first off, Puppets are able to mold the chakra of the user, evident in the CHakra no tate ability.
and no, there is no device inside the puppet that allows you to do it. the user molds his chakra and makes the puppet do it. he sort of opens a wormhold. its confusing. if you watch Bleach. . . its what Nova does
and all the rest of my puppets are mechanically sound. that is the only fantasy one I made that I cant explain

So, are regular ninja able to obtain these puppets and use them? Like my guy has an alternate method to use one at the moment, but using the puppetry technique would probably be preferred.

pshhh, I wish normal people could use them. but sadly i dont think we can. I need to convince Drago to let normal peple learn just that one technique. than it would be all good.
I have tons of puppets on the back burner.
one of which is nothing but razor cords attaching his imbs with spikes on his chest and a pully system inside the body. well, what he does is that his arms and legs shoot off and wrap around the foe to stop them from moving, and then the pulley system pulls the torso of the puppet to the foe to dig into the

yeah, all the insanely powerful run off techniques. I was just talking about being able to use one puppet at a time. its not like I was talking about doing Hyakki no sousen

What regular weapons were you going to make? Send them to me in a private message or your ideas. I'm curious. Uchiha can open wormholes -nods- Kakashi did it quite a few times. Itachi ends up doing it. I'm about to create a made up technique from that actually.
