CloudCloud walked around to the back of the dojo where he could train without interruption. He had just returned from the hospital, he had been seriously ill for about a month and had grown weak. He had no time to waste.
Thread Walking Two -4 reduction Cloud pulled out two kunai with wire wrapped around the ends. He stuck one in the ground and 15 yards away placed the other. This created a long wire for him to train on. (1/6) He put one foot then the other onto the wire. He then started to walk back and forth from end to end. He slowly started to pick up his pace until he was at a slow jog. (2/6) He continued to pick up his pace until he was into a full sprint. He continued to go from end to end at this speed, increasing his balancing skill. He eventually started to run on his tip-toes, still moving at full speed.(3/6) It wasn't long before he was performing gymnastics on the wire. He did flips, cartwheels, handstands, etc until he could be mistaken for being an acrobatic. He continued doing these to increase his flexibility.(4/6) To finish off his wire training he unsheathed his sword and started repeated the process he had just done. The sword made him unbalanced which made things difficult but he soon got the hang of it. Just as before it wasn't long before this proved to easy.(5/6) To finish off he jumped extremely high above the wire performing three front flips, sheathing his sword during the second flip, and landing on his feet perfectly. Cloud took he kunai out of the ground, undid the wire, and put them away. He got ready for the next stage in his training, he felt the strength coming back from his muscles. (6/6) (Thread Walking Two learned)
Crescent Block -4 Reduction Cloud found another man training inside and had him come outside. He told the man he needed help training and would need him to attack with his sword. The man agreed and both of them prepared for what was to come.(1/6) The two of them stood about fifteen feet form each other. Cloud had his sword unsheathed and was in a defensive stance. His breathing was normal, posture solid, and his eyes were hard, showing no hesitation.(2/6) The man took a deep breath and charged at full speed toward Cloud. The man raised his sword to his side and went for a jab at Clouds chest. Cloud simply raised the tip of his sword and gently used it against the tip of the mans sword, driving it to the ground. (3/6) He then used half-stepped to get to the side of the man. The man quickly recovered and went for an upward jab at Clouds head. Cloud again used the tip of his sword redirect the attack. This time he brought his sword back and slammed the tip of his sword into the mans, quickly pushing it upwards into the air and out of the mans hands.(4/6) While the man watched as his sword flew into the air, Cloud quickly spun the sword around in his hand and performed an uppercut to the mans chin with the hilt. He thin jabbed his sword into the ground and using his hand pushed off of it into the air. Now above the man he used his fist and punched the man in the back of the head and into the hilt of his sword. Clouds feet hit the ground and the sound of a body hitting the cold ground a sword sheathing could be heard. (5/6) He walked off leaving the man unconscious. He took a few deep breaths and thought about the next stage in his training. Today he was serious, it was no time to be fooling around.(6/6) (Crescent Block learned)
Defense of Steel -4 Reduction Cloud unsheathed his sword once again and held it in front of him. Taking deep breaths he thought about what he was going to do. First he needed to use shearing so he would be able to cut through chakra.(1/6) He used shearing, adding an invisible 12 inch extension to his blade. He first took some practice swings, offensive and defensive to get used to fluidly using his sword again. Once done he got into an defensive stance and focused his mind.(2/6) He imagined a giant flaming dragon flying towards him. It was log and fast, showing great power, one that would not easily be bested. Cloud easily brought his sword up and slashed in down on the dragons head, cutting it in half.(3/6) Cloud now imagined being surround by hundreds of clones made of fire, water, and rock. They all rushed him at once, easily being able to overwhelm him. But he didn't let that happen. e made hundreds of quick weak slashed and within minutes all of the clones had been dispersed.(4/6) The man that Cloud had trained with earlier was now on his feet and making a couple of handsigns. The next thing Cloud knew a huge lightning dragon was headed his way. He turned in a 90 degree angle, sword in left hand, and cut the dragon in half, With his right hand he threw a kunai into the mans stomach. "You should probably go to the hospital about that." were clouds only words.(5/6) The man stumbled off, blood pouring out of him. Cloud was in no mood to deal with him, he simply sheathed his sword and moved on. He was at the last stage in his training in this style, for now at least.(6/6) (Defense of Steel learned)
Sword Drawing Technique -4 Reduction Cloud sheathed his sword and took deep breaths. This next technique would be one of the strongest techniques he knew at this point in time. He focused his mind and found a training dummy.(1/6) His body became very hard as he built up as much strength as he could. He then with lightning quick speed unsheathed his sword and cut the dummy in half. He didn't even use a forth of the strength he had gathered.(2/6) Next he found a body sized rock that looked hard. He sheathed his sword and once again focused his mind and strength. Seconds later he unsheathed his word just as he had before and cut the rock in half(3/6) He went looking for something else to practice on and ended up finding a giant boulder. He sheathed his sword and focused his strength. Then the boulder was cut in half, Cloud was now re-sheathing his sword.(4/6) The last object he would practice on was a steel pole. He did just as he had before and prepared to unsheathe his sword. Then it was over, sword unsheathed, steel pole falling to the ground in half.(5/6) Cloud sheathed his sword for the last time, he had finally completed this stage in the style. He thought about whether he should go on to another bukijutsu style or train in ninjutsu or taijutsu. He looked up and watched the clouds go by as he thought about it. CloudCloud knew he needed to train but he also needed to speak to the Raikage about the villages current status. He figured he would learn one more technique then visit her.
