Hmm, my math is a little rusty.

Hedoro's senses are based on water vapor. As an example, for height, cumulonimbus clouds (the ones associated with storms and weather like that, also heavy with water) have an average height of 20,000 feet. Assuming Hedoro's senses could only extend to a quarter of that, that meant Tsuki would have been over 5000 feet in the air. (She told me she was beyond Hedoro's senses.) Using Mangekyou Implosion from that height, just how big of an area would she have been trying to implode anyways? Jet planes' higher altitudes are at around 15,000 feet, so if you were to look out a window from one, imploding even a third of that image is still a huge amount, isn't it? even with eyes like the Sharingan, could you really narrow it down to focus on one person from that distance?

First point. covered by my last post.

Second. That's an example of flawed logic. By that logic, just because my made-up doesn't say it kills you, that doesn't mean it doesn't kill you. As for my Disease Orochi, Pestilence Horseman ability and self made-ups (about five or six of which all work toward that same result...) I think it's well-covered and balanced. If you hadn't insisted on creating about half of those airborne pathogens yourself, you wouldn't be swimming in a sea of disease anyways. (and again, even if you swirled the air around you, you still would need air to breathe. That air came from somewhere. disease-laden air.

Manipulation over pathogens- Covered by Disease Orochi/Pestilence. Also, about half ot the manipulation was them simply following within your own wind manipulation, not mine.
Breaking body into pieces- I'm a slime, of course that would be covered.
changing size- covered by a made-up, fueled by what I eat.
reforming into waves/tornadoes- a made-up that lets me turn water techniques into my own substance. Like Tornado of Water.

controlling the wind to encircle you, yet never letting it actually touch you. Sending wind away from you, while stopping wind from flowing into the vacuum you left behind. Those I don't fully understand, that's just poor thinking there.
