Malik waited until the bard was through, before taking piper out to the dance floor, and leading her into a more elegant and showy waltz like dance, that involed spins and dips and such. he if he was going to show up the humans, then he did so with flair.

"I've mingled enough for now. I should be spending time with my wife just as much as mingling."

A small smile and a kiss during one of those dips.

"Five polymorphed dragons. the the dragon riders are here, I bet those are thier mounts. Meilikki is here with Aella..and that Cedric elf. which makes me wonder where Onyx and Moonstone might be, as I'm sure Onyx has tried to get in here at least once. Sure you don't want to talk with Meilikki after this dance?"

Fin, after consuming over three letres of dwavish high quality ale (as high as less than a year of fermintation can create), tried to stand and walk over to the bard. He made it half way out of the chair before his head was consumed by the most unholy of headaches... "Why couldn't we just drink the human holy water, did we really have to bring our own."

"Because OUR water is more Holy than the-res." The king hiccuped.

Fin tugged on a servent's shirt, "Can you ask the Bard.. Lore to come here."

The servent left, and lore came a walking. "LIke the slow waltz there... Fin." He looked at the elf, "I know many a sailor who would murder their mother to be in the position you are in."

"I'd do if for them." Replied the elf.

"No you wouldn't."

"Ok. I wouldn't."

Out of the blue, Trem Bowl was sitting a table with some nobles, and demonstrated the principles of magnetisim using two spoons and a wooden plate filled with water. They seemed impressed with him.

Zhap offered Trem Kyp's job. Kyp had a moment of joy spread throughout his body, but when Trem said he had a job, the joy dissolved into nothingness.

This little party kept on having all kinds of turns and twists didn't it? Though she knew that the moment she was pulled to that dance floor that Malik was going to do his best to show up every human that he indeed could, and perhaps any half elf, elf, or drow in attendance as well. It was just his style. Flair, elegance, and what not were things he always loved to play with. "Or do you really mean spending time with your wife because she seems to be a prime target...it's probably because I look like them..." Meaning being a surface elf...well she could pass for a human at a reasonable distance or right angle, and even then closer a half elf. Though even just being a full elf meant little when she was thus a surface elf...and probably looked too young, even by elvish standards, to be married and let alone to a drow. But a smile and a melodic laugh to him among all the fancy moves and what not. "Well well my dear Lord D'vinn...you have gotten around haven't you? Good to know you're informed...though I only plan on bugging Meilikki if she wants me to...we did have her all to ourselves for a time. I'm fine just sitting at the table."

Sevilin merely shook his head as he watched all of this unfold with calm eyes surveying the scene. So what...this was merriment and what not that one indulged in when they felt the need to gather and be pleasant with each other? And they all expected things to stay this way? He was skeptical but he wouldn't say otherwise. But eyes returned to thier watching couples dance on the floor and other just hanging out, though it seemed that he was the one hogging the wall to himself and Nym. Hey he was good with that.

Aunt Bertha managed to squeeze one of th Riders from his enterage, and managed to engage with him a rather intemite dance. The rider seemed to have been given a heafty amount of drink, despite the fact his fellow riders were trying to keep him from it. That is right, Kalam had been hooked by Bertha.

Inigo Montoya was discovered sleeping at his table, after drinking barely a quart of wine. Every so often he shouted out at some six fingured man, but never stirred much beyond that.

"If you don't think you can actually speak to Jiscal now then let's not. It's entirely up to you Galesen. If you want to introduce me, then we'll walk over there and you can present me in just that special style you have. But if you choose not to then we'll keep dancing until the song comes to an end and then perhaps later on we'll share another dance. You know whether or not Jiscal would be thrilled to meet me or not so this is your call not mine. What do you think we should do?"

Arthur smiled a little as he kept on swaying to the music with Zahara, it felt really nice to dance with someone again and it felt a bit better to be dancing with Zahara herself. "Well since you want me to decide about what we should do I say we go see him I think you'll like the guy, besides we'll always have another dance and this was a just great too, you're a pretty good dancer Zahara." He said with a smile before he took her lightly by the hand and lead her over to the king. When they reached the man he gave a small nod in respect then introduced Zahara "King Jiscal I like you to meet Lady Zahara Val'ril, she’s one of the gusts that came with Malik like me." He said with a small smile, the king was always a pretty nice guy if you were able to talk to him.

