Mari loosened the hug, but kept looking at the boy. She smiled and put her hand up to ruffle his hair a bit. "So you have a sister?" He nodded and smiled. "A brother too. They're both older than me." Mari kept playing with his hair. It was so soft and she loved it. "How old are you, Cyan?" It felt weird to the boy that he had to answer all these questions, but he didn't quite understand that they wouldn't know any of this yet. He didn't really understand the concept of time. "I'm four."

Cyan just looked over at Smash and smiled. "Garreth and Raine." Mari kept playing with his hair and the boy enjoyed the attention he was getting from her. He grabbed her hand and rubbed his face against it. This caused Mari to let out a small laugh.

The boy thought about it for a moment. "I don't miss Raine. She picks on me." Mari figured this was just sibling rivalry speaking on his half and let out a small laugh. "What about Garreth?" Cyan shrugged. "I don't know. Garreth will get Raine to leave me alone when she starts to be a brat, but other than that he doesn't really talk."

Cyan nodded and smiled. "I don't know about the other two, but I'm happy." He then clinged to Smash and held onto him tightly. Mari could only gather that he was a good father if the boy was constantly clinging to him and hugging him and this made her happy.

He just smiled and kept a hold of Smash. He was somewhat small for his age and this made Mari wonder, but she wasn't about to bring it up. She brought her hand up to the back of his head and rubbed it gently.

Cyan let go of him and stood infront of Smash and Mari. "I like to play with you and train sometimes. Though, mommy always says that I have to take it easy or I'll get sick." Mari then had a look of concern on her face and gave him an odd look. "You'll get sick?" Cyan looked at her and nodded. "I get these attacks and I can't really breathe. Mommy says it's because I was born early and that made my lungs sick. Dr. Vinsa says I should grow out of it someday, though. It's just I'm still little." Mari felt somewhat sad. The boy looked like nothing was wrong other than his size, but now she found out that he was sick. Hopefully what Vinsa said was true, though, and he would grow out of it. "Is there any medicine that we should know about? Something you have to take?" Cyan shook his head. "No. I don't have to take medicine unless I get a cold." She then let out a sigh of relief at this and figured he must not need breathing treatments.

He then started to ramble. It was like he knew his brother and sister's medical conditions as well. "Raine can't be around cats because they make her sneeze. I think there's other animals, but mostly cats. And... I don't think anything's wrong with Garreth. He's just quiet." Mari just let out a laugh and spoke to him. "So, Garreth is quiet and Raine sneezes around cats. Raine sounds familiar to someone I know. I wonder who." She grinned and glanced over at Smash.
