it's this firefox addon that is supposed to tell you when a page has changed. I'm trying to set it up so it works with forums. then, i won't have to sit and wait for it to change, i could do something else and it will say "New post" or something.

normally, i don't either. But today, google chrome stopped starting up with the last session, and that piled up with the other problems annoyed me too much.
