Bul hadn't noticed the reaper when he'd first entered the class on account of all the blundering about Astra's 'scareling.' He hailed Roch's prescience with tossing up his arm and swinging it back towards him. "Hey new guy from open house what's up!" he called grinning. There were a couple here that he thought were new actually, specifically the banshee girl fussing with Junko.

I didn't know it was innate of banshees to be so.. meddling.. His thoughts wandered to Icky and Sarias.

"Yo, old guy from the open house!" Roch called back, waving as well. "Nobody's told me what this class is about, you know?" he asked Bul, picking up the creepy crawly that was trying to crawl up his leg and gently placing it on the table. "It ain't bugs, is it?"

Although that might be interesting. Bugs weren't that bad. Except he was almost positive that Jackdammit ate them.

OLD guy..

Bul snorted a tad then shrugged at Roch's remark. "It's supposed to be that class about the buzzards and the bugs or something. Yanno ghoul meets boil meets pumpkin patch. I dunno the semantics that's kinda why I'm here," he laughed. Of course what ignorant boil didn't like sitting in on a class about that naughty stuff?

Eying the bug he grabbed Bul actually searched the floor for his own to snack on. "And if you could consider em that.. yanno.. scarelings could be bugs. They're annoying enough."

Had Mot not gotten a text from Lizzy, he'd never have attended the class at all. Not so much because it was embarrassing (although that was a very small part of it), but also due to total disinterest.
But, his friend asked, and apparently it was important he attend. Mot sighed, texted back with a simple "Fiiiiine", and left the comfort of his room and made his way to class...

A short journey later, Mot stepped into the... bug infested classroom. He gave a disgruntled unseen eyebrow a raise, before stepping into the room, avoiding the bugs as best he could, or at best sweeping them away from harm (aka his boots).
He spotted a bunch of his friends, and gave a short wave before sitting down. "Howdy everyone." His trusty greeting always sounded strange with his rather city like accent, but he was ever so attatched.

Malodore merely stayed where it was, confused, tilting its head to one side as it listened to the conversation around it - it only looked more confused when Riley took off like a bat out of hell.

But when Jericho spoke at last, the plague doctor had to clamp its beak tightly shut to keep from bursting into uncontrollable laughter. Cupcakes!? They thought scarelings came from cupcakes?!

Merde!

No wonder Nurse Cricket was offering this class.

Its beak was trembling a bit with the effort of not laughing.

Mitsu was all but blind sided by the amount of conversation, mental yelling, panic, crying and over all embarrassment happening in the room. The emotions she felt coming off of people were enough to make her tail come up between her legs as she took a seat again look up at Shun. As her gaze turned in his direction those wolfish ears on the top of her head fell back, though her mask hid the completely baffled look on her face.

The class hadn't even started and she was already confused. Astra, the fairy she met after open house, had a scareling? From what she had gathered it had come from a cupcake....but they didn't come from cupcakes? They came from pumpkins? How did things always seem to emerge from food items? It was like when she let her Jolly Meal sit too long and it had turned and crawled away. Was that how scarelings came about? You just let...a pumpkin cupcake sit about for too long and it would turn into one?

The more she thought on it the more baffled Mitsu became realizing while she liked to read she was severely lacking in knowledge in this department. There had never been a reason to seek out the information before but, if the buzz about the room was any indication, it was a very important subject indeed. Hopefully things would be more clear than Shun's groanspring explanations on what a eunuch was. His call later and advise to search had ended with a hefty amount of trauma that Mitsu wished to not relive.

"T..this class is very busy," Mitsu commented to Shun looking up as the mindflayer had darted for the door only to be stopped in her tracks. Her other classes really hadn't been like this right off the bat. "W...what do you think it will be like when Ms. Cricket arrives?"

Curiously the wolf girl looked to where Shun was glancing and spotted the person that didn't quite look like a student. Were they a teacher? That wasn't Ms. Cricket was it? Mitsu had heard about the nurse a little and she had been told she was a ghost....soo....

"I..It is pretty loud," Mitsu nodded in agreement. And the emotions...her canine senses were in overload. "D...Do you know much about this subject?" Though shortly after asking she wondered if she would regret that coming out of her mouth. The eunuch thing had ended badly...oh so badly. She would be very careful on what she Boogled from now on.
