Hmm, I'll go with the idea that high-secutiry complexes use the most obvious responses and it was just stated to throw off the guessing. I'm assuming that the phrase, "4 letter are the same" refers to four places in the word, rather than 4 different letters being the same. (i.e.: ABBCOP and ABBCGH as what I thought, as opposed to meaning ABBCOP and ABCOHM. That's the easiest way to explain it without using real words right now that I could think of. sweatdrop )
Anyways...

...that's my guess according to how it sounded in my head. If the four letters mean four different letters, not just four places in the word... I'll come up with another guess tomorrow... I guess. sweatdrop ninja xd
