"I need you to take a message to the owners." Watari replied, finding the area of damage and beginning to sew up the tear along Aled's stomach.
They had kicked him quite hard...
"Ainsu-san and Kaguyo-chan should be in the process of rebuilding... tell them I need them here, with me. Aled-sama's in trouble, and Po-ar... well... Po-ar-kun's a bit occupied at the moment."

This seemed to make the man happy, "Really, Mor-chan?" he asked, feeling quite relieved. "Then... then what is it? Lately, you have been... well... distant..."

Morrigan smiled sadly at this. "All fae get that way sometimes." she answered gently. "I wasn't sure if you loved me... We've hardly spent any time together after all.... but I know now. I'm sorry if I ever doubted you... I was wrong."
Yuki nodded, quickly hopping out the window, taking to the air.
It didn't take her long to get to the theatre.
Kaguyo was still snuggled with Ainsu when the woman arrived, breathless. "Hayaku!!" she looked around frantically, "I need to know where the owners are! Kaguyo-san, Ainsu-san!" she shouted.
"I wonder what's going on?" Kaguyo asked, rising to her feet.

"Then..." Po-ar brightened at this prospect. "It had nothing to do with something I said? Only how insanely busy we've been?"

Ainsu stood, leaving the tent that he and Kaguyo had been inside whilst drawing up plans.
"I'm Ainsu." he said, looking at the woman in confusion. "But I've no idea who you are... what's the problem?"

"Watari-san sent me, I'm his assistant, Aled's been attacked, he needs you and Kaguyo there." Yuki answered quickly, clearly nervous. "They almost died!"
"They?" Kaguyo asked, creeping out behind Ainsu. "Who's they?"
"Shiori, my friend." she answered. "Shiori saved Aled's life."
Morrigan smiled. "Perhaps a bit about my culture, but no, for the most part you're fine." she assured him. "You have any other questions kiddo?"

Ainsu glanced to Kaguyo, "Looks like he's already on the rebound." he spoke before nodding. "Let's go then. Kaguyo, I can't fly without aid... if you wouldn't mind?"

"Just one..." Po-ar replied with a smile.
He stood, moving around the table again before stopping in front of Morrigan.
"I want to know, Mor-chan..." quickly he reached a hand out, grasping the roots of the woman's hair and pulling her head back. "At what price... do you value the life of your dearly beloved?"
Dark laughter erupted around Morrigan. The scenery changed, fading...
All was naught but darkness, pitch black, save a ring of torches around the two.
But it was not Po-ar who held his love.
Oh now...
It was the claw of Konton... the demon reborn... and very much pissed.
Ki and Tarnb-jin cuffs on his wrists, Po-ar was bound to the wall, effectively gagged and forced to watch everything.
"So easily you let your guard down, my dear." the demon laughed before grasping her wrist and shoving one of Morrigan's arms behind her.

Morrigan's eyes widened with shock, her throat tensing to the point she felt like she could barely breathe.
"Po-ar!!" she cried out in pain, trying to struggle free.
Even now, the blue woad tattoos were threatening to curl like kudzu over her skin.
"Y, You're sealed...." she whispered at Konton, wide-eyed. "W...We killed you!"
Kaguyo nodded, picking him up and leading him off.
"I think you might be mistaken." Yuki corrected Ainsu. "He hired us as help... Shiori happened to be around at the same time. I don't think she feels anything short of hatred for the man, but then again, after today..." she shook her head.
She led them back to the palace, seeking out Watari. "Watari-san!! Daijoubu ka?? Doko desu ka??"

"No, you turned me to stone." Konton pointed out, nodding to a few of his nearby minions.
Po-ar's muffled cry rent the air.
Whatever the demons had done, it obviously hurt.
"Now, Mor-chan... I suggest you refrain from calling your goddess. You wouldn't want us to kill your fiance, hmm?" he laughed, pulling the woman close. "You are quite good at kissing, my dear..."

"Lab!" came Watari's voice as he finished stitching up Aled's wounds. He turned, smiling. "Kaguyo-chan, Ainsu-kun... I'm glad you got here so quickly." the scientist was wiping his blood covered hands off. "Aled-sama's out of commission for a while. Mind sticking around, making sure no one takes the throne, that sort of thing?"

