I CALL BULLSHIT! You know, I dropped out so it doesn't have much to dow ith me, which should prove that I have no ulterior motives in saying this, but Tsubaka didn't do s**t for this guild. Even among the normal members he is one of the most illiterate. Mistah and the rest of the crew made all of the systems and such. Tsubaka just gave his approval and dissappeared. If he is going to retain control of the guild we will eventually regress because he is simply not up to par with how a guild captain for a literate guild needs to be. I don't mean to be offensive, but for Tsubaka to keep control of the guild, it's simply selfish.

Mourning I respectfully disagree, a guild captain doesn't need to be the best rper, just needs to be one of the people whom cares about the guild the most and wants whats best for it, someone whom will work to make the guild as good of a guild as can be. If anything rping is the least of the worries of a guild captain as they should be so damn busy running the guild they shouldn't have time to rp! There is no reason for guild captaincy to be based off of rp skill/literacy. Now basing it off of activity, ability to interact with members, compromise and debate with crew members, invent new and interesting ideas for the guild, maintain it's various systems and threads, approve/disapprove profiles, customs, and bloodline applications, along with appointing crew duties/new crew members and whatever else mod based ideas you can heap on there hell yea the ownership of the guild should be based on that. But not rp. Like I said before a good guild captain is one thats gonna put the guild and the rest of us before his own rp, so his own ability to rp has no relevance to his ability/qualifications to keep the guild...

That's kind of what he just said Rai. You do make a good point, but I would still not want the captain to be the worst RPer in the guild, no matter how good he may be at all of that stuff. The captain needs to be balanced between the RP, and keeping the systems in order. And, harsh as it may be, Tsubaka does neither.

I'd pay for us to start up a new one...with a captain of our choice

@Rai: Obviously, but literacy makes a point. If your a native enlish speaker and you cant even take the extra 3 seconds to type correcly, then how can you expect them to commit and do well in anything they make? RP is needed. If the guild captain doesn't RP as well, then they are not benefitting at all from being in the guild, in which case they are giving themself unnecesary work for zero reward. And really, very few people would commit to the guild if they dont even get to RP in it. Also, as Hinote has stated, none of the things you stated either, represent Tsubaka.

*Starts to explode*
I feel like we are going to end up all torn down the middle. Baka supporters vs. New cap supporters, and split up, half making a new guild and half staying here... which would kill us all...

Mourning: Touche sir, I was simply stating my opinion that it shouldn't be based on rp ability, while I admittedly have no clue on earth how mush tsubaka has... or i guess rather hasn't contributed to the guild I was merely stating my point that the vast majority of it should be based on contribution to the guild itself, not necessarily ones contribution their rping abilities...
Hinote: there are so many mistakes in the bible! Whats really interesting is comparing different bibles among each other and seeing the mistakes between one another, so many different meanings to certain parables! Although I do not consider it very scary, a single text being translated and reprinted and sold for thousands of years across thousands of languages is bound it to have mistakes...

@Hinote: I have as well. xD And some inconsistancies. >> But I'm a pastafarian, so when I say such things I get called a blasphemer. >> [And yes, I meant PASTAFARIAN, not rastafarian.]
@Duck: Holy is a very loose definition. Holy is something that only oneself can decide. I personally do not think the bible is holy.
