The originals were hosted through SkyDrive, which Gaia probably still hasn't whitelisted for images.

The designs are only available in game, but you can put them on your character, your clothing, or your car.
Billboards, too, if you're lucky.

It's a game called All Points Bulletin. It has a content creator in game that allows you to make your own logos and whatnot using (primarily) primitive shapes and all that.
For fairly obvious reasons, you can't upload your own images.
