my money is on Neo since he can unlock the gates and just zip to the other side of the village, and close the gate before it begins to hurt him.

Hehehe... I already had something planned for that instance. One small detail about the draining of chakra. The more you use your chakra, the more it drains. So should he open his gates, he will almost 100% die.
