Real Life Job Opportunity:

Just a little announcement and possible carrier investment for those interested.

I am in the process of finishing work on a board game that I intend to publish and sell (I believe I've spoken of this before). However I am in need of aid with the art aspects of the game itself. Now I can't promise pay as I can't be sure it will sell, that said if it DOES sell then those involved will indeed get paid (note I am trying to keep those on the project a small group so this will not be an open call for as many people as apply, merely a few at most).
The board game has a private wiki at the moment that contains details about the games development as well as what progress we have made and what we need done. Currently we are seeking artists for -
Board art, card art, and box art.
The setting is medieval fantasy and thus anyone wishing to contribute and get involved would be promised the following:

1. Pay should the game sell
2. Your name in the credits of rules pamphlet
3. A possible job at our studio should we be successful enough to turn this into a business and/or future projects of such scope.

However we do expect a few things:

1. The ability to create decent artwork (doesn't need to be amazing but since the positions are few we will only be taking the best that apply).
2. A good work ethic (we don't want one or two pictures and then abandonment. Note even if you do we will include you as part of the team if your work is used, your pay may reflect the work given of course though).

So with that said if anyones interested in giving this a shot the only other artist we have at this point is myself and of course I'm far from great and am busy with designing many other aspects of said game thus the outreach for help.
Just thought some people might be interested or might have friends that are interested.

We prefer people that live in southern California or ones that can at least attend skype or other instant messengers occasionally to talk over development of the product live. Thus if you are able to do the instant message meetings from time to time (given the occasion you can't do to school or other work) then working from the home is entirely acceptable.
