Oh yes, mispronunciation of last names. Lovely chapter.
Volkhausen => Volkshausen (most popular version), Wollhausen and other variations
I've gotten used to the non-German pronunciation of my first name, though, since I can see it's not that easy to produce the German 'e' when you're not used to it. Therefore, I'm going by Pett-ra in the US...or for people from Turkey, Spain, Portugal etc.
