I'm not sure, but things like having Fullmetal Alchemist characters around sorta bugs me. And David Copperfield.
I dunno, it's just that if we're going to have clan restrictions and point systems, we should have everything be extremely regulated. Everything should be designed the same way, everything should be simplified, streamlined, and held to a rigid standard; everything should be as good as the best village.
It's your guild, run it however you want, I'm just saying how I would've done it in your place. As long as I have good people around to RP with.

It's a direct word to point conversion rate now. To learn an 800-point technique, type up 800 words. Since different computers had different screen sizes, this eliminated the discrepancies.
And personally, I like the fact that the guild has so many different sources tossed together. It means there is that much more sources of ideas to draw from; that all characters aren't going to be the same. As a prime example, if this guild was entirely Naruto, I doubt I'd even be here anymore. (My first character is based on a Magic: the Gathering species of monster, and their primary source of battling is playing games. Generally card games, but anything that's a game will suffice.)

That's fine as long as you're not bringing Urza into it. I like original non-Naruto ideas (heck my clan jutsu involve psychic ability) but I don't like canon characters and techniques.
