If someone, who has an allergy to chocolate, can have
cocoa- flavored tofu, then there'd be hope of making an
imitation s'more.. lest they're allergic to marshmallows
and graham crackers, as well.
*shivers with dread* ..heaven forbid!
Thanks for sharing this li'l tidbit about soy allergens. And
no- one's mentioned carob to me before. Is this an unsp-
eakable substitute for chocolate?
Here's a li'l tidbit that I can share with you, too. Chocolate
is a by- product of cocoa beans, sugar, and plenty more.
Tofu has practically no presence, so the flavor's all about
what it's combined with, and miso soup is very rich, thus
masking the tofu altogether. Drain your broth and eat a
small piece by itself; you'll see.
There's texture and little more, making the tofu bland yet
certainly not unpleasant to eat.
