"Why?" It was apparent at this point that he was playing the why-game that most children did. He continued to hold the glasses in his hand and just grinned.

He just giggled and laughed as he raised him into the air. Even spreading out his arms as if he was flying.

he walked around the room with him up in the air then swooped him down low then lifted him up again.

All he did was laugh and giggle as he did this and enjoyed spending time with his father.

He hugged him back and was still giggling as he did so. "Love you too."

he carried him into the living room then sat down on the chair with him. "it'll be awhile before anyone gets up. how about you and me watch a movie or somethin?"

He smiled and nodded. "Okay. That sounds fun." He leaned back as he sat on his lap and waited for him to turn the TV on.

he turned on the tv and made sure it was low enough so it wouldn't wake anyone up. "alright. pick something out."

(let's jump ahead here. at this time raine is 16, garreth is 17 and cyan is 13.)
raine was walking through town and smiling. she loved going into town on the weekends to see anything new or just to get away from her father's harsh training. she still had troubles with the game face power and smash had been pushing her to get control of it.

Mari was in the living room reading a book while a very unhappy Cyan was sitting in the chair with a notebook and a textbook. "Do you have to be in here while I'm doing this?" He seemed to growl and Mari looked over from the book she was reading and gave him a glare. "When you stop bringing home bad grades, I will." She had to watch him when he was doing his homework because if she didn't he would slack off and not do it. Garreth came downstairs and was in a uniform. He attended school in Angelicus because he was able to fit in there better than at the city's school. "Student council meeting. I'll be home by dinner." She smiled and waved at him as he left. "Alright, dear. Have fun and be safe." Cyan then shouted as he was gone. "How come he gets to leave the house before he's done with his homework?" She gave him another glare and pointed her finger at him. "He brings home good grades! I'm about to start keeping you from going to Bronziara for your apprenticeship as a punishment!" Cyan just let out a growl and continued doing his work.