King Jiscal the first looked at Zahara, and then to Arthur. Arthur was still alive, so she must definately not be a typical drow. "Good Tidesin, Lady Zahara Val'ril. It is a pleasure to meet someone of your elogance this eve. I remember hearing of your beauty, but those tales are no match for the real thing." He said nonchalantly. The scars on his face made him look older than he was, combined with the crown and the outfit, he might have passed for thirty. But alas, nothing could hide the fact that he was still a 25 year old male, with plenty of viggor. "Again, Arthur Murdock, I am in your debt for intorducing me to such a splendid woman. It would only please me more to know that the tales of her sarcastic wit and enduring personality are also true."

His wife on the other hand, seemd very jealous, but said nothing. IF eyes could kill, hers most certainly would have. She felt very inferior to the straight elves, and rather blemished. Perhaps she would have to seduce one of the younger men to make Jiscal understand how she felt... Oh look, Arthur Merdock.... She almost did, but something inside her would not let her continue with her plot. She even knew a charm spell that would leave him wondering if anything happened, but wanting more of what might have been.

Pretty good? She was an elf for goodness sakes and that meant that she was much better than pretty good but compliments were few and far between this evening and she wasn' going to push for them. Apparently she was meeting King Jiscal, so she followed him over and then let her eyes size up the king. The humans all bowed or curtsied and she thought about it but first she wanted to see his reaction. "King Jiscal." Nope, she wans't going to bow or curtsey but she was slightly enamored with the King. He praised her and she smirked lightly. "Well my King, if you want to know if the tales are true, share a dance and some friendly banter and you'll know, yes?" She raised an eyebrow at his wife. She did not want to challenge her, Zahara would hand her her a** but she really didn't want to seeing as that was her husband. A bit of a warning look to her before turning back to Jiscal. "Interested?" she asked one eyebrow raised and that seductive smirk she'd perfected years ago.

Jiscal turned his head to look at the servents moving about, "Alas, I am afraid that at this time I cannot partake in the festivities. I must await the King of Honoursfield, and Greet him before I may dance on the floor. Though, I feel that I have lost the one and only oppertunity I would ever have to dance with you." He said with a rather kind hint of waywardness. His wife almost coudln't breath. The charm spell crept further to the front of her mind. "Alas, it is my loss. Do know, that if ever you are in need, come to my castle. I have been told that you aided in the rescue of the Oracle, and I believe that my future aid to you, should you need it, would only partially heal the wounds you suffered on that dangerous quest."

Zeranda did not miss the threat, but she understood that it was a return of her own glares. The Queen looked at Jiscal who seemed to be smiling back at her. She frowned softly. "The King Of Honoursfield is oftly late."

"Maybe I should send Gil to go and search for him?"

"That may be an appropriate decission." Zeranda answered. She tugged on a servent, who walked and told Gil to go and search. The Halfling mounted his dog, and ran into the city, towards where honoursfield was to be docked.

She smiled softly at Jiscal and nodded regally. "I will certainly keep that in mind." Of course she couldn't help adding on a juicy little tidbit. "If the one you are waiting for arrives, come find me and I'll give you the dance. I should be here for a while knowing how Malik likes to mingle and whatnot." She gave a small salute to his wife and then grabbed Arthur's arm and strolled off. Dropping Arthur off back at the table she walked over to the wall, leaned against it and sighed. "Jiscal's wife is jealous of me. I think it's rather hilarious personally. Though it's nice to know she sees me as not just competition but unbeatable competition." Turning to glance at him she raised an eyebrow at him. "How'd you feel just now?"

Gil, fortunatly, met the King of Honoursfeild as he descended from his small ship. He did not know Gil, but recognized easily that the halflfing was there to greet him. These things tended to happen. Gerard raised a hand. "Hail, good halfling," he strightened his small, dignified crown and whipped dust from his surcoat. "late I know I am, I hope I did not worry Jiscal too much."

