I probably would have been more effected by it had I not known it was coming, and despite what the top part says about getting permission she had already asked me, and more or less told me what was going to happen. Still, seeing it made me go like this crying just without the perfuse crying, and just the mouth-ness. Then I felt like a bipolar child with your post. You all need to stop toying with my emotions!

Sorry I have been "neglecting" the guild. I have been so stressed out these last couple of week that I haven't had time to think about the RP, or anything that has to do with it.

You know, after being informed that by my one friend that she had a tree on her garage, I realize that my earlier comment sounded a bit dismissive. Something I didn't mean for it to be. I kind of assumed when you said things have been hectic and stressful that you were talking school/work-wise and my response was kind of "no-pressure, don't worry about it". I mean, I know how school and work can cause emotional and mental trauma. sad
Talking to my friend, though, reminded me of the hurricane (which since I'm on the East Coast sort of slipped my mind... mainly because of David Foster Wallace's death) I kind of forgot that you're further out west. You're not having trouble with Hurricane Ike are you?

Don't worry about it, there was no taking it the wrong way on this side.
And we had a little trouble with Ike. Mostly gratuitous amounts of rain on the one weekend I had war which caused us to leave early so we didn't get flooded out by the continuously rising creek.
Anyway, it was mostly school projects that kept not going my way (technical issues for my documentary) and all the stress that went with that.

Ewww... flooding, that can be trouble. I'm really happy that I live in an elevated area.

It's on The Sonic Sidhe Tribe. They are a group of drummers who perform at the Renaissance Festival here in KC. I know the girl who spins poi, and so she got me in with them, and they are totally awesome.

It was just a minute long thing, so I just covered the history of the tribe as told by the leader. I'm going to do a promotional video for them so they don't have to audition every time. I also want to make a longer version for them as well.
When I finally post it on the net I will give the link.
