The organizations are coming back. You can make one and see if it gets approved but it may be destroyed by another org. if it doesn't get strong enough quicky since Drago only wants to have two of them up at a time

Can somebody explain the Gouken clan in hidden arts to me? Sanada's starting to piss me off with his can't be hit by anything crap...
I already read it, but it seems to be a you can't hit me no matter what button when he uses it. Just want exactly specifics on whoever made / approved it. Since I've yet to notice it in the manga or anime it must be made up.

If you read it there's nothing more to explain. The clan he's in allows him to do that, if he keeps avoiding your attacks the most you can do is wait for him to run out of chakra... And it's from street fighter

That's like saying I can god-mod, because my clan is that good. /sick and in a pissy mood.
