Well, generally I figure that cheating in a situation like these is just sad, so I don't even try to consider it. After all, I'm playing because having a close duel against a strong opponent is fun, and it helps me figure out how to improve my deck. Cheating would take that away.
As for methods, there's two ways that seem to work the best. The slower method is actually posting parts of turns at a time. the more reliable way is to actually use the Yugioh thread in Tabletop Gaming's forum. In the first post they have a link to a committed tinychat for dueling.