Fuuton: Kyoushu no Tosshin (Wind Release: Assassin’s Rush) He focused on his first heart, drawing the wind chakra from it. He had never used it so e needed to get comfortable with the feel of it. Letting it flow around his body he quickly gained control over it.(1/5) He then focused it all behind him, letting the wind gather. As it grew in strength he prepared to release it. When it was ready he finally released it sending a large burst of wind behind him. (2/5) He moved so fast he couldn't control his body. The wind propelled him into the dojo's wall 10 meters away. He got up from the ground and re-performed the technique. This time he had much more control over it.(3/5) Now that he had a grip of the technique he performed it again to learn how to change his trajectory using it. At first it proved difficult but he soon got used to using it. This was indeed a good technique to know.(4/5) He let his chakra flow back into his body letting it regenerate after its usage. As he started to leave the Dojo training ground he looked down at his hand. He had one more thing he needed to learn. (5/5) (Fuuton: Kyoushu no Tosshin learned)
Ito Todoku [ Thread Reach ] Cloud held out his hands to his sides, then started focusing on having his tendrils flow out from his wrist. As he concentrated he felt the black tendrils slowly surge their way through. He looked down and saw them wiggle around his hand.(1/2) He then had them pull out a few kunai and throw them at the dojo's wall. They hit right where he wanted them to. He then had the tendrils extend out pluck out the kunai's from the wall. The tendrils put them away then went back inside cloud.(2/2) (Ito Todoku [ Thread Reach ] learned)
Ito Souken: Shuriken [ Thread Creation: Shuriken ] Cloud lifted his arms up to the front of his chest, aiming them at 6 practice dummies. He took a deep breath, building up his chakra in his wrists. Then he released the chakra sending out six tendrils, one to each of the dummies.(1/2) The tendrils spun extremely fast, becoming flat. They took on the form of shuriken then hit each of the dummies in the head. Cloud put his arms back down to his sides, it was a useful technique.(2/2) (Ito Souken: Shuriken [ Thread Creation: Shuriken ] learned)
Ito Enchou [ Thread Extension ] Cloud stood up straight, relaxing his shoulders and arms. He took deep breaths, letting his tendrils slowly relax themselves. He looked up and watched the clouds go by.(1/3) He then lifted his arms up above his head, using his tendrils to slowly extend them. They went, inch by inch, to the clouds. Their limit was 19 feet but Cloud just kept extending them.(2/3) Once they reached their limit Cloud performed a few stretches with them to get used to them. He then let his arms fade back to normal size. He truly had become a monster.(3/3) (Ito Enchou [ Thread Extension ] learned)
Ito Souken: Mori [ Thread Creation: Lance ] Cloud extended his left arm outward and focused his chakra into it. He focused on letting the tendrils extend out and around it. And the tendrils did just that, they flowed from his elbow and wrist joints.(1/3) The tendrils twirled around his arm, extending past his finger tips. They then started to twist around each other to form a sharp tip, a lance. Cloud raised it up and down then started to perform slashed with it.(2/3) Cloud rushed forward and cut three dummies in half. He did this a couple more times to get the feel of the weapon before returning it back into himself. Now he had two weapons at his disposal, this gave him an idea for a special weapon he could make, but it was just an idea as of yet.(3/3) (Ito Souken: Mori [ Thread Creation: Lance ] learned)
Ito no Gaikotsu [ Exoskeleton of Threads ] Cloud focused his chakra around the back of his body. This formed a long tendril that came from his shoulder. He concentrated some more and grew a second one from the other shoulder.(1/4) As he fed more chakra into his back another one grew. This time in the middle of his back, he focused more chakra. Unsurprisingly another grew, rite next to the one on the middle of his back.(2/4) He now had four tendrils but he needed six. So he focused more chakra into his back. Another one grew at his lower back and then another. He had done, he now had six tendrils grown on his back.(3/4) He looked like a giant human arachnid, it was a freak show type technique. He used each tendril and walked forward, backwards, left, right, then eventually jumping running and all that good stuff. It didn't last long though, Cloud got sick of being in that monstrous state and ended the jutsu.(4/4) (Ito no Gaikotsu [ Exoskeleton of Threads ] learned)
