Driviline smiled at Sosuke when he asked if he wanted to join up with Negi at the game. He then saw the envy in the little kids eyes. So, he started passing out the stuff toys to them untill he was left with only 1 bat, 1 bunny and 1 kitty. "Ah, to be so young and not having a worry in the world. Sure brings back some nice memories." He then walks over by Negi. "Hey there Negi-sensei! Mind if we join you?"

Xenon pauses for a moment, thinking about it. Sure, she couldn't actually afford to pay, but Cirus was offering. Although she didn't want to deprive him of his own money, she knew that it would probably be ruder at this point to actually refuse. "Well, as long as you're sure you don't mind paying for me, than I'll be happy to play with you." She tells him, smiling.

Cirus smiles at Xenon and nods his head. "Of course I don't mind. Now, c'mon, plaaaay~." He chuckles softly, turning to the game and waiting for Xenon to join in on the fun before he'd start it. "Thank you for joining me, Xenon-san."
Negi blinks at Drivine, looking at Sosuke before nodding to the both of them, turning back to the game. "Ah... yeah, sure." Though small children can be found playing first person shooters, it isn't all they do. Halo isn't everything, and different children have different tastes. Some may even have the attention span for RPGs.

Xenon smiled as she took position at the player 2 mark - which was now obviously empty seeing as Regan had left - but wasn't quite ready to start. She looked towards Cirus and smiled. "Cirus-san, what difficulty level would you like me to play at? Level one is very easy, and level ten for incredibly difficult." After all, she didn't want to just go in at level ten without asking and thrash him. That would just be unfair; and possibly quite embarrassing for Cirus.

Akari takes Kaito's hand and starts to follow Regan out of the arcade. "Come on Kaito, let's go." The three of them went to the hotel to change, where Akari put on some makeout and put on the red dress Kaito had gotten her. Afterall, this was an important occassion and she wanted to look her best.

Driviline continues to watch Negi play the magic game. It was a bit funny to watch a mage playing a game about magic. "You are very good at this game. Have you played it before or something?" He did his best to make his voice sound nice and soothing as possible, but he couldn't hide the slightly evil tone of his voice.

Kaito leaves the arcade with everyone as he is pulled by Akari "alright" he said as they headed to the hotel first, he put on his good clothes as he headed to the restaurant afterwards with Akari. Her red dress made him smile even more as he looked at her and walked hand in hand with her.

Cirus thinks on it for a moment before nodding to himself and smiling gently at Xenon. "Let's start with ten and go from there." He nods to her and looks to the game, getting to the 'ready' status himself and waiting for Xenon, then. He oesn't lack confidence, and he's pretty good at games, he'd admit. Even being a demon, he plays games. Huh.
"Ah, no, I haven't. I guess I just have a knack for it." Negi shrugs it off, careful of the ears around them before turning back to the game. He quickly assesses the situation in it before making his next move, smiling softly to himself. It was challenging, but fairly easy even so.

Leaning on a nearby game, arms crossed, Sosuke grinned at the sight of the two. It seemed like Driviline was going to get pretty aggressive in this game. For himself, Sosuke wasn't very interested in games, nor was he good at them. Just sitting there, in front of a monitor seemed pretty boring to him. Why not get out in the fresh outdoors, and embrace it while it lasted? After all, the whole entire world seemed pretty obsessed about over-pollution in the world.

Xenon was actually a little bit surprised at this. After all, level ten was borderline humanly impossible. Of course, this didn't actually bother Xenon, lacking the humanity to be worried by such limits. "Difficulty level is set to ten." Instantly, all emotion faded from her face, as she dedicated almost all of her resources to prepare careful calculations. Game controls, physics, all of it was as easy as reading a page of text to her. Even if she wasn't directly connected to the game, there were very few games she couldn't ace by identifying the game's engine and comparing it to similar ones. She, too, set herself to 'Ready', staring intently at the screen, waiting for the game to start.

Kazumi wandered around after dying a gruesome videogame death. She was a bit at loose ends at this point. She debated with herself about calling Hakase and finding out if there was supposed to be a schedule that they were supposed to keep to at this point.
Ken and Mana were on their third consecutive run-through Contra. It had been some time since he had found someone that could keep with him on the older games and he felt something akin to contentment. For now the world narrowed to the two of them and the arcade game.
Kazumi stood behind the pair watching their rapid progress through the game. It finally dawned on her that neither even knew she was there. To her surprise, it was not anger that flared up inside of her, but rather a melancholy. Feeling the intruder, she wandered off.

Driviline nodded a few times as he watched Negi. "Okay, this doesn't look too hard." He then takes the spot next to Negi and joins in. He looks at all the instructions and such as he puts in some coins. He tried to play the best he could but he ended up lossing withing the first minute. He tried again and the same thing happened. He started his third try and he lasted 1 minute longer.

Negi looks at how long Driviline lasts with a bit of... pity? Something like that. It really was pitiful that he would lose at this so easily. He says nothing, though, and just continues playing, waiting for Driviline to get the hang of it or something. It was nice to have easy wins, though.
The game starts, and Cirus... it would seem he's played this before. He makes few mistakes, if any, and the racing game really seems to suit him. Even with the difficulty Xenon plays at set to ten, Cirus is still quite the opponent for the android. He's not so good where he can do this without even trying, of course. That would just be rediculous.

Although Xenon hadn't played this particular game - probably an Arcade exclusive, she figured - it didn't take her too long to identify the way the game worked, and before long, she was not so much 'playing' the game, as she was following a series of instructions pre-determined by her understanding of the game. There was no real sense of enjoyment, just a blank, neutral look on her face as she just played. Although she'd never played it before, she had pretty much made first place her own. After all, there's a reason she described ten as 'incredibly difficult'.

A few matches into the game, Cirus really seems to get the hang of it and Xenon would find beating him a challenge, just as he still found it a challenge to beat Xenon. A fairly even match, one might call it, even considering Xenon's computer reflexes. Though, with the complexity of it all, it might not be all it's cracked up to be. Relaying visual data to the CPU, processing it, making a judgment and then reacting to it... Cirus wouldn't have been surprised if it took just as long for Xenon to react as it took him.
