I saw the first Twilight movie...and I'd watch the others. I mean, I've seen and read things far worse, it's just teen-romance with a lot of angst...but it's so entertaining to make fun of'em.

Believe you me. My sister owns these movies.

I made it about 5 minutes into the first one with a straight face, and basically spent the rest of that film just cracking jokes about the damn thing in order to get through it without getting a headache, and had her cracking up all through it. The second movie is... is...

Hell, I don't even know how to put it.

It's equally retarded, but there's so much less to make fun of because the plot of the second movie appears to be "everyone mopes for 100 minutes, Edward and Bella do inane, retarded a** things for no reason except because the author said so."

You start running out of fresh material fast.

My knowledge of Twilight is that the author had a dream about sparkly vampires, then decided to write books about it.

I wonder if that's how Ian Flemming came up with the idea for James Bond.