Ayumi Eda [ Walking Limb ] Cloud relaxed his entire body, instead of just his shoulders. He let his tendrils freely flow throughout himself. As he did this he got a feel of his own hearts deep inside him.(1/4) They beat in unison, like the drums of war heard before entering a battlefield. As his tendrils flowed freely around his body he slowly started controlling them. By doing this he had them push one of his hearts to his left arm. (2/4) The beating heart fit itself right above the elbow. Cloud then slowly started to detach his arm, tendrils shown where the arm separated. Then the arm hit the ground, the tendrils sealing it so the heart did not fall out.(3/4) The arm then started hurriedly moving away to a safe place. Cloud easily caught up to it and reconnected it to himself. His heart flowed back into his body, giving off that loud beat. The more he looked at it, the more he realized this ability was meant to keep him from dying. (4/4) (Ayumi Eda [ Walking Limb ] learned)
Ichimyaku [ A Thread of Connection ] Cloud found a grop of man training, three of them to be exact. They were all swordsman, so he challenged them to a duel. They prepared in the back, and Cloud told them to give it their all. The three man all got into an offensive stance.(1/6) Cloud had his right hand on the hilt of his sword, and his left arm with the the shield attached to it raised a little for quick use. They all took deep breaths, then all three of the men charged forward at once. It was indeed naive of tem to do this, but Cloud didn't mind. It made his job easier after all.(2/6) Using his shield he stopped all three of the men's attacks. He then quickly brought his shield above his head, bringing their swords with it. This exposed their arms, in which Cloud used his sword drawing technique and cut all of them off.(3/6) The mens arms flew fell to the ground, and out of shock, so did the men. Cloud quickly got behind them and using the hilt of his sword, knocked them out. He quickly knelt beside them and performed the technique. (4/6) He then had tendrils flow out of his wrist. He held up the cut of arms to the mens shoulders, where the tendrils stated to stitch them back together. Once done he stood back up and looked over his work, the bleeding had stopped and the arms should be in working condition again soon.(5/6) Cloud quickly walked to the other end of the dojo and continued training as if nothing had happened. Making it appear as if it was all a Genjutsu technique. He was almost done learning this abilities techniques.(6/6) (Ichimyaku [ A Thread of Connection ] learned)
Tekishutsu [ Extraction ] Cloud had never used this new ability of his. It would definitely take some time to get used to. He closed his eyes and focused on the black tendrils that flowed around his body. He concentrated on them, letting himself know them as a part of "him".(1/5) As he learned how they felt, how they moved, how they lived like separate living things. He gained an understanding that they were like his sword, a weapon he could use. He held out his hand in front of him, concentrating harder on the black tendrils. (2/5) He thought about moving the tendrils from his wrist. This proved much more difficult then he had expected. Then he thought about it, they were him, he didn't have to put any thought into it.(3/5) He then simply had the tendrils flow from his wrist. The reached out as if looking for something to grab a hold of. Cloud knew what it was they searched for but he'd rather not think about it. He put his and back down to his side, letting the tendrils flow back into his arms.(4/5) Cloud looked back down at his hand, he had gained a dangerous new ability, one that he hated to obtain. He took deep breaths he left the dojo training grounds. He was on his ay to speak to the Raikage.(5/5) (Tekishutsu [ Extraction ] learned)

"Hyu~ This place got wrecked!" Shunketsu walked through the...area where the door was and walked to where the scrolls were stored. "Let's see here...what should I learn?" He went for the taijutsu scrolls first. " Hm...Iwagakure no Taijutsu looks good. So does Kaiser Fist." Since both looked good to him, he decided to take both. "I guess this will do for now." He put the Iwagakure no Taijutsu scroll in his pouch and walked over to a secluded area. He opened up the Kaiser Fist scroll and began to read it. "Hm...I see. So this first move I need to learn is 'Stimulating Armor'. Let's do this."
