so what? he could just put the water back... after all he can't stay in his bankai for too long or he gets drainned too fast. but while he is in it he has dominien over water. so anything he pulled out he could just put back......do Vizards have limiter's or did they get those taken out when they hide in the human world?

Vaizards and all other Exiled Shinigami do not suffer Limiters. Only Taichou and Fukutaichou must suffer through Limiters unless they are lifted.
