Danny watched the woman mess with the gun, noting how different it was from the clunky weapons in his world. If he ever got back to his workshop maybe he could adapt the technology. “As for it being a dream, I’m not sure you can if you’ve been knocked unconscious. I didn’t dream last time anyway. Just woke up with a headache.” He paused, thinking about what the man had said. “I was told a long time ago about a guy who traveled to different dimensions.” If he’d gotten to the café then maybe he could get to other places as well. Maybe he could find the man responsible for his mother’s sorrow.

Tomie shrugged setting the knife down. "Dream, hallucination, heaven? I honestly don't care. The coffee is great here!" She said before motioning towards the counter. "Which, if you go get me a cup, I'll treat you to one as well."

((Is she saying buy her one or she’ll buy them both?))

((Sorry took me so long. She's saying she'll buy them both. Although if your character is confused as well he might wanna mention something. And I really need to stop posting when I'm all but asleep.))

((My internet keeps dying! crying ))
Danny felt like he had missed something. “Are you offering to buy me coffee?” He asked, surprised. This woman seemed unpredictable. What was she after? “I couldn’t impose,” he said with a smile.
((Seems like such a short and pitiful posts after such a long wait!))

"No no, I insist. You cant expect me to drink coffee alone, much less enough coffee to cover the exchange for this!" She smiled holding up a small diamond earring.
"And I'm even letting you get it so you don't have to worry about me slipping a roofie or something like that in it." She gave him a wink before going back to rummaging in her satchel.
(Dont worry about it. After all we cant always have walls of texts for posts. Also lets face it, some times the best interactions are small ones.)

((True enough))
“Ah, when you put it that way.” He didn’t know what a roofie was, but he could form an idea. “I’m pretty sure that little gem would buy more than a couple cups of coffee though.”

Tomie mused pursing her lips, her hand stoping in mid motion. "Your right, well then you hungry?" She asked then looked around. "Heck buy a round of coffee and an order of what ever you feel like, or six!"
Done giving orders she returned pulling out some cloths that had been stuffed in the bottom of the bag looking them over.

((I just made something stupid up...))
Danny grinned. It’d been a while since he’d met someone so carefree; it was nostalgic. Shaking his head he turned to the counter to make their order. “Got change for a diamond?” he joked to the barista. He came back with two cups of coffee and bag full of small gold bars. “So, funny thing. They actually did have change.”

Tomie cocked her head to the side her eyebrows drawing together as she eyed Danny. "What do you mean?" She mused eying the small bag curiously. At least for a few seconds before looking at the coffee.
"What no food?" She asked scoffing before letting out a little chuckle before flicking out her wrist holding her hand palm up to take which ever coffee he handed her by the base.

The door opened and a swarthy man dressed in black stepped through, sweeping his green gaze around the room until they landed on the woman in the blue dress. As if controlled by puppet wires, she jumped to her feet as soon as she spotted him.
"Luciana!" he exclaimed, an annoyed pinch marking his brow.
"I'm coming, I'm coming. What fresh torture could you possibly conjure? Dangling human interaction in front of me and then stripping it away. I couldn't think of anything worse."
"I'm not doing this to torture you!"
They erupted into a fiery session of bickering as they stormed out of the door.
Meanwhile, Larue watched in shock, barely shouting, "Luciana!" before she was gone. The door closed, however, separating them. How had he not noticed her before? "Luciana," he uttered, sitting back down. "Hells fury, she's alive!"

Distracted by the sudden tumult Danny handed the coffee to Tomie without looking. It seemed as though the man in black had been able to follow the woman into the café, something Danny’s pursuers had not been able to do. Not only that, but the man still sitting in the café seemed to know the woman, which meant they’d all come from the same place. Could it be the café could appear in several places at once? If he could only figure out how it worked.

It was a slow disaster, first someone came in all huffy caused a scene then they stormed out. Then while she was watching, danny tried to hand her the coffee. The problem?
Well while she was watching she was trusting him to be paying attention of where he was placing that coffee, and while he was doing that he was clearly not paying attention. The edge of the cup grazed the edge of her palm she went to close her fingers around it after he had already released it.
The end result, not being balanced on her palm, topple splash, burns all over her front and lap getting a rather loud yelp from her as she jumped up from her seat smacking the mug away and desperately trying to fling the liquid off her by hurriedly brushing at it.
"Hells Fury is right!" She agreed with Larue, still trying to fling the coffee off her.

Larue was distracted before he could bolt after Luciana. He brought his gaze around just as Tomie lost her grip on the coffee and dumped all of it in her lap. The epitome of human grace. He reached for a napkin dispenser in the center of the table and held it out to her, unable to withhold a mildly amused smirk.
"I can't imagine that felt good."

“Oh s**t!” Danny tried to catch the falling cup but was far too late. “Crap, I’m sorry!” He was always clumsy when he was distracted. “Are you alright?”
