Struggling to contain herself and so wanting to come to Angel's aide, Daisy felt her inner being about to explode with rage as her skin started to turn blood red.

Hearing Crow but feeling Daisy, Star knew she had a choice to make. She could either react to one sister or the other, but not both. It was a choice between good and evil. She chose to turn her back on Crow and start to soothe Daisy. She had been through too much. She couldn't allow her emotions to set her off just yet.
You must calm yourself little sister. You haven't gotten the energy to allow yourself to get this angry. Pay her no mind.

My question wasn't answered. She looks from one set of eyes to the other, even turning to Angel.I want to know what happened Her face hardened as she scowled. Who did this to you? Not that Crow cared, but they were her sisters therefor they were her property as she saw it and no one , NO ONE messed with what belonged to Crow.

After a few moments with Star helping her by directing her, she was able to contain the feelings from within. Thank you, she whispered to her sister.
Turning to Crow, she told her what she remembered. I was walking to the bar, and then I was knocked out and bloody. If not for Angel finding me, I may not have survived.

LIstening to Daisy, Star looked at her scribble on the menu, then handed the chalk to her little sister so that she could take care of the kitchen part of the menu. Then turned her attention to the eldest sister:
Crow, you are the only being I know that could have any experience with this type of beast. What could have caused it to happen upon and attack as it did? And lastly, what can be done to ensure that there are no more lurkers?

After having said all she could remember, she accepted the chalk and went to artfully fill out the menu for the day:
Breakfast: Tatertot Casserole
Lunch: Club Sandwiches
Dinner: BBQ Pork Tacos
Available anytime: fruit/veggie tray, danishes, water, coffee, tea
Upon finishing she gathered a list of ingredients she needed and said a quick prayer that everything was in stock in the kitchen then made her way to that part of the bar cautiously.

Angel set down on a bar stool and watched Daisy scrawl across the chalk board. Her mind was on the conversation going on between the two speaking. She knew how fast Crow could turn on someone and the last thing Daisy needed was another attack on her person.

Knowing she was treading on thin ice, Star needed to respond, but wasn't sure she wanted to go there. Chewing on her lip, the words just kind of came out of her mouth.
While I didn't say you did sic it on us, I was asking if you knew how we could be sure there were no others lurking outside our doors.
Wishing Crow would offer to go investigate, but knowing that would never happen. Crow was a b***h and everyone knew it. The only way that the sisters would get through this was to research as much as they could and then go investigate themselves. But they would have to do so in shifts not allowing Daisy to exit the bar at all.

Now in her zone, Daisy could tune out all the talk about the Manticore going on in the main room. She was in the kitchen working on preparing the Tater-tot Casserole.
She had browned the sausage and placed it in the casserole dish, mixed the milk and eggs, and placed that on top of the sausage. All that was left with this dish was to top it with tots and cheese, then finally baking it.
When all of a sudden CRASH! The kitchen was blocked and Daisy knew this could only mean one thing. It was back and she would have to face it alone.

So, you need me after all? Crow slowly walked towards Star, smirking. She had such a good time toying with her. The bang in the kitchen stopped her, as she scoffs.What a ******** klutz !

Stunned by the sound that was coming from the kitchen, Star ignored Crow. She was being the same ole coneited b***h she was known to be. Even if she had to go out there herself Star decided in this moment to take care of the research herself.
You know what Crow, you want to be such a controlling b***h, do it to someone else. While our lives stand in the balance, I will not stand by and allow you to treat any of us this way.
She turned her back on Crow and floated up to the rafters, she had used the catwalk to get into the kitchen before and was hoping to snoop to see what was going on in there.
