Anyways, I thank the both of you for admitting my awesomeness, XD.
But Lilly, I actually did nothing except changing the picture, noting that it was Jade's only warning in her first comment, actually I could help you with anything, just ask for it and I'll help. Actually I wish I knew what is going in Cobra's guild, but I'm only a member, do you need any help there? Well, we're currently recreating all the canon bloodline/clans as well as trying to come up with some custom bloodline/clans. Custom summons would also be greatly appricated so I guess you could work on any of those. If you perfer something more specify, I suggest talking to Cobra. Well, I have two custom Bloodlines/Clans made originaly by me, as well as an Hawk/Falcon Summoning. Do you want me to post the three here? Sure, and then we can see if any editing needs to be done with them.

Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan :Kiraku Clan/ Guregan (Grey Eye) History : The Kiraku Clan is an pretty old Clan,though its abilities are shown lately.The members of this Clan,since from the start were wise,more than the others.Even the kids of the Clan were interested in many things,thats how the old members of this Clan went.But,as the knowledge over Chakra was added,and also it was more visible on Shinobi.A new unique thing was born in the Kiraku Clan,most people called this Guregan,since when the members of the Clan used the ability,their eyes turned gray-ish color.The members had the ability to analize anything,from the kernel of sand to elephant(its a metaphor).They could analize everything,poison,and even the skeleton structure of a living being.Their eyes were like X-Rays,and by having this ability,they were interested in all things,not do they only analize only chakra and Jutsu,but everything they see.This is why most of the Clan members are Medical Shinobi. Abilities : You will understand while you read the Description of the Stages. Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan : 1. The user will be interested in everything, will analyze verything around them. 2. The user cannot see through Genjutsu, which means the Genjutsu will fool the Guregan. 3. All of the members should be in the Medical Ninja Class. 4. There exist Poisons that fool the Guregan Weakness : -Every bad moment will be recorded and the user won't be able to forget it,in all of his life.Meaning that he can be sadded and depresive all the time. -The user records also the Genjutsu effects used on him/her,and when remembered can be caused confuseness. -The second and third stage do cause chakra,while the first one is permanent -The users of this bloodline seem not to have a special affinity to genjutsu. Jutsu Name:Night Vision Rank : D Elemental Ethnicity :None Description :When the Night Vision is activated, the user will be able to see through Darkness, though this is only for 5 Posts. Levels of Kekkei Genkai : Stage 1This is the passive stage,so the user doesn't have to activate anything,its activated from the start.The details of the enviroment will be memorized and the next time the user sees that object it will be recognized within a second,even complicated shapes.It can be said that these eyes hold their own memory,as they are able to recognize something they have seen years ago.Another ability of these eyes is that they can see at complete darkness,unless its a genjutsu,they have the Night Vision Ability which can be activated at night and their sight will be changed into a green one which enables them to see the same eficiency,in sun and darkness.Stage 2The second stage doesn't need a rank to be achieved,but the user needs to have analyzed at least 5 other jutsu.In this stage the user has already gained an amazing chakra control and the eye enables him/her to see chakra and the chakra flow in shinobi. Also the analyzing of an object has become more simply and efficient,now the user can analyze the substance of which the object is made and even its weak point.In overall the analyzing skills of the user have gotten so far that they can define even the substance of a poison and find a cure for it.This is why alot of ninja who hold the Guregan's second stage are medical ninja.Another reason of it is that these eyes can define the damage in a beings body,helping them to heal it.Stage 3This stage can be achieved only when the user has gained the Jonin Rank,has seen 5 different fighting styles and analyzed another 10 jutsu's.This stage is the final and most advanced stage of this bloodline of course.Till to this point the user has seen alot of styles,jutsus and weaponry and it can be said that the user is already a genius.The user now may learn another element.His eye sight has increased for another 50 percent and the skills of finding and sensing chakra have gotten better too.The analyzing skills have reached the seeming un-reachable level,beeing able to find the direction a projectile is going to and even the way it has gone through.The user has learned all the anatomy of the human body.Now being able to hit the opponent in the right place with a chakra scalpel and completely stop the movement of the muscle for a specific time.The eyes have gotten a X-Ray effect,able to see broken bones,ripped muscles and other wounds in the inner body,this enables a shinobi to be a perfect Medical Ninja.

