Man...
What is it with people needing to take the sticks out of their asses?
People have lives. Lives entail unforseen circumstances and or events that can cause a fight like HoH to become disrupted. I don't care if HoH goes on until August. I'd rather have THAT than see a bunch of people get disqualified because their internet is fried for a week or something. Or if someone dies in their family and they can't get online because they're on a plane or spending time at the funeral. Three days without word from SOMEONE as to their condition is just plain stupid.
Obviously under extreme circumstances the situation can be changed to allow for more time or whatnot, but don't b***h at someone because they have a life they have to live, and or penalize them for it. THAT is unfair. Everyone deserves to have a good time, not just the people who have no lives and can afford to sit idle for hours at a time doing nothing but typing. Is three days REALLY that big of deal to you? If it is, why not have the other fights in a match continue on at the same time so as to not hold up the other participants. That way, the results of the fight could still essentially be judged even if that one fight didn't get finished.
Anyway, I have to go. So, think about that, and think of the people with lives, alright?

Thats why teams are made up of 3 people and maybe an alt, making 4 people.
If one person is gone, the others will go on without them.

If you're too busy to enter a roleplaying tournament, don't enter. Know your priorities and plan stuff accordingly. Don't drag people down because you can't see ahead.

I agree with Pat. I have told Shin that I am the alt this year. Because in late January, early February I am moving to Georgia, so for at least a little while I won't be posting.
Do I want to be MIA the whole time? No. But I'm prepared.
NOW!
If someone dies, sure, I'd accept that as an extreme circumstance. Loses their job, stuff like that?
