*Suke pokes at a reddish line on his neck, wincing in pain. A magically healed scar . . . He blinks, and yanks a small pocket mirror out of his small tote bag, and looks at it. He nearly whimpers at the scar. Then, for the hell of it, Suke tries to speak. Nothing but a low hiss in the back of his throat.*

*walks in from decorating outside, her fingers and toes numb with cold and feeling painful...she drops down in her chain, Nathan running over to sit on her lap*
*hugs his mom the best he can and rests against her like a human blanket*
