Damian | I'm all for you getting your stuff back. Though I wish the people who have it now were on so I could inform them. Oh well. You deserve your things back seeing as a lot of older members like Sage and Komen still have their things. I'll get on that as soon as I do some work on Leaf. I should do more than try and give him a run for his money, you're right. But I dunno if I can with just curiosity fueling me. I've never fought for real in this guild. I haven't had motivation to. Sure having my rpc killed would suck but I can always get their stuff back somewhere down the line. Or I could ask politely not to have my stuff taken. And then it doesn't help that I tend to try and scrap with strong older members either. Because I won't feel like a loser for losing so I'd care less about winning. And curiosity only gets me so far. I don't care as much as I should. And I don't think, if there was any way I could win, I'd want to. That'd be kinda scary to have beat Damian. Anyway, that's why I'm such a terrible fighter and can only try and guarantee him a run for his money battle. Lol.
Onto Reaver, you may not think he should get one but I do. Partially because he's my best friend and partially because we're still taking an item from him either way you word it.
AND~ no cap please! I have more than Reaver. XD Jk. But I do have more than him. I've got forty rpc in total right now. They're all weak and I don't really fight with them. I just like having a lot of different stories that I can pick and choose to type. What about a cap on the amount of rpc one can have with Special stuff?

Hedoro | Do you honestly think the Naruto series places any title base don sex? Tsunade is a Sannin, so shouldn't it be a universal term?
Grim | What do you mean, make a new Announcement for the Clan Change, or a Sticky or what? Just throw it on the announcements and have everybody PM the mods their clan changes?
And about the Cap, it's not my call. And about Reaver getting a Special weapon... just give him the sharpened stick. Kidding. I'll take a look.
EDIT: A cap on Special items? I guess you didn't see the achievement "Own more than 10 Special Items" It's unlimited, but you have to get cleared to have one, unlike characters. You have to earn the special weapons and such.

Element: Who said anything about gender? I'm pretty sure there's like a half-dozen 'san's in the Japanese language. (A translation site lists San as meaning any of: Mr/Mrs, acid, three, sun or cut down.) So if the term Sannin meant 'cutting down ninja' compared to 'three ninja', that's what I wasn't sure of. Since I never saw the kanji for Sannin, I don't know. Mythic: I think you used that shadow explosion thing, not sure if that was a Nara tech or a made-up. Element | Never mind. I'll take care of the topic. I was thinking of making a topic where members can post their rpcs information in the same style they would for a rebirth in the Profiles area. I'll put it in the Mod Forum. He can't have the Sharpened Stick!!! I reserved that item already. Give him the 'Cool Looking Rock' item. 3nodding Hm. True, true. But I was throwing anything out there except for a rpc limiter. >w<
Speaking of the Mod forum, it needs a little cleaning up. So much stuff. @.@

Mythic | A Made-Up can still be a Shadow Clan technique, since it's unique to you. I don't think you're out of this yet.

Element: True but if that were the case then no one else at all except for naras could learn it which isnt the case. It doesnt use my nara skills anyways just my chakra :p
