There are 2 types of scythes: Sickles and Zanbatous. The difference: Sickle blades are on the side of the staff at one end. Zanbatou blades are at the top, appearing more like a pirate's cutlass only with a long-a** grip.

The helmet would be problematic..
I wouldn't do a rifle, unless absolutely necessary.
The boots will always turn out crappy, but those are really intracate boots to get them working right.
I can steal the kama...
Plus I'll do the colors as I see fit, though it would still resemble the description....
I'd say 1.7k minus a rifle.
