A look back over at the table where the little unhappy trio were. Yes they looked all ready to go. "Seems the mood over there is rather hostile indeed. And here I figured that we could all be pleasant, but no I was wrong again." But a shake of her head to him. "I'm not hungry...and I don't want to eat while I'm here anyway...you never know when my stomach doesn't want to play nice. I'll get something when we get home. But if you want something, feel free to indulge, don't let me hold you back."

Ion walked to Jiscal, "We will be leaving now. Enjoy the rest of your evening. I am sorry that my four colleagues could not be a more..." He looked at the other four chormatics, "Civilized." He said.
"Adios." Nuryll said as he walked out the door.
"Were are we building?" The Red one asked.
"Nearby." Ion replied.

Celeste brought the baby Tarathiel to her table, and placed him on it, looking deep into his ambre eyes, and seeing the wisps of blond hair begining to grow. It was as thought the demon knew to shave the hair off so it would grow in more fine.
Elric sat down beside her, holding a plate of food. He placed within reach of Celeste, but not near the child. Cedric turned where he was and looked about. He sought out the bard, Lore.
Lore and Fin were draging the later, or pulling him, towards Jiscal's barracks.
Cedric intercepted them, "Lore, do use your bardic knowledge to identify the child." He ordered, or asked. One could not be so certain.
"Ahh, great minds ever do think alike. The babe is who Celeste claims him be."
"Are you certain?"
"As certain as I am that he shares your birthname."
Cedric coughed, "No one is to know that for sure."
"What ever you say, dandylion."
Fin coughed, "I don't want to go back with the dwarf. He's an animal. Drinking and fighting and drinking and fighting... Did I mention drinking?"
"Several times." Cedric replied. "Fighting?"
"Oh- hiccup- He wanted to train me to fight better."
"Why?" Cedric asked with a rather curious voice.
"The last elf he fished from the lake saved his people from slavery. He's expecting greater things from me."

Zahara knew why both were pissed at her and she knew they had every right to be. She had no right to jump down Sevilin's throat just because he'd carried on a conversation with Naga. And she'd seen him move back defensively, he didn't like women anymore than she liked men. And it wasn't his fault she was acting silly over something stupid. Especially with Arthur. It had really been uncalled for the way she dumped wine on him. Wasn't his fault Sevilin asked him to keep an eye on her and if she was completely honest with herself, she admitted that she probably did need someone reminding her not to drink. Not that she actually would, no more than the half glass she'd been allowed. And it wasn't just because of the deal she'd made either though the reasoning behind her actions were unknown to her. Why was she acting like such a witch tonight? She didn't even feel like eating, didn't feel like dancing, didn't feel like talking to anyone either. Her slippers were starting to annoy her, the lack of weapons was annoying her, the lights were too bright, conversations were too loud, silences too deafening, the table wasn't made of the correct material...and to put icing on the cake of her displeasure her mind was once again trying to shove her into reverie which she fought out of pure determination and spite. Finally she couldn't take it anymore. "Are you two just not going to talk to me the rest of the night? Just sit here and ignore me because I was a b***h? I mean I wouldn't blame you if that was the case but gods know how long we're going to be forced to be here. Malik certainly doesn't look like he's going to be ready anytime soon...."

Aella looked down at the floor. "I've never wanted to dance, Onyx. I never knew I wanted help with it." She shrugged. "I don't even know if I'll ever have to dance again."
Meilikki looked over at Lunar. "Such a strange development. Did you have a hand in this?"
"I suppose, inadvertantly. What happens after I initiate is often out of my control."
"Out of it? That isn't very comforting."
"Well, free will and all."
"Ah. Lunar, may I ask you a question?"
"Certainly."
"The three headed dog. Who is he?"
"Deidrich? He's the reincarnation of a child murderer."
Warren patted her shoulder, "Baby stuff. Nothing to worry about."

The night was getting exponentially crappier and crappier. Well in Sevilin's opinion it was anyway. Yup, just like a big old rock rolling down a steep hill with a rather large and deep body of water at the bottom of that hill. It was easy to see the irritation in the two at the table they all shared. Seemed Arthur was overly bored and Zahara was in a mixed state of being miffed yet looking as if she wanted to take reverie. "We're not ignoring you...if you'd like to add something to the conversation then please feel free to add to the conversation."
Alright, looked like someone had to be the leader in this little group. Dropping his ankle off the chair Sevilin stood, "I'll be right back..." Thus picking his way through the crowd and over to the table that Malik was now occupying, clearing his throat to get his attention, "Lord D'vinn, a word?" before waiting patiently.

