If Hermione changes out of robot form, then because her bones are changing what they're made of, does the bone-fusing jutsu get cancelled?

Sadly I don't personally think so, that would seem like the oposite of what I did, it would change the composition, but not the shape. I'm not completely sure, but with Shiro on top of you and if he noticed that you could still move he would probably try and mummify you by superheating the liquids in your body into a gaseous state or turn your body into a bomb. Alchemists are terrible if they can touch you. It's up to you though on how she changes forms since you didn't really describe how you do it. Like with your lycanthrope thing, in popular literature they go through that whole bone snapping, twitching movement thing as they restructure their bodies in the change.

Yep, your average werewolf is one of those things that doesn't really conserve mass. Werevolves are traditionally bigger in their beast form then in their human.

New movie, based off an old movie. The first time you see him transform he just seems to get bigger, but you can hear his bones snapping; the second one where he's restrained you see quite clearly that a transformation is sometimes quite messy. So yeah you can choose how you transform even if it's one of those anime - esque bright shining light things or even a dimension warp, both which might get him off of your back.
