Draeken sighed and ducked backwards, his right foot planting itself against a tree. This gave Draeken a great way to push back towards Tegral while remaining low to the ground. In remaining low to the ground, he would avoid the attack that was originaly aimed at his face, simply given the fact that Draeken was seven feet tall, but had now brought his head to about three feet above the ground. While surging forward and under Tegral's attack, Draeken would kick against the ground with his left foot to shoot himself upwards, bringing his right fist up towards the man's chin in an uppercut. Sliding out form just above Draeken's wrist was a blade about three inches wide, double edged, and made of a metal substance unlike any other that would be found on earth today.
Long ago, a pair of adjustable rings had been made for the original Draeken. These bracelets, as they were fashioned to look like, placed a metal of uncharacteristic strength upon the skeletal structure of the wearer. The current Draeken had one on each arm. These rings would allow blades or spikes to be used from nearly any part of his body, so long as they followed, for the most part, the path of his bones.
So as the blade extended rather rapidly, Draeken's fist also moved upwards to close the gap between the blade and Tegral's chin rather quickly.

DustyMemory Kahlendria of course couldn't hold up for long. A bullet or two managed their way through the waves, catching her armor. It knocked her back, and she growled as she stabbed the chainsaw into the ground to steady herself. It wouldn't be long before she was completely overwhelmed. The creatures, still remaining behind Kahlendria began to jab razor sharp baldes, comprised of their own bodies, at her back to try and unsteady her further. They seemed amused at the fact that she was almost drained of energy and about to get blown apart by bullets.

*Trilla would turn her gaze upward and look at Proto, whether or not the action was well taken, you couldn't really tell from the look on the child's face. What you could see however was that she and the others still very much didn't like this attack, even if the majority of the tremors had subsided. Eecheb was slowly getting more irratible, as his hunger kept creeping up on him and making him feel empty. Trilla was probably feeling similar to Eecheb, though he would be more likely to be the vocal one about it, Trilla following suit after something is said. For now however the two would suffer silently, as their ire grew*
Trilla: .___.

While Draeken was pushed back, it only hindered him for a moment. Within a second of the sonic boom, he was jumping backwards away from Tegral. "Hmm. Interesting developements inside the barrier. Seems I am to help Mastema rid the area of you pests. The quicker I do that, the sooner I get my wife back." Laughing almost insanely, Draeken retracted the blade on his wrist and soon afterwards, his sword appeared, glowing with heat just as before. "As much as I like the forest..." He didnt speak another word before spinning in a circle, releasing an outward expanding circle of white hot flame that seemed to be more of a liquid than actual fire. Either way, it was hotter than the sun and flowing away from Draeken at about five hundred feet per second. That was much slower than an average bullet, but was still relatively fast. Odds are, Draeken knew about all the machines rising up in the forest around him and meant to at least damage if not be rid of them before continuing with Tegral.

Tegral The machines were still a good distance away from the actual source of the blast, though the thought that anyone could generate a fire hotter then the sun was beyond retarded. Not only would the fire burn the air around him, effectivly sufficating him, it would also roast a hole in the ozone layer big enough to turn the entire planet into a giant ball of fire. Tegral, on the other hand, simply held up his right arm, the raging malstrom of plasmic flames dancing and mixing with the flames from Draeken's sword. Flames made from the same material that the sun itself was, and enhanced with technology slammed against Dreaken's ring of fire, creating a sort of shell around the cyborg. (Ah but the wonders of magical suppression. I would not use white hot fire could I not suppress it. Could I not, the sword itself would turn Draeken into a fireball, quickly reduced to nothing, the sword lying useless on the ground. I guess I should have mentioned that the magic surrounding the fire keeps the heat constrained within a very small space. Maybe I'll edit later. Right now, sleep is needed. Work tomorrow.)

Proto: *When the child faced him, Proto couldn't offer much more than a reassuring beep and blink. Proto was still focused elsewhere*
Omega: Grrr... *Omega was already rigid in preparation for firing, so when shoved, she lurched forward a little before retro boosters righted her and she rapidly turned to face her assailant. The tripping attempt had failed. Putting her boosters on full power, Omega made a bee line at the tentacle beast*
*The 3Bs would be quite difficult to hit with their agility. Still, their purpose seemed a little futile*
*The array would soon be complete. And as the gigantic symbol completed itself, it would shine brightly before a light tremor went through the ground. The purpose of the array was probably near at hand*

Trilla: .___. | Hnn.....
*The small auditory response would be all that Proto would get in response to his own beep. Trilla probably wasn't feeling all that sure of the situation, or rather why it was happening at all. There hadn't been too many attacks since the children were born, but none to memory had made the tower shake so badly. Finally Eecheb was hungry enough to voice his needs, and indeed Trilla did follow after him in the pursuite of food*
Eecheb: ~_~ | I'm hungry...!
Trilla: <.< | Trilla is too!!
*Trilla was actually a little surprised when Eecheb had voiced his needs*
=.=
Hmm? You're both hungry... at a time like this?
*Both children would nod respectively from their places*

Proto: *Proto nervously rubbed the back of his head at the unusually timed requests for food*.....? *Proto would just stand ready to assist the kids and Nan with anything he could, but with the citadel under attack, it wasn't likely Proto would leave the room*
Fenton: *The mention of food perked up the critter, but didn't take his attention away from the anxiety*..... ._. mew~
Omega: *If the massive beast could grin, it would. As the tentacles entangled Omega, she sould snort at the beasts stupidity in becoming such an easy target. Omega would also grab the parts of the tentacles she could, also using her tail. Holding firmly to her opponent, the shoulder pods opened, showing off an eerie light. In the next moment, a ten foot diameter "ray" of gamma radiation would be emitted right at the beast. The concentrated gamma radiation would no doubt obliterate KB by more or less irradiating his form*