He gave a small bow to the halfling and they started on their way to the castle.

Kalam was jauntly humming along with the tune to any music that played, or making up his own if he couldn't rightly here it. He swung Bertha around with vigor, and his commrads tried to snatch him back at every opportunity. Owain sighed and shared a look with the rest of his crew. Thrahaja would not be please if Kalam returned home drunk, perhaps one of the magi here knew a sobering spell.

At one point, Laurence had engaged in a conversation with Trem. Well, more like two people talking while facinf each other. Laurence carried on with his stories, Trem with everything else.

Leaf, with her odd animal skin clothes drew the attention of some of the castle's attendants. They came to ask aobut her clothes, but stayed to inquire about her hair. Dirty blond and full of volume, her hair was soft, mangable, and naturally shiny. She stern faced had softened after reqests to stroke it.

Usha was looking worried, and starred at her hands, talking to few and becomeing a disapointing conversationalist.

Warren was dancing with Eliot, who's blush spread across her cheeks and did not fade. Warren's ears perked at sounds, listening to conversations here and there, his attention split in hundreds of directions. He was enjoying himself, which was a rare occasion in itself. He noticed Malik's attention a few times, and made a point to perhaps...talk...to the blue drow before the night was over.

Naga was eating and hitting on almost anything, women included. However, the fact that she was drow had most people skitich, and she soon moved on to find new bait. "Ha ho ho ho ho ho ho!" Could be ehard ringing out every so often.

His was currently studying his new boots. They were good boots too. Leather was soft so they were flexible, not too tight so as to make standing unbearable...in fact they were generally comfortable...good soles, would get some good walking out of these things. Though his attention was drawn up from his boots as Zahara came to share his wall with him apparently. Yup, she still had that confidence streak. "Half elves tend to be..." Though that was all he said before her other question which made him blink, before warily watching out for other women at this thing. "Bored? Parties like this really aren't too much my thing. But it looked like you were having fun." Yup there was one woman in particular that he had been making sure to watch so he wouldn't get ambushed and have something less that pleasing happen.

Captain Celeste and Elric of the GTS Integrity arrived, somewhat late. The lady was dressed in a flowing white gown that made her natural beauty literally glow. Elric wore something that was green, and elvish. A hansome pair they made as they walked through the entrance hall, and greated King Jiscal.

JIscal looked at Celeste, then to Zeranda, and the back and forth several times, ending on Zeranda. "I think you are prettier than her." He said softly, which made the woman who felt so jealour tonight blush.

"Good evening, King Jiscal I." Celeste said, using the ancient and meaningless word evening. "I am sorry that my party is late, but we happened upon a warband of raiders, and thought that we should not allow them to have their way, and ease up the usage of the Purian Scouts." She curtsied.

Elric bowed. He did not feel like saying anything.

Gil rode before King Gerard, smiling happily. He was vert cheribic on that dog. When they reached the gates to the Dinning Hall, Gil bowed politely, and returned to his post, dismounting from Braver.

Gerard entered the castle, some of his trusted attendandts following behind because a King never comes to a party alone. He hadn't even had time time to approach Jiscal begore Usha was hanging around his neck. "Usha!" He tried to losen her grip, because she was choking him.

"Gerard! You have no idea how much I ahve missed you! How are you? How is the city? Did the Oracle accept your requests? Did..."

He patted her head and lowered her to the ground (hanging off his neck required her to leave the ground, as she was shorter than he) "In good time, little sister, we will tlak of such things. Firts I must pay my respects to the king." Usha on his arm, he appraoched king Jiscal.

He bowed politly. "Good King Jiscal, eventide to you. I appologize for my late arrivle. Honoursfeild had a skirmish with a waylaid band of orcs that needed to be taken care of before my departure."

Naga spotted another few drow across the room, and a little surprised that she'd never seen them before, got up to talk to them. Well, she got up to talk to one, at least. A glass of wine in one hand, she approached like a panther. Roar.

"Who are you and what's your haul?" said to the male with the long braid.
