Remembering that Solis was watching and listening, Daisy turned in the chair so that she could sort of see, she replied, See these funny things that are happening around me? When Star was a few years younger things happened around her too. Maybe she can tell me what it was all about and if we are more than human.

Taking a moment to think, she replied, I think that I have the power to choose good or bad. Star uses her powers for good only.

"Well Solie is staying right here until you decide if you want to be a good girl or a bad girl." Her tail wrapped around her waist and she hunkered down closer to the floor.

Laughing a hearty laugh, Daisy said to her friend, Now, do you really think I would choose to be a bad girl?

Thinking over how she could show her friend that she would be using her powers for good, she concentrated on warm milk with honey. Soon enough a bowl of it was landing in front of her neko friend. I am sorry that I scared you, and I am sorry you were tricked before. How can I show you that I will not use any bad powers?

Sniffing the bowl of milk she smiled, daintily lapping at the warm mixture with her tongue. Solis began to purr. She looked up and smiled with a small mild dribbling off her bottom lip. "Solie believes you Miss Daisy."

Letting out a sigh of relief, Daisy then smiled and replied, Good because I don't know if I could have survived with knowing that you were scared of me. See, my sister, Miss Star, learned a few years back that she is a witch, and she has powers. She doesn't always use them, but when she does, it is only for good. And we were wondering if I too would have these powers. It appears that they decided to come to the surface tonight. With a flick of her finger the windows started washing themselves. See, that's the type of thing that Star does. I would expect that I will have some mishaps like what happened with the water earlier, but I will try to control it.

Solis Rose crawled out from under the table to join her friends side. Her tail wrapped around Daisy's wrist to insure her that Solie was no longer afraid of her. "It's just that it was unexpected and you looked scared too Miss Daisy."

Honestly, I was scared. It took me a moment to process and I remembered what happend when Star first learned of her powers. She looked around the bar to see if she had spooked anyone else.

From the floor in the center of the bar a large black hole ripped itself open, the primal energy of the Void leaking out around it for a brief second. The hole had something in it and rather violently tossed it out onto the floor of the inn a few feet away. Angel and all her mutilated viscera and broken form. Given how weak she was and her will to survive dwindling she needed help. A familiar tone of laughter came from the dark hole, Yawgmoth and Crow, their laughter together mingled a grotesque chorus of woe as the hole closed shut sealing off The Void and leaving Angel to her fate.

The fallen Angel rolled to a stop in a pile that looked like the mutilated corpse of a horror show. Her breath so shallow that one would need to come close to register it. Massive open wounds covered the once fair skinned beauty. She had lost a great deal of blood and it still seeped around the intestines that had been torn from her body and left to hang by the vile Crow's own claws. Her beautiful long crimson hair was now matted with blood and stuck to her skin. Her healing ability was working but very slowly. Crow had beat her within and inch of her life to get back the power she had been convinced that Angel had stolen. Peering through the rats nest of hair, one could see one of Angel's eyes, no longer the vibrant violet of the succubus but the emerald green of the Matriarch.

Kumouri noticed this sudden gruesome display and realized quickly whom it was. He moved to her quickly, hoping there was yet life in her. He noticed shallow breathing then looks to Daisy and Solis and says "She's still alive. Quickly, one of you clear the largest table and the other help me to get her on it." He would then carefully slide his arms in under her, letting the girl that comes to help him gather up her insides before they carry her to the table.
