Designated Hero Dear God why am I awake? I feel like Sey. If your sleep wake cycle is off, take some melatonin. It regulates your biorhythm to suit the sleep cycle that you need/have. I took it when I was on a night shift, and it helped, though I was still tired most of the time despite getting the recommended 8 hours.

unless your sleep cycle is already so messed up that an entire bottle of melatonin couldn't help you sweatdrop like mine...

Melatonin helps a little. It relaxes you, I guess.
I'd suggest ZMA, but the studies aren't conclusive yet, although it's supposedly beneficial for men and for sleep in general. What it does do for sure, is make you dream some crazy s**t.
My doctor game me Soma, some sort of sleeping meds to help me fall asleep, but I can only take it when I really need it.
