Yeah, I saw that earlier and was like "oooh." But then noticed it's a novel. XD No real point in getting it unless you can actually read a lot of Japanese.
BTW, KEBIN MASK.
Oh, and I bought a cute looking Croe/Kevin doujin on ebay. O__O $44 (with insured shipping) but daammn, UM doujin is hard to find. That's the first I've seen one on ebay ever.

I have to agree with the shipping price, it's just a book so I don't see how it really would cost that much, even from Japan. I guess that book isn't really worth buying it then if it's just mostly words. I was hoping it'll be more interesting than that but oh well. Thanks for telling me anyway.
And 44 dollars for a doujin? That's kind of a lot of money. XD;
I wonder if it's cheaper for you girls to get doujins through YahooJapan auctions instead, even with the fees and everything.. o.o
(Offtopic, there's a Bandai Checkmate figure on eBay now if anyone cares. I don't mind getting one but usually it's stupidly expensive because it's so limited so I don't think I'll even bother. D: )

XD which one did you buy? I know there was a Ashuraman x Ninja one and a mixed character one. I was looking at the mixed character.. but the Kevin/Croe one sold me. (Plus it was made on my birthday. 83)
UM doujin are really hard to find, since a lot of the artists no longer publish them and have moved onto newer fandoms.
Hmm.. I dunno. Isn't it difficult to buy off yahoo!japan? =o I'm not sure how it works.
Checkmate is tempting but.. ehhh.

I went for the Mixed Characters Doujin. I remembered seeing it on the artist's website, but had no clue how to buy it on those japanese auction/amazon/etc. sites. xd The fact that there seems to be 1st/2nd gen stuff altogether sold me, plus the price wasn't half bad. It'll go nicely with my Geronimo-focused doujin I bought last year. =3
And I've bid on 2 of the "All-Chojin Dai-Shingeki" volumes I found. I call Dibs! DIBS!!
...You have NO idea how tempted I was to get that Checkmate while I was at it. If he's on eBay at the end of the month, I'll reconsider.

Usually it's expensive after the shipping costs, fees, and all that crap. Unless you can actually find a single soul on YahooJapan auction that's willing to ship out of Japan. (Which I doubt.) But I dunno which's more reliable since I never used it and I don't really want to spend that much money. XD; *rolls around* edited: Rebecky, I think the auction goes for five days, at least that's what it said when I saw it today. And horray on getting those two volumes. I wish they would have continued that one though.

Oh, I got my doujinshi. XD It's a lot of 1-3 page stories that are totally cracked out. I'll scan it in when I get the chance.
Also, the seller sent me some treats along with it! A Bourbon mixed dried seafood snack, some rice biscuits, and some Fran pocky. Fran Pocky >>>> Regular pocky. It's made on a chocolate stick and dipped into white chocolate. Mmmm..

Wow, that's really nice of the seller. POCKY IS GOOD. Especially strawberry. I like the ones the China store has, where you have plain biscuit sticks and there's specific flavor icing so you just dip and eat. (Again, I like it with strawberry icing.)
And please do scan when you have time! I don't like the majority of the yaoi pairing but Kevin x Croe is like... one of the only very few I actually like. XD;

There's no blantant yaoi in my doujin. Maybe slight hints at relationships but nothing major. The weirdest thing Kevin and Croe do together is Croe's like.. sprawled out on his lap, acting like he's dead. XD
