Well, its a fairly simple process once you reply to her Yahoo. She'll have your IP address and your email address. From there, she'll use simple check and script which will get her into your email account. Once she's in your email account, she just uses a simple click and type. From there she gets emailed your password.
You'd think Gaia, as large as its became with the younger generation, would adjust their methods so that Hackers (such as me) couldn't beat their system in less than 5 minutes.
