Roty: Reaver's is more likely to murder you, but no...my Healer, only has the Magic Materialization tech. I need to get out of Academy before I can even fight though.

Sera: Ki helps, if only so you can help out longer as long as you have more Ki. Its too bad, I haven't gotten a chance to work on my Nameks or they could help as well.
Leaf: The profile sheet says you gain one stat point per 10K Ki, so I would say yes.

No, you don't get a stat. You get a new custom technique for every 10k ki you gain.
And it helps, yes, but it isn't really a deciding factor in a fight. That just shows your energy reserves.

You get one point as well So if you hit 10,000 or 20,000 and haven't gotten your extra point(s) Do so in the training completion.
