Duality | Kel and Cupit haven't even passed 10k so I'd consider them as far less than powerful. XD I plan to keep them in the Afterlife a while before reviving them so you can still be the first. Though I do have two females in the works just because of what Green said about preferring a girl over a guy to rp with form that village. But I don't need to make them straight away. So you can still be the first. :3
Orojin | You know you need to be best friends with them first. That'll take time and I'm planning on killing off my rpc now. I wouldn't mind you becoming friends with one of my rpc since I have quite a few that I mainly use just rp with but you'll have to rp with it a long while before you can kill it for Mangekyou.

Orojin | Let me see. You can be friends with... Ayas [Niskie], Diva and or Fushou, Seibetsu [Death Swallower]. I have some more people but I have to see what they have on their list and what relationships they have with other rpc. Fushou is busy right now but I can send Diva to you. Where is your rpc located?

I just noticed that if im in phoenix mode and fight a clan member i can use my clan techniques at 25% the cost . =O Since in phoenix mode clan jutsu cost half but with I can do it better then you another made up jutsu i can use jutsu my enemies have at half the cost .

So if you fight someone strong, you will be more of a challenge. That's how I saw it.
