Quick question: Cramps. If your muscle cramps, what are you supposed to do about it? Stop the exercise, stretch, get water... like what? I don't want to get hurt, but I don't want to stop every time I get a cramp either.
I changed my routine up, and I'm trying heavier weights. So I expect that will cause some aching and stuff, but I haven't really had much of a problem with cramping till now.
Maybe it's my diet? I should take a supplement or something?