He put the scroll in his pocket and readied himself to train. He started to breathe in and out slowly to get the chakra flowing around his body. "Alright. Stimulating Armor!" He yelled, as he tried to make his chakra surround him. Unfortunately, nothing happened. "Huh. That sucks. I guess I'll just have to try again."
[1/5]
He prepared his body to attempt the jutsu again. The chakra inside of him began to flow unnaturally as he got ready. "Stimulating Armor!" He tried his best to make the chakra surround him, but yet again nothing happened. He wasn't exactly sure why, so he thought about it. "Maybe I'm not using enough chakra. Or there's not enough control going into it..." He frowned ever so slightly. "Well, I guess the only way to figure out why is to keep trying."
[2/5]
He went at it again, intent on mastering this awesome technique. His chakra flow fluctuated inside of him as he began to manipulate it to his will. "Stimulating Armor!" He exclaimed. He tried his best to form his chakra into a layer around his body. The chakra began to seep out of his pores and into the area around him, but dispersed instead of sticking to him. "That's a start." He smiled. "I guess all I need to do is get a little bit more control and add a bit more chakra." He nodded affirmatively and got ready.
[3/5]
"Stimulating Armor!" His chakra flowed rapidly throughout his body, until he "commanded" it to form an outside layer around him. The chakra began to seep out of his pores and stick to his body, but disappeared only a few moments later. Shun smiled once more and relaxed a little bit. "Okay, that was good. I just need to control my chakra a little better." He paused. "Well, that's what I think I need to do, anyways..."
[4/5]
"One more time! Stimulating Armor!" Chakra started to flow rapidly within him, until it stabilized and started to leave his body. Soon after, the chakra stuck to his body and became a layer of sorts. Of course, the chakra wasn't really visible because it was still just a small amount. Compared to the Raiton no Yoroi, anyways. "Nice! Now I can learn the actual techniques of this style!" He almost leaped with joy, but suddenly remembered something before he could. "Hey, wait a minute! Isn't learning a jutsu one of the missions that I wrote down?" He pulled out the missions scroll he wrote on and checked. "Yeah, it is! Sweet, mission one: complete!"

"Now, next technique!" He pulled out the technique scroll and looked for the next move. "Kaiser Crown, huh? Sounds good." He simply put the scroll back and activated his newly attained Stimulating Armor. "Let's do this! Kaiser...CROWN!" He sprinted at one of the dummies within his training area and smashed right into it. The strength of the move was so strong that it almost ripped the dummy from its stand. "Sweet! And...ouch!" He rubbed his head profusely. "I guess I didn't have enough focus. I'll try that one more time, just to make sure."
[1/2]
"Kaiser...CROWN!" Shun had backed up a few seconds earlier and now...he was going straight at the dummy again. He made contact with the dummy only a moment later, with the attack being so strong that the dummy was sent flying. As soon as he had hit, he stood upright and braced for the pain that was about to come. Fortunately for him, there was no pain. "Wow. I guess I did it right that time. Well...I just finished that mission again, and now I'm going to learn the next move!"

"Oh, this is easy." He said, as he looked at the technique scroll again. "I mean, it's just Kaiser Crown with my elbow. I got this." He grinned and put the scroll back into his pocket. He walked over to a dummy that was upright and prepared himself. "Elbow...BOLT!" He exclaimed. His elbow came up and smashed into the dummy's face, making it snap back. "Nice. I feel like I can get a little bit more out of that though, so...I'm gonna do it again!"
[1/2]
Shun loosened himself up a little bit before getting ready to do the technique again. "Alright. Elbow...BOLT!" Once again, he smashed his elbow into the dummy's head. This time, the dummy's head ripped at the seams and went flying across the dojo. "Oops. Sorry!" He yelled, just in case there was anyone training in that area. "Anyways, that was good. AND I got to finish a mission just by training. Win-win, right?" He asked himself rhetorically. "On to the next one!"

