with his ak at the dead bodies that lay around them in the vague form of a circle.

Chuckling Devlin just got back into position slamming another magazine into his ak and priming it for action a maneuver mirrored by Cody . the duo then as one fixed the smallish bayonets to their weapons in case of close encounters. "Yea, well we aren't staying long we need to get to the ROTC garage I have a rather nasty surprise for these twats scurrying about the grounds." he said. and then motioned for them all to get moving. no questions he'd feel much better once he was in the t-90 screaming across the grounds at a nice 30-40 miles an hour in the steel beast.

Clearing his throat as the garage came into view Devlin called out to Angel "So mate how much action you see back in the day?" he asked seriously interested considering they didn't really talk about it the times he came home. and thumped Cody on the shoulder and took a deep breath his voice still muffled by his mask "Me and this big ******** here saw at least five campaigns and numerous firefights with the soviets and the americans. Specially the combat drops in the vdv." he stated with a hint of bitterness.

Chuckling Devlin nodded "Yea, a good bit, but then again you have more experience with the police then the army, I mean I did more or less go career." he said considering twenty years counted close to it. "Anyways we're almost to the garage stack up." Devlin quietly barked Taking point Cody behind him with a hand firmly on his shoulder.

Taking a deep breath Devlin just pumped his fist in the air and then brought it back o his weapons fore-grip he quickly entered and then dissapeared behind the wall checking the left of the garage for hostiles Cody followed close by bringing his weapon to bear and taking the center. for the most part everything was clear but then again that could always change Devlin's and Codies sectors were clear all that was left was Angels as they cast a weary eye in every direction they could having their weapons sighted the whole time finding comfort in seeing things beyond their ak's iron sights.

"Right." Devlin said drawing out the word he then motion for Cody to flip the lights on though the dark silhouette of the tank could be seen it's details couldn't. once the fluorescent lights were on bathing the garage in a soft humming light the tank could be seen and was much different then it was when it first arrived on the beech it was now black with 'Toyeski' painted in a blood red on both sides of the turret and a sword in the shape of a cross on the front with the words faith and fury etched into the blade. "And I present to you Francis my man Toyeski as i said I had a nasty surprise for the critters." he said gesturing to the t-90 main battle tank.
Cody just gave a dark chuckle "Seriously Dev It's a wonder how you can pull so many favors." he said slowly climbing on top of the tank. Devlin shrugged "Well it's what i get for being a medic." he said giving a wicked grin under his mask though it was evident in his voice as he also shouldered his ak and began to mount the tank.
