Nova chuckled. He had a feeling the human barely got anything good to eat. His blood tasted like saturated fat. The vampire grinned and went over to Mitsuki and leaned close to him. "You sure smell better than before," he said as his nose took in the other's scent. It smelled healthy! He wrapped his arms around Mitsuki and glanced at him before his fangs went into the other's neck. The sweet blood rushed into his mouth. It was not long since the food had just entered the stomach, so it would be awhile before it tasted any better. But the smell was sure there! He adored it. As long as the blood was in his mouth, he would savor the sweet taste. Though, he was soon enough finished and pulled away, licking his lips. He looked at Mitsuki and smiled. "Well, it'll probably not change much yet. You need to eat more healthy food. It'll keep me healthy as well," he pointed out. "You may not be into the whole healthy food thing, but I'm not really in the mood for dying at a young age. Are you?"

Mitsuki rolled his eyes when the other pointed that out. "Aleast I'll die happy...." he said in a joke manner. He sighed and answered, "I suppose I could try...but I won't make any promises...." He sighed as he looked at Nova, who had enjoyed the taste of his blood. "Well.....what do you want to do? I'm sure you'll be bored if we watched Tv." He knew the other didn't like board games or any other video games like that.

Nova's face turned sad. "You can die happy with me. Who needs yucky food when you've got me, Mitsuki?" he asked and sniffled. He did not like Mitsuki's words, even if they were a joke. Though, Nova did not know that it was a joke in the first place. Why was it always him that seemed to take things so seriously? Sighing, Nova walked over and sat on the couch. "And... I feel like 'sleeping'. I'm tired," he said and laid down, shutting his eyes. He was too upset to invite Mitsuki to lay down beside him because of his misunderstanding of the other's words. Letting out a sigh, Nova rolled on to his other side and grumbled.

Mitsuki frowned and answered, "I was just joking!" However, that didn't seem to get noticed by Nova. He sighed and stood up and walked over to see Nova going to 'sleep'. He sighed and decided that Nova needed some time alone. He walked upstairs to do some homework. He turned on the light and began to work. As time went by Mitsuki got some of his work done, and he slowly fell asleep at his desk.

Nova woke up and looked around. Where did Mitsuki go? He sat up and scratched his head before continuing his search for his human. There was the very good chance that Mitsuki was doing his homework. That made Nova smile. His human was such a hard worker. He did not like it when he made jokes that seemed so real. Walking up the stairs, Nova let out a yawn and looked up. He saw Mitsuki's room and ran up and opened the door. He peeked inside and looked at the sleeping human. The sight spread a large smile on the vampire's face. He walked over and hugged Mitsuki from behind and sighed happily.

Mitsuki slowly opened his eyes and noticed Nova was right behind him. He lets out a long yawn and sat up. "Hey....." he murmured as he rubbed his eyes "Mm....how long was I out?" he asked as he looked down at his homework. He only had half of his homework done, he sighed and growled in frustration. He looked over at Nova and saw that the other was in a better mood now.

Nova shrugged and stood up straight. "I have no idea how long you were sleeping. I was on the couch sleeping," he said and sat on the ground with a plop. For some strange reason, Nova really liked the floor. He always sat there. Well, that was if he was not sleeping on the ground. He giggled slightly and looked up at Mitsuki. "But... You should do the rest of your work. I don't want you getting in trouble." He grinned and looked around Mitsuki's room. His stuff was still in there, just not in the middle of the floor or on Mitsuki's bed. In his own room he would have thrown it on the ground and not bother to pick it up unless his father demanded it. Only a few people would demand anything from Nova. Actually, there were a lot of people, but he only listened to a select few. Like Mitsuki. If he wanted to, then he could boss Nova around. Though, Nova was sure that Mitsuki would not do that. That was okay too. He stood up and hugged the human again, this time giving him a kiss on the cheek.

Mitsuki nods and began to write again, he worked until he was on his last worsheet. Math worksheet for his math class. He looked back at Nova, "You know...you can lay or sit on my bed....you don't have to sit on the floor." he suggested as he worked on another problem and then eaily moved on to the next one.

Nova patted the ground with a smile. "I like sitting on the floor. It's... Comfortable," he said with a tilt of his head. "Is that weird...?" he asked. He was raised differently than Mitsuki. The vampire did not know what was normal and what was weird to humans in the new generation. That irritated him. How was he supposed to fit in without knowing what was normal or not? Maybe he would be able to ask Mitsuki after he was done with his homework. Nova sat up on his knees and looked at the work Mitsuki was doing. His eyes widened. It was math, the kind he was unable of doing. He made a face and looked at Mitsuki. "I'd like to know how you're able to do that so easily. Oh, and what's normal and what's weird," he said. He looked back at the paper and began thinking how the numbers were related with everything. That was how he did work. He watched others and learned how to do it that way. Easy...

Mitsuki nibbled on the end of his pencil, "Hm....define Normal and weird.....actually sitting on the floor is quite common is some cultures....other's perfer placed that are soft to sit." He looked down at the paper and began to finish up the problems, "Math is easy, it's just formulas and numbers and rules......kinda like another language." he explained as he placed his pencil down and took a break. He turned to wonder if Nova understood now.

Nova listened to Mitsuki talk, and after a few seconds, he nodded. Well, at least sitting on the ground was normal in some places. That was nice. And then... There was no definition of normal or weird? Did that depend on the person defining it? He sighed heavily and looked at the ground before glancing back up at Mitsuki when he said something else. So, math was like another language. Was it as hard as learning other languages? Nova had issues learning another way of talking. Well, speaking in another language. That was why he could not ajust very well during the... When was it? Seventies? That's when everyone spoke funny. To him, anyway. It seemed others coped with it easily, or maybe some others never spoke like that, just like him. Nova sighed and looked up at the ceiling before resting his forehead on Mitsuki's shoulder. "That's crazy... This new world is crazy. Why can't things be simple?" he said, mostly to himself.

Mitsuki snorted, "Because people are smiple-minded.....the world as it gets older the people change and think new ideas....they change for the better or the worse..." he explained as he stood up and flopped on his bed. He was too lazy to finish it up. He glanced over at Nova, "Have you adjusted to the world now?" he asked out of the blue.

Nova made an angry face at Mitsuki. "Simple-minded? Am I simple-minded?" he asked and walked over to the bed and sat down on it with Mitsuki. He was sitting near Mitsuki's feet and was looking at the ground. Really, was he adjusted to the new world? He looked at Mitsuki and sighed. "I have no idea if adjusted," he mumbled and grumbled. He would like to think he were adjusted to it...

Mitsuki shook his head, "No....I mean some people are simple minded....I didn't mean you..." He looked at the other and sighed, he stated his opinion and most people either got offended and plain just didn't like it. However, most of the time he told was the truth. He rubbed his temples and groaned, "I hate thinking too much..." he murmured under his breath.

Nova crawled on the bed and laid next to the other and frowned. "I know you didn't mean me. I was asking if I was or not," he pointed out and scooted closer to Mitsuki. He rested his chest on Mitsuki's and let out a content sigh. "Hate thinking too much?" Nova asked in curosity. "Should I stop asking you questions?"