"Guillotine Drop, eh?" He simply leaped into the air and aimed for the dummy next to the recently decapitated one. "Guillotine...DROP!" As he came down, his heel made contact with the dummy's body and brought it into the ground. It went so far into the ground, that Shun landed on his butt. Hard. "Oof! Man, I need to work on the landing, I guess..." He joked to himself. "I guess I will, actually..." He got up and prepared himself to do it again.
[1/2]
"Guillotine...DROP!" He hopped up into the air and got ready to do the exact same thing. He extended his right foot out and waited for his heel to make contact. Once it did, he quickly reached for the floor using his left leg. The landing was messy, but he managed to do it. And the dummy was still "injured", as he had pushed it into the ground even more. "Good looks. I need to keep going, though. I want to train as much as I can before this armor thing wears off."

"At this rate, I'm going to wreck every dummy in this dojo. I don't think the Raikage will be too happy about that..." He frowned ever so slightly as he read the technique scroll. "Oh, this technique uses chakra. I guess I'll start practicing the chakra manipulation required before I get to hitting anything..." He mumbled to himself. "That way, I won't destroy every dummy here." So he backed up from the dummies a little bit and began to concentrate chakra into his right arm.
[1/5]
He continued to practice concentrating chakra into his right arm. He was going to continue doing so until the chakra materialized itself around his arm. "Doo doo doo~ This is going to take a while..." He sighed and waited, but made sure to keep most of his concentration on his right arm. He didn't want to have to start again just because he had made a stupid concentration mistake.
[2/5]
"Oh, finally!" He smiled, noticing the chakra beginning to take form around his arm. He concentrated a little bit more so that the chakra could fully cover that arm. "Good. Now, I just need to learn how to do that in less than an hour." He laughed at his strange sense of humor, while dispersing the chakra that had wrapped around his arm. "I guess I'll practice forming it one more time, then use the actual technique on one of the dummies."
[3/5]
That's exactly what he did. This time, he sent a surge of chakra to his right arm, which started to pour out of that area soon after. He manipulated the airborne chakra to completely engulf the arm. "Okay, I got the whole chakra manipulation part of it down. Now I get to do the fun part. Which is..." He waited a few moments for dramatic effect. "...trying it out!"
[4/5]
He walked back over to a normal-looking dummy and relaxed a little bit. "Now, how was I supposed to hit again?" He asked himself. "Oh yeah, back-handed chop!" He lifted up his right arm and swiftly brought it down upon the dummy's neck. His hand began to rip right through the dummy, but he managed to stop himself from going all the way. The reason being..."Hm...maybe I can use the dummy later for something. I wouldn't want to waste it." He simply shrugged and walked away, allowing the chakra around his arm to disappear into the atmosphere.

"Suprise Straight...Alright, let's get this done." Shun said, as he looked at the scroll. Right after, he put the scroll back in his pouch and started thinking out loud. "Alright, so...I guess I should work on chakra concentration for this as well..." He merely shrugged and decided he would do the exact same thing he did for the previous attack. The chakra inside of his body slowly moved toward his right arm and slowly began to form around it.
[1/5]
He sighed, as he watched the chakra continue to form around his arm. It was a slow process, but he figured that it was the best way to warm-up before using the actual technique. And in a way, it actually did help him because he didn't really feel like expending all of his chakra at once. And this way, he could slowly recover chakra over time as well. "Ah, such is the life of a smart man..." He joked. "I should really stop with the jokes. I am way too funny for my own good..."
[2/5]
"Alright, I'm gonna speed this up a little bit..." The chakra that was currently inside of his right arm began to release itself a bit more rapidly. The small amount of chakra around his arm increased exponentially, until it completely covered it. "So I'll do this one more time, then attack the dummy that I had almost ripped apart earlier." He simply shook his right hand and all of the chakra that had gathered around it just disappeared.
[3/5]
He manipulated some of his chakra to send it to his right arm. Once he thought there was a sufficient amount there, he released it all at once. The chakra rapidly flowed out of his arm and wrapped around it in seconds. "Well, that was fast." He noted when he saw the speed at which the chakra had formed. "Now all I need to do is hit that dummy over there." Well because he was going to do so, he walked up to the dummy.