This is the first Bloodline, It's in another format. Change or add anything you wish, also ask em freely about anything. I also have a Custom Taijutsu Style and Weapon Style as well, both are posted in VR from before also. The custom summon: Hawk Summoning Hawk Summoning: The Hawk Summoning is the Signature Summoning of the Kiraku Clan, used mainly for tracking, also acting as the user's Two other eyes. They are seldom used in fights, and often at mission's. This Summoning generates from Leaf, since being on of the Villages with most problems, they needed to create such Summonings. The Hawks have very sharp claws, and also have very good sight.  Hitori:Hitori is the youngest Hawk, he is known for its tracking ability with his nose. His face resembles a reptile, and heis very good in stealth. Being the youngest, he does more than he thinks, that's why most Hawks should be with him at any time. Though, he's still very good. Special Abilities: Hitori is Special at the masking Ability, like said before, he's great in Stealth. He can use his feathers, which recover very fast to act as masking. He cannot fly so high yet, but will for sure as he grows up. Also, his "tail" which is something more special, can grow in spikes, protecting him, similar to Needle Jizo.  Himori: Being Hitori's older brother, Himori is normally more skilled than Hitori. His body pigments are somewhat difficult to be thought, his lower body is black, while the upper brown. He is wise, and thinks before fighting. Special Abilities Himori, using chakra will be able to sharpen his claws, when he does, Reitenmaru will also use his Weapon Style to sharpen his katana, such, they will do a great Combo. He flies high, and is known for the tracking ability of sound. 
Floha: Floha is older than Himori, though it cannot be said that she's stronger than him. Special in her is her wings, they are large. She can use that in many aspects, inculding fight here.
Special Abilities:
Floha, due to her wings is able to fly faster and higher by gripping them flat to her body, similar to a rocket, she will bend at the target. They way she tracks someone is with her watching sense. Another ability of her is to use chakra and actually sharpen the Feathers on the Wings, acting as blades.
Heki: The Chakra-based Hawk, Heki is the oldest from all listed above. His way of tracking is with Chakra, he's really good at using Chakra.
Special Abilities:
Heki, is thought to have the Guregan, though, most say that it's unable for a Summoning to have a Bloodline, in real, he has no Guregan. In fact, he uses a Chakra Sense to Track someone by the color of chakra, it's able to use Fuuton Techniques up to Chuunin.
Trucio:Trucio, being a name of a Male mainly, unlike her name, is a Female. She is small and whatever, but is very strong, she is able to break a bone or several or even kill using Chakra in her claws. She has the Elements Fuuton and Katon.
Special Ability:
Chakra Enhanced Strength, She will be able to use Fuuton and pick up scent as tracking ability. She can use Fuuton and Katon up to B-Rank.

Allow me to reiterate what was said regarding all submissions into 'The Unknown Path' / 'The Path Unknown' (still undecided on which to use)
I will not allow ANY COPYING of ANY SORT from another guild, or source that is not leafninja, or something from like narutopedia.
This means that simply changing a picture, IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
This means that changing a few words around IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
This means that all ideas must be ORIGINAL CONCEPTS. If the Byakugan's second stage is not YOUR ORIGINAL WORK or a CANONICAL ABILITY... IT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
...the new guild needs to be in no way shape or form accused of copying from any other guild in style, wording, original concept. If I find any complaints from any other guilds about any form of possible copying. I will check the "original" source agaisnt our own and if I deem it has been copied... The entry on our side will be removed and any RPC using it will have to be reformatted... and the user posting it will be Harshly dealt with (possibly banned)

Cobra have you decided whether or not to remove the paths from the Rinnegan bloodline? Just to let you know I would support you in that decision, mainly because the paths are pretty OP and probably won't be played properly.
Also if possible I'd like to submit my own Rinnegan Bloodline post just for viewing, to see if it's alright. I think I may have some idea's to replace the Six Paths.

Yeah, I do plan to remove the paths, though I would like to see your eyes to the additional abilities of a Rinnegan user.
perhaps we could take the Abilities of the Paths and change them into Custom jutsu which you can learn based on your rank.

Personally I think the eyes are one of the most important parts of the Rinnegan but I'm also in the opinion they have one of the strongest supernatural eyesight in the series. Because I want the eyes to fit the concept of rebirth I was planning on creating some new Doujutsu techniques.
I have a few ideas already in mind. One of them is involves influencing/controlling unconscious ninja as long as they remain unconscious. Another is a sort of 'Realistic Replacement' that allows the user to return to a faraway, secure location while a deceased corpse under the effects of an advanced transformation is left dead. The latter is merely a spin-off of one of Pain's own jutsu.
I'll find time to shoot you a few ideas and if you like them we can try to build up a few jutsu for use.

