Entering the bar, Daisy wasn't sure what she might find, but knowing that Solis was still here, she needed to find and make sure she was ok. She came through the kitchen door and called out, Solie, where are you?

Following a few yards back, Star watched her sister go through the kitchen door. Star walked around to the main entrance. Whatever Daisy had on her mind, she would let her do it and then she would get to the bottom of what was going on. Entering, she looked around to see that Crow and her man had left, but she couldn't tell much else from the looks of the place.

Results are all that matters., Ali held the smirk as he watched Vincent fetch a glass and help himself with some of the beverage. Letting out a slight snicker at his..well lecture. Seems Vincent had just volunteered to be the one to tell everybody to duck and cover when bullets started flying, even if the way he was doing it could be mistaken as a sort of threat. Then you'll be the one to tell people to avoid me and haul a** when the safety switch is flicked off. , Ali poured himself a final shot and downed it in one single gulp. Rising to his feet and doing some slight adjustments to how the kevlar was on him, along with how the straps of the weapons hung on him. Also you may like me, but I sure as hell don't like you. So knock off trying to get on my good side, I ain't here looking for friends. Enjoy the rest of the bottle., Simple turn to the side and Ali was heading towards and out of the door. Had some s**t to do in his new temporary quarters, like get a decent workshop set up so he could tend to his tools of trade.

Frowning, she gives a small, dissenting shake of her head. "In my experience, if one cannot speak for themself, it is better to follow the wishes of their loved ones than to make a choice without their permission." she said, finding the newcomer as curious as any of the others. While she didn't think it was right for him to administer anything to Angel without permission, especially after her sisters had spent so much time and effort making it clear that she needed to be left to her own devices, neither did she think it was appropriate to do more than comment on the situation at hand.
As if on cue, Daisy and Star returned to the bar again, seemingly in search of Solie. She gave a nod to the two women as they entered, but didn't move and didn't offer any information about Strider's efforts with Angel, for fear or making things worse again.

Kumouri had watched Malachi pour the concoction. For some reason he chose not to stop him, in spite of the fact he'd been stopped earlier from trying to help patch Angel up. He did see the reaction and at least he seemed to be further speeding her already fast recovery. But this did leave him once more feeling like he was little more than some whispering shade. There, but really not able/allowed to interact with those around it. Perhaps he should just retreat back into the shadows.

Solis smiled at the new friend she just met. His first name was far to awkward for her to say so she used his surname. "Pleased to meet you Mister Stryder. You must want to be my friend cause you called me Solie." Perhaps Solis was far too trusting but she had seen him try to help Miss Angel and nobody was yelling at him. As she spoke to the new friend she made, she looked over at the only other catlike person that she had ever seen in her whole life, if you didn't count the mirror that is. She was afraid to speak up to him because she was just in awe of the way he moved and he didn't really look all that approachable to the small feline. When Ziven spoke her thought train derailed. She skipped over to Miss Ziven's side, looking up at her with a confused look. "Why are you staying here Miss Ziven? You can sit with Solie." Her attention was drawn by the scratching of the chair legs against the floor. She watched Ali head towards the door and ran up to him. "You going bye bye Mister Ali?" Her small arms wrapped around his waist and she hugged him tightly. The youngling was far too naïve to realize he had put her in danger with the flash bang grenade, she knew only that he had pet her, spoke kindly to her and protected her from what she had thought was a monster when Angel had been delivered so violently. "Will you be coming back?" She looked up at him with big blue tearful eyes. When Daisy entered the scene, she would see Solis was doing well, but was reluctant to release the grip she had around the man with the arsenal on his person. Solis had been abandoned when she was a young kitten and attachments, when they happened, caused her to cling a little too much when she was shown affection.

Kumouri had noticed Solis look his way, and could feel her fear of him. it was natural after all. She was more like a house cat, while he was of the wild, dangerous world. She needed to be around those that lived more peaceful lives than what he'd lead.

Strider regarded Niven first, "In my experience there is no good to come from prolonged suffering, no matter what the reason," he said, looking down thinking about some of the less positive things he'd seen, "It takes a toll on more than just the body, and is experienced by more than just the wounded," he thought for a moment, "But it's good you're looking out for her interests, I'm just not the kind to be a bystander," he finished. Turning back to Solis, he replied, "I'll be your friend Solie, if you're willing to be one with an old man like me," he joked about his physical age and his chronological one.

Had some s**t to do in his new temporary quarters, like get a decent workshop set up so he could tend to his tools of trade. ~Vincent had been around the block a time or two and in his travels he's seen several kids like this one. They all thought they were little billy badasses who didn't need a soul in the world to be there but truthfully, they were a dime a dozen and they always ended up dead. At some point the sand in their hourglass of time ran down. He laughed to himself at the ignorance of this lad. The cultured vampire was not seeking friendship. He merely saw himself in the boy, well actually he saw who he had once been before he was turned into the creature he was currently. But, he was no fool and he sure as hell wasn't going to put himself or his future family in harms way to lend a hand to a ungrateful blood sucker with a death wish.~
"Whatever kid, it's your funeral. Perhaps you can take down Crow and Yawgmoth."
~He watched the little catgirl cling to this angry young man and frowned.~
"You don't know what you've got there, or here for that matter. This place is safe place to call...home once we take out the trash that haunts it"
~The door opened and in walked the reason Vincent lived these days. His future bride. She was a fresh change in scenery. Before giving her his full attention, he gave Ali one last statement.~
"I meant what I said about the innocent bystanders. I won't allow them to become martyrs for your carelessness."
~Having said his piece, he turned towards the door.~
"Hello Morning Dove."

Angel's body began to glow lightly as her natural healing power infused with the liquid the stranger had poured over her wounds. It had to be something made from natural resources or it would have backfired and caused worse damage then good. She slowly began to gain movement of her limbs. As her unconscious mind lay still her body showed the tale tell signs of fighting back.

Ali did a abrupt stop when Solis cling around his waist, had him stay and listen to Vincent's lecture once again. Then glance down at Solis. He knew exactly what he got here, a place to wait out some of the heat back on the mainland and some girl that seemed to like him just cause he gave a small ounce of consideration. Hardly a place he was going to settle down in, what was he gonna do? Plant turnips and jerk off in the sun?
Sure his kind came a dime a dozen, came with the world he grew up and lived in. Thugs that'd beat you bloody or cut you up if you looked at them wrong. Maybe he'd end up as them, bleeding out in the gutter and looking as the rats came sniffing. Just another body found by a hooker, bum or cop. Came with the lifestyle. Run along to Daisy and leave me alone kid., if Solis didn't let go willingly then Ali'd simply reach down and pry her hands off him before he kept walking. Atleast now she wouldn't be picking up a flashbang next time, Consider it his part in attempting to limit a potential collateral damage.

To her, it was another link in the chain that she felt around her breaking heart.

Looking around the bar, she could see that much was unchanged, but much was changed at the same time. Angel and the coffin had been moved. No one had tried to remove her body at least. Someone she didn't know had started to administer healing although Angel would want to be left alone. Ziven was still her and Ali was departing. Continuing to scan the room, she found Solie. Walking up to Solis, she hugged her. She would hold her friend, her only friend, util her sadness had passed.
Looking over her shoulder she called out to Ali, You don't have to be such an a** ya know.

Coming in the bar breathing a little heavier than normal, Star was astonished to have been greeted so lovingly. Taking a moment to gather herself, she smiled at Vince and started to take count of those present. After a mental note of those who had departed, Star closed the gap between herself and her love, you will have to fill me in on what happened here soon.