[4/5]
"Hm...that's easy. It's just a straight punch." He said to himself. He stepped back slightly with his right leg and pulled his arm back. He twisted every part of his body and sent his arm flying toward the dummy. The attack couldn't even be seen though, as the chakra had boosted the speed of his attack almost tenfold. "Whoa. That was...unexpected!" He stared at his arm, then back at the dummy. "Wow. Anyways, I should get onto the next one."

Shun deactivated his Stimulating Armor in preparation of his next technique. "So, this technique is like Stimulating Armor, but stronger? Alright." He relaxed and let his chakra flow evenly around his body. Once the chakra had completely evened off, it began to form around the outside of his body. "Hm...this feels off..." He said, as he dispersed the chakra surrounding him. "The thing I just did is only Stimulating Armor. There's nothing special about it..."
[1/7]
Since there was nothing "special" about it, he decided that he had done it wrong. Therefore, he set himself up to try it again. "I'm going to keep doing this until I get it right!" He said to himself, as if to confirm that he wouldn't give up. As he said this, his chakra began to flow evenly around his body again. Soon after, the chakra came out and encased him in a layer of energy. "Hm...it's still just Stimulating Armor. Or it still feels like that, anyways..."
[2/7]
So he dispersed the chakra, intent on trying again. "Maybe I need to concentrate a bit harder..." He wasn't sure how he was supposed to do that, but it was worth a try. And because it was worth a try, he spread his chakra evenly again. Immediately after, the chakra began to form around him. Once it was fully around him, it stuck right to his skin, becoming a sheet of energy. "Hm...this feels a little bit different. I guess I'm going to keep trying."
[3/7]
The chakra layer stuck to him evaporated away when he got ready to try again. While the chakra on the outside disappeared, the chakra on the inside of his body was swirling around his body. A few moments later, some of the chakra left his body and surrounded it. "Invigorating Armor." When he said this, the chakra closed in on him and encased him in energy. Looking down at his arm, he noticed that it was giving off a slight gold-ish hue. "I think I'm starting to get it!"
[4/7]
Although he was starting to understand the technique, he wanted to do it a few more times to make sure that it was correct. So he released the semi-Invigorating Armor and set himself up to try again. His chakra began to flow around his body, until it began to leave it. "Okay, now...Invigorating Armor." The chakra came down on his skin and nearly attached to it. As he looked down, he saw that the chakra armor was really gold now. "Nice. I'm just gonna try this two more times to make sure I have this down."
[5/7]
And he did just that. He quickly released the chakra and readied up again. Almost immediately, the chakra began to seep out of his pores. Only a few seconds later, it solidified right above his skin. "Invigorating Armor." He simply said. He was confident in his ability to form the armor now, but he wanted to try it one more time to be certain. "I don't want this technique failing on me now, do I?"
[6/7]
"Woot. One more time." His current Invigorating Armor dispersed into the air as he set up to make another one. "Alright, let's do this. Invigorating...Armor!" His chakra quickly swirled about his body and went roaring out seconds later. Right after that, godlen chakra wrapped around his entire body. "Nice. I feel stronger already!" He jabbed a few times with both arms. "Well, anyways. I still have a bunch of techniques to learn!" He grinned.

Shun left the Invigorating Armor around him. "This is going to be useful for the next few techniques." He realized when he read the scroll. "Now, what is this next one? Breaking Lariat? Sounds easy enough." He faced one of the intact dummies and backed up a few yards. "Breaking...Lariat!" He yelled as he charged toward the dummy. When he made contact, he simply stopped in his tracks. In fact, he was almost sent back. "Ooh. That was bad."
[1/6]
"Practice makes perfect, I guess..." He backed up to get ready for another attempt. He lifted his right arm up and down a little bit to make sure that it was alright. "Okay, I'm good. Now...Breaking Lariat!" He dashed forward with his right arm out. As he made contact, he stopped again. "Oh, darn. I guess I just don't have the technique down. That's a given, though. I AM learning by reading a scroll."
[2/6]
He backed up again, ready to keep trying. He winded up his arm a little bit to loosen it, before sprinting at the dummy again. "BREEEAAAKING....LARIAT!" He yelled as he made contact. The dummy moved slightly, which to Shun was progress. "Awesome! Now I just need to do that a lot faster and a lot stronger." He laughed.

