Throwing up a shield, 7 out of the 8 were block. The last one breaking through the shield and hit the ice.
Creating some ice spikes, he threw them at the spiders.

Hex smirked. "Thanks fer the invitation." the disfigured sharpshooter said as the invisible man fired.

"Hit the dirt, Hex!!" Arell shouted, getting down and firing off a few shots. "Hey, Ice feller. Need a han', che'?" the Cajun asked.

Gideon chuckled when Iceman fell as his rich voice addressed Bobby Drake, "Your powers will do you no good."

The scientist took aim at Drake again but noticed something amiss... His invisible arm was being covered in snow. Suddenly looking all over himself, Gideon fully realized that the Iceman's snow was sticking to him, "Damn!"

The mad scientist then began to flee, seeking cover.

Nightshade took a shot at Gideon but missing with his dart gun. Des began to close on the partially snow-covered invisible man, motioning with his Mauser for someone to go around the other side of a huge water tank to head Gideon off.

Then the veteran vigilante followed Gideon firing a couple more times to drive him around, "Give it up, Dr. Gideon! Stop this now, before you harm a lot of innocent people!!"

"Innocent!? There are NO innocents!! We are ALL responsible!!!" Gideon shouted back firing his sonic gun back at Nightshade who dodges most of the attack by diving behind a truck.

Gideon became horribly chilled by the ice barrier around him. Turning around inside, the scientist adjusted his sonic gun to shatter the ice prison. Activating the ultrasonic sound, the ice shatters. Moving unsteadily toward Iceman Gideon quips back, "The ice rink is now closed," with that he fires at Drake.

The punch from Bobby's icy fists caught Gideon just under his jaw, knocking him backward. Nightshade took the opportunity and took a carefully aimed shot at the invisible man from his converted Mauser. The knockout dart struck home in the man's shoulder - quickly taking effect.

Gideon drops to the ground, his invisible device shuting down. Gideon lay unconscious visible to all to see:

Nightshade closed to Bobby's side, "Good job, are you okay?" Without waiting for a response, Des knelt down where Gideon lay unconscious. Quickly, Nightshade had him handcuffed and searched his person for the Pandora toxin. Breathing a sigh of relief when he found the vials intact, the veteran vigilante carefully packed the vials in a box he prepared earlier.

Next, he removed Gideon's invisiblity belt and his sonic gear and gun, "Really good job, Mr. Drake. You probably just helped save half a million people."

Nightshade turned toward the pair of gunslingers, "Yeah, this guy needs to be sent to authorities. Oracle, come in."

Babs voice responded, "Go ahead Nightshade."

Des reported in, "We got Dr. Gideon. He's unconscious. We retrieved the Pardora toxin, and it's secure."

Oracle countered, "Good job everyone. That's quite a relief. There's more going on though. Starfire has been captured by Agent Quinn and his associates at the Star Labs facility on the edge of Central City. Also, I just received a report through Metropolis PD that two Titans were murdered: Bubblebee and Vox."
