yeah, I can roleplay circles around this guy by creatively using a tech; but that doesnt really make a difference... partially because there's no room for creativity when using a tech. What it says it what it does and what it doesnt say it doesnt do also means you cant do that apparently... Also if he DOES hang here - his character Suigetsu is pretty much a really crappy Hedoro knock-off.

My assassin in the guild has a teleportation tech with 3 red Shurikens. He can have one thrown and placed on the battlefield and teleport there as a means of swapping his and the Shuriken's locations.
Now apparently that means I need to throw the Shuriken then and there; and that I cant have pre-placed it.
Which if you ask me sounds like he plays really crappy assassins. Because who wouldnt, in their right mind, have pre-placed a warp point before going into a potential death-zone.