He backpedaled over to where he was standing before and got ready for another attempt. "Man, this 'Breaking Lariat' technique is pretty intense. I mean, you have to be really fast and strong. Or at least precise." He noted, trying to break down the technique in his head. "Anyways...Next attempt!" He charged headfirst at the dummy and slammed his arm into the dummy's throat. The dummy's support crumbled a little bit, but it remained upright. "I'm getting better."
[4/6]
He hopped back over to where he was standing and got ready for the next one. "Breaking Lariat!" sprinted as if he were about to tackle the dummy and used the forward momentum to add extra strength to his attack. As the attack connected, the support for the dummy cracked and splintered. "Niiice. I'm gonna try this one more time, though. I feel like I can get a bit more out of this..."
[5/6]
Once more, he back tracked to the area that he started his charge. "One more time. I got this." He smiled as he loosened up his right arm. "Breaking..." He bent his legs a little bit so he could push off of the floor. "...LARIAT!" He extended his legs, which boosted him forward as he dashed. When his arm made contact, the dummy's support finally crushed and sent the dummy into the ground, hard.

"Now, to learn...the Liger Bomb!" Shunketsu excitedly said. "It's looks interesting in theory, now...how am I going to train for this?" He realized that the training for this technique could involve a risk for injury. So, being the smart person that he was, he decided that he didn't care. "Ah, whatever. I guess I'll do it without the dummy first." So he jumped up into the air, pretended to grab a person, and waited until he was close to the ground. When he was, he "aborted" the technique and landed on his feet.
[1/6]
"Well, I guess I'll keep doing that until I get a feel for the technique." So that's exactly what he did. He leaped high into the air again and pretended to grab someone. Once he had a hold of this imaginary person, he simply waited until he was close to the ground. He quickly extended his legs and rolled, which allowed him to land uninjured.
[2/6]
"A few more times of doing that should suffice." He noted, as he figured out that he was getting the hang of it. Again, he jumped high into the air and reached his arms out to grab an imaginary enemy. He flipped this imaginary enemy so that its head was facing the ground. Then...he just waited. When the time had come, he extended his legs and landed elegantly onto the ground.
[3/6]
"Ya know what? I think I'm just gonna try this two more times without a dummy. Then, I'm going to go all out on a real one." Intent on doing just that, he leaped into the air again. He grabbed his fake enemy and used his strength to flip the imaginary shinobi around. He then waited until he was close to the ground and pretended to slam someone as he landed.
[4/6]
"Alright, again." He was starting to get tired, but he wanted to finish training this move before he took a break. So he leaped into the air, grabbed his imaginary enemy, and flipped it around. As his descent reached the bottom, he simply landed while pretending to slam the dummy's head through the ground. "Hm...I just realized something. This might actually make a hole in the floor if I'm not careful. Ah well, this place is destroyed already."
[5/6]
He walked over to a non-stationary dummy and picked it up. He threw it up into the air as high as he could, then jumped up after it. Apparently, he had thrown the dummy a bit too high, so he tried his best to stay in the air as the dummy came down to him. Once it was within grabbing distance though, he went right at it. He pulled it close to him and turned it around so that the head would be facing the ground. "Liger..." He firmly grasped the dummy. "...BOMB!" The dojo shook as he landed and dust covered his entire training area. When it cleared, Shun was sitting in the bottom of a small crater. Without a dummy. "Dang! I guess I shouldn't use this move for sparring!" He got up and leaned up against an intact wall. "Now, what should I do next?"

He went back to the scrolls to see if there was something else he could learn. "Hm...Let's see here. Ooo, the Hachimon?" He opened up the scroll and read the contents inside. "Hm..can lead to death, huh? Whatever. I won't have to use it that much. Probably. Well anyways..." He looked at the first gate. "It's located in the brain, huh? Then I guess I should go meditate or something." So he sat down next to a wall and calmed himself down. "Ohm....ohm..."
[1/5]
"Alright, I'm gonna shut up now." Surprisingly, he stopped talking and focused on unlocking the first gate. He wasn't exactly sure about how he was going to unlock it by thinking, but that was the only way he could think of to unlock something that was in his brain.
[2/5]
He continued to just sit there and try his best to meditate. Of course, he hadn't really meditated before this moment, so he didn't really know if he was doing it right. The only thing he was even basing it off of was when he went to a play and saw actors pretending to be monks. His thought process for doing that was, "Well...it's the only thing I can think of, so why not?"
