I haz a mission for the members of this guild. I have committed myself to bringing back some of the normal clan jutsu from NFS1. However I have run into brick wall on Yamanaka and Futton and Youton Creation. So I propose this. Submit a custom normal clan juts (what a title). I basically need concepts. I will accept three for each clan. I do not need numbers, nor do I need exact effects. I simply need the concept. The idea behind is that there were a few jutsu in the normal thread back in NFS1 that had effects that were otherwise unobtainable. For example, in NFS1 this was the Gentle Fist Effect Quote: Name: Gentle Fist Level: 11 Category: Taijutsu - Bloodline Limit Rank: D Element: Wind User(s): Neji, Hinata & Hiashi Location: Anywhere Requirments: White Eye Description: A special hand to hand fighting style taught in the Hyuuga Household. When combined with the White Eyes (Byakugan), a user is able to inflict damage by flowing chakra into an opponent's Inner Coils System, which damages the organs. An individual who has mastered using the White Eyes, is also able to see the opening points (tenketsu). By applying a certain amount of pressure to these points, a person is able to stop or increase the flow of an opponent's chakra. (Does normal damage +20% and you may choose for it to either do 10% more damage or for your opponents next used technique to cost twice as much chakra to use, the cost change is applied after any technique they use to defend against this attack.) As you can see, it basically has a damage buff. Giving it normal damage + damage buff, then it gives you the option to deal an extra amount of damage or to make the opponents next move cost twice as much chakra to use. This was a unique effect only found on this specific skill, thus making it special. The idea is we want to bring these type of skills back to NFS2, making blood lines have a bit more flavor as well as bringing back some of the variety of the normal jutsu. So with that being said, if anyone has any ideas for the above listed clans that they would like to submit. Please PM them to me, Im looking for a description of the skill + a name for the skill + one special effect on the skill that cant already be otherwise achieved.

Side Notes:
1. Ava isnt really happy with me right now. So no oh s**t moment for her.
2. @Peter yes it was an Oh s**t moment when I saw you because your someone I never saw before and you dont appear to be an alt account.
3. @Zav From what I've heard, Den has been making it his business to take me out for awhile now. In all honesty, now would be the best time to do it because my strategy and knowledge of the system is lower now than it has ever been. + Im fairly certain that Sai exposed how to defeat me to him. But like I said, I welcome the attempt, and as I told Sai, if he beats me I will be happy for him. But in truth, I dont think that he can. We shall see.
And now I go play LoL. (still here though)

Kaguya don't really have any special effects... all of the moves were from Kimimaro's one episode, and they all dealt damage and increased what would be considered accuracy with the new system... nothing really special...

It keeps you guys on your toes and keeps you guys constantly checking the update thread just in case any new guys I recruit come through. xp Besides, it's not that hard to copypasta what I lay out for you.