Kaguyo nodded. "We should get Kazuhiko here..." she mused softly. "He could help heal and protect... Where's Po-ar?"
Morrigan shuddered, refusing to look at him. "Get off me..." she whispered, "Leave him be...."
Even being this close to the demon was sickening, let alone realizing that she'd been tricked.
She tried to jerk away violently, struggling for freedom. "LET ME GO!"

"Occupied." Watari replied, handing Kaguyo a letter. "One of his PE's sent this to me earlier today."

But Konton wouldn't release her. "Come now, Mor-chan... aren't you happy to see me?" he nodded once more, another muffled cry escaping Po-ar.
The Tarnb-jin Ouji simply couldn't hold back the pain.
A pain that was including shoving small surgical-like daggers into non-vital parts of the body...

Kaguyo opened the letter, quietly starting to read. "But he should know about this..." she argued gently. "What if Aled dies???"
Morrigan glanced to Po-ar, clearly frightened. "What are you doing to him?!" she demanded, "Leave him be!!! Let us go!!"
She was kicking and struggling, utterly incensed; every time Po-ar was hurt, she only grew more furious.
It was almost impossible for her to contain herself. "b*****d!" she shouted, "LEAVE HIM BE!"

"If you can get him to come, be my guest." Watari replied as Ainsu took the letter, reading it.
The playwright shook his head, "Po-ar's love life may be in jeopardy... but this entire planet is at stake..."

Konton smirked, dragging Morrigan over to where Po-ar was chained up. "Just giving him a few more mementos." the demon laughed, forcing Morrigan to look at him.
Blood ran down the Tarnb-jin Ouji's arms and legs, his back and chest bare but, as of now, unharmed.
"You know... I've got you and your husband to be... Now... All I need to finish my business here is your son, and the Saiya-jin woman."

Morrigan's eyes widened. "W...What?!!" she asked in breathless disbelief. "Oh, oh no, no, no, you're not getting Kazuhiko. Po-ar and I might be one thing, but you sure as hell aren't getting our son." she snapped, going so far as to try and fight him.
Feisty little thing, especially when the kid was brought up.
"They'll never come. Kazuhiko can't find us, and he'll see through your tricks. He and Ashuri-chan will kill you." she tossed her head. "I have no doubt of that."
Or free them, at least one of the two.
Kaguyo nodded. "Contact him." she told Watari. "And contact the Fir Darrigs and Kitaria on Earth. They're far away... but Fir once came here. We might have to get their help on this too." she sighed deeply. "We'll have to pay them a hefty price though..."
Shoiri was coming out of anesthetic sleep around this time, gasping at first before calming down.
She was alive.
Holy s**t.
She actually made it through that.
"Yuki-chan??" she called weakly, trying to sit up. "Doko desu ka??"

Konton nodded, "Very well then... I wonder how many knives it will take before something is broken, hmm?"
Jerking at his bonds, Po-ar tried to bite back a new cry of agony as another knife pierced his skin.
"Now... if your son had no ki... no claim nor tie to the Tarnbsei throne... then I'd let him live."

"Watch over Aled-sama," Watari spoke, heading into the next room to try and contact Fir.
Ainsu glanced to Kaguyo. "Po-ar-kun knows better than to simply up and do something like this."

"What are you going to do to Po-ar and I?" Morrigan asked quietly, watching Po-ar gravely.
It was taking all her concentration to hold the goddess back.
"You'll never catch Kazuhiko, no matter how hard you try." she whispered. "He will be your death."
Kaguyo nodded. "I fear something ill has happened." she whispered. "He usually senses when his father or family is hurt, doesn't he?"

"I will let you go free." Konton replied honestly. "But you will be stripped of your ki powers, and he of his birthright." the demon hissed, pulling Morrigan close. "I doubt you will want to remain with someone who can't even defend himself, let alone you, after this little encounter."

Ainsu nodded, "And he's usually here by now... unless something is preventing his portals... some interference here..."
