"Well ya she's right about the competitive part but how would you go about spreading the word to so many people. Its not like you can braodcast a message.You'd ahve to send people to different sections of the city. It would take a lot of man power."

"Though it would be nice to maybe try to clean up this part of town....maybe set an example for other sectors you know? It would be great to not have so many people live in trash if it even was only this little part." Kito had been arguing with the idea but all the time was considering how to pull it off.
Why not do some community service? The demons hadn't been very active lately. This was the place the Soul Clan set up base so why not clean it up a bit.
A howl came from beyond the borders of the city. Oh ya he thought Thats why. The fact remained there were still demons. They couldn't put effort into cleaning up. It was only going to get dirty again.
"On second thought" Kito said "Scratch my last idea."

"I guess thats true. So many people are dying from disease right now. Your right I guess we have to get it started some how. Soon all the demons are going to have to do is wait for us to die out.