[3/5]
The so called meditation that he was doing was kind of like agony to him. He wasn't even sure if it was doing anything, but he didn't know what else he could possibly do to unlock a "gate thing" that was inside of his brain. It's not like he could train as much as he could until something happened. Which is what he would have normally done, had the gate not been up in his head. "Hm...maybe I have to think about unlocking the gate. Just sitting here doesn't seem to be doing anything."
[4/5]
Instead of just sitting there, now he decided that he would imagine himself opening the gate. He also tried his best to believe that he would be able to use 100% of his energy. Apparently, believing and imagining worked because the gate suddenly opened up. To test it out, he got up and started to run around a little bit. Indeed, he was about two times faster as he was before. He went to go punch a used dummy and made a hole right through it. "Sweet, I'm faster AND stronger."

"Hm...the technique associated with this gate his forbidden..." Shun said to himself as he deactivated the first gate and looked at the scroll. "I guess I'll save that for later. I don't want to get in trouble for learning a forbidden move quite yet..." He frowned. "Anyways...I guess I'll learn the next gate." He looked at the description for the next gate that was on the scroll. "Oooh, that's nice. And I think I have a better training method than before." He stood still and started to concentrate chakra into his head.
[1/5]
"Now the scroll says that the gates have something to do with chakra, so what better way is there than to concentrate on my chakra? I'll just send up a lot of chakra toward where the gate is and hope that it opens up." He nodded once as if to confirm his "ingeniousness", then continued on. His mind was set on learning up to the 5th gate, but first he had to get through the 2nd. "Man, this better work..."
[2/5]
"Oi, I'm starting to get light headed..." He said as he continued to send up chakra to his head. "Psyche. I never get dizzy! Most of the time." He simply shrugged and went on with the chakra controlling. "Wow, I just realized that this is helping with my chakra control as well." He smiled as he realized this, though he was sure to keep most of his concentration on the gate opening attempt. There was a significant amount of chakra in his head by this point, so he didn't want to mess up now and have to do it all over.
[3/5]
"Good thing I thought of doing this." He thought out loud. "I mean, otherwise I would just be sitting on the ground, looking all weird and trying to meditate." He laughed at the thought of meditating. More specifically, the thought of him meditating. "It can't be that far away from unlocking, can it? I mean...I put a lot of chakra into my head n' stuff, so...." He simply shrugged it off and continued to focus.
[4/5]
Suddenly, the 2nd gate unlocked. He stopped sending up chakra to his head and moved around a little bit. "Huh. I don't feel any stronger and faster..." He moved around a bit more before realizing something. "Waaait. This is the one that heals injuries! It doesn't give any increases in strength or speed, either." He laughed at how stupid he just was. "Wow, I am dumb. I think it's just because I'm tired..." He looked over to one of the walls. "I think I'm gonna rest for a while." He walked over to the wall he was looking at, closed up the 2nd gate, and sprawled on the floor.

Zetsu walked into the dojo and yawned as he read the next jutsu on his list. Placing a dummy on the ground as he focused on the dummy. Taking a deep breathe he remembered Alex and growled as he drove his hand down hard into the dummy crushing it into the ground. [1/3] Without missing a beat he drove his hand down again crushing the chest of the dummy as he shakes his head anger filling him. Standing he brushes the dirt off his shirt as he picks up the dummy and moves it to another area. Setting it down he walked over to the jutsu lists sitting down and thinking about what happened with Alex. [2/3] Shaking away he anger he felt with Alex Zetsu stood and walked over to the dummy again. Breathing slowly he drove his hand down hard into the dummies chest as the dummy shatters into bits leaving him in a crater. Stepping out of the crater Zetsu reads the next jutsu on his list. [3/3] Smiling he looked towards a dummy and threw out two demon wind shuriken one hidden in the shadow of the other. He was testing how well he would have likely tossed out this attack and hoped that one day it would work. Listening closely he waited for a sound that he waited for. [1/3] After a few seconds two definite thuds showed that he was a few seconds off from his actual target. Shrugging he retrieved his shuriken and turned to attempt again. Tossing out both shuriken he waited as he hoped he got it right this time. [2/3] Smiling he heard only one thud as that signaled that both shuriken were in perfect sync. Moving to the next jutsu on his list he smiled as he rested while reading the jutsu. This next one would defiantly come in handy. [3/3]