The young surface elf sat there in his seat, smelling of wine with bored expression across his face, the night started off good but then it went way down hill all because of Naga and Arthur cursed that damn woman in his mind as he watched his watch quietly; he couldn't even go out onto the floor and dance if he wanted to because of everyone looking at what happened just awhile ago it's not like he cared for who every appeared or disappeared he just wanted to get the hell out of there. Arthur's only visible eye slowly scanned the inscription on the inside of the watch over and over again, memories came flooding back everytime he read those precious words but suddenly a voice brought him back to reality and quickly he closed his pocket watch before trying to find the source of the voice, which belonged to Zahara. "If I was trying to ignore you I would of turned away or something, you can talk I'm not stopping you just find something to talk about I got nothing." Even though Zahara admitted she was being a b***h he rather hear those special words from her mouth then he would be a little nicer to her, but mostly he was bored out of his mind, oh yes was he ever bored.

Sure, contribute to the conversation they say. But unfortunately when it came down to it, there wasn't much to say and they both knew it. It pretty much allowed them to ignore her in a completely different way. Joy. She shrugged her shoulders and turned away from Arthur glancing over to Sevilin. Frowning she shook her head, "He shouldn't be walking." Yup, he'd probably sprained that ankle and now he was only going to make it worse by walking on it. But did he care? Nope, he apparently needed to talk to Malik. She huffed out a sigh and her fingers tapped restlessly. "How long are we going to be forced to sit here and suffer? Why can't we just leave?"

Arthur's one eye watched Zahara in silence, it seemed she had calmed down ever since she went into wild mode back when Naga was around which was okay because he wasn't in the mood for more wine to be dumped on his head. Again Zahara went off about Sevilin and how the drow shouldn't be walking, Arthur really didn't care what the elf did; the guy certainly didn't care what he did so he never showed much interest. "Well if he hurts his foot even more that's his own fault." He muttered as he shuffled in his seat with a sigh as he tried to find a comfortable spot in his chair. "Well maybe we can't leave because we are here underneath Malik and Piper, if we leave without them then people might take that as a bad sign." The surface elf shrugged a little bit before closing his eyes. "But really I do not know why we must stay, I want to go home and get a bath."

Malik looked up at Sevilin, though he did note the foot.
"Yes Sevilin? If thgis is about leaving, no, we're not going just yet. not until i know Jiscal has no buisness with me to reslove, and we need to let the purians know we have one of thier scouts."
A slight grin.
"and you shouldn't be walking. If it's any consolation, I'll wager that the serpent is feeling very, very sickly right about now."

He shrugged lightly. "A sprained ankle is nothing serious..." That was all he had to say on that little matter now wasn't? He honestly didn't see the big deal...he'd walked on broken ankles before, this was nothing to him. Though a look over his shoulder at the two at the table. "Are you sure it's wise to let the children stay in thier fussy moods and perhaps start a fiasco and sink your ship, so to speak?"
And apparently Sevilin was trying to weasel his way out of this thing, using the others as an excuse, of course a look over granted quite a sight...there was practically pissed mist and what not. Perhaps he wasn't just trying to make an excuse. Oh well...it seemed liked a good idea at the time, yet it was turning tide on her. Why did most of her ideas tend to go that way? Bad luck she supposed.

Zahara shook her head and gave a huff. "It is my problem since I have to be the one who heals his foot and breaking it will only cause a lot more damage. He could tear something internally and make things that much harder on me. But it's not like he actually cares." She watched the exchange between Malik and Sevilin. It was tempting to get up and stroll out the door, but then it was a long walk back home and with her tendency to suddenly fall into reverie she didn't want to risk it. "The party from hell that never ends..."

"The children know what's good for them. Arthur won't dare piss one of us off, and Zahara won't leave without you or Piper, knowing she'd have a very long walk back as Ramoth won't budge without me and Piper present."
A slight grin at Sevilin.
"Anxious to leave, Sevilin?"

"Then again she knows I know translocation." Hey he could banter back and forth with the best of them, but that wasn't the point of this conversation. "I'm never particularly anxious to go anywhere...but those two quite are. Not made for long engagements and what not. Not to mention that Zahara looks about ready to drop, and for whatever reason, Arthur had an unfortunate experience with wine. Not that you two have to leave."