Well here is my dreaded experimental Rinnegan format. It still has some rules and descriptions to be filled out but I hope it can be considered as a prototype~The RinneganSacred, Rare, Revered
History
The Rinnegan (輪廻眼; Literally meaning "Samsara Eye") is said to be the most revered and powerful of all the three great dōjutsu. The Rinnegan's occurrence is so rare that many believed its existence was only a legend while others believed it to be only a mutation. There have thus far been only two known users: the Sage of the Six Paths and Nagato.
The Rinnegan is the blood inheritance limit of Rokudou Sennin (Six Realms Sage) and his descendants. Rokudou Sennin was viewed as the original shinobi and his Doujutsu was regarded as the most venerable of the three great Doujutsu. Usage of the Rinnegan was said to give the user mastery over all six forms of chakra nature manipulation. The true extent of the Rinnegan's abilities are currently unknown.
The Rinnegan is characterized by a ripple-like pattern around the pupil, with a grayish-purple iris and sclera. The Rinnegan is capable of detecting chakra and changes in chakra patterns in an individual, much like the Sharingan, but cannot track movements or learn techniques as they can. Like the Byakugan, the Rinnegan has the ability to see through obstructions such as walls or trees, but they do not have the telescopic sight or 360 degree vision of the Byakugan.
In addition to enabling the user to quickly master various jutsu, the user may also use all six forms of chakra nature transformation and the ability to learn 1 additional ninjutsu of each element per rank [5 Jutsu extra jutsu per rank] beyond the normal limits of your Ninja Class. The Rinnegans ability to detect chakra makes Genjutsu less effective against the user thus allowing them to see through the illusion fair easier. When trapped in a Genjutsu, the user's stamina drain is equivalent to one rank below the rank of the Genjutsu used against them. However, the user is unable to learn ninjutsu or genjutsu techniques above their own rank. The Rinnegan also allows the user to perform special 'Gravity' Ninjutsu, completely unique to the user.
Attribute
The Rinnegan allows the user see each individual clone's field of vision, coordinating the bodies with extremely precise planning, even during battles. Due to this effect, unlike the Byakugan, the Rinnegan does not have a blind spot, as long as the bodies are looking in every direction or at least one body is looking at the desired target. Because of this advantage, an opponent must blind one body, or distract all others in order for a blind spot to be opened.

- However, the user is unable to learn ninjutsu or genjutsu techniques above their own rank.
- There will be no Paths for the Rinnegan wielder to control.

Techniques Ukojizai no Jutsu - Fierce Raining at WillRank: - Not yet determined Range: Mid (5-10 meters) Type: Supplementary A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with Pain's own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to Pain's senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone not of the village, the existence of the intruder can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until Pain uses the seal to cancel it. Pain makes it rain every Sunday in Amegakure, or whenever he has to leave the village. Shoten no Jutsu-Shapeshifting Technique Rank: B-A Range: Long(10m ~ 15m) Type: Supplementary This technique allows Pain to turn a human sacrifice into an exact copy of someone else, with all of their abilities, weapons, strength, memories, and personality. The original can control the copy remotely until the copy is killed, at which point the copy returns to their original appearance. The original must give a percentage of their chakra to the copy when it is created, and are then limited by that amount when the copy uses jutsu. This technique was used on Yura and Mukade and transformed them into Itachi Uchiha and Kisame Hoshigaki respectively. Fuuton: Repussho-Wind Release: Violet Wind Palm Rank: C Range: Mid(0m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. The jutsu used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times. --------- Suiton-Mizurapa Rank: D-C Range: Mid(0m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Description: Water gushes out from the mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases. Having many variations, this is a basic Water Release technique.  Shinra Tensei-Heavenly Subjugation of the Omnipresent God (Almighty Push)* Rank: B Range: Close(0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Description: Shinra Tensei is the ability to manipulate gravity at the users will to repulse matter away. Depending on the amount of force Nagato puts in this Jutsu, it can easily shatter wood, bones, and stone. By using this technique as a defensive measure, all attacks directed to the user will be deflected, no matter the size, power or mass(unless they are A rank or stronger). The only downside to this technique is that there is a short period when it is unusable after being used, though only for roughly five seconds (2 posts) Bansho Tenin-Heavenly Attraction of All of Creation (Universal Pull)* Rank: B Range: Close(0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplmentary/Defensive/Offensive Description: Banshō Ten'in is a technique similar to Shinra Tensei in that it manipulates gravity at the users will, however instead of pushing objects away, it draws them close.   Nikudan Hari Sensha - Spiked Human Bullet Tank

Nikudan Hari Sensha is a Taijutsu technique used by the Akimichi clan. A modification of the normal Nikudan Sensha, the clan member will use sharp edges to deal greater damage to their target. This has been seen in two ways. One way is to surround their body with a loose chain of kunai or edged weapons. When their body is enlarged, the chain becomes taught which allows them to increasing the rotation speed and destruction when they roll. The other style takes advantage of clan member's long hair. By using their chakra to harden their hair, they become a rotating ball of spikes, which will slice into anyone or anything which gets close.
  Nikudan Sensha - Human Bullet Tank

Nikudan Sensha is a Taijutsu technique used by the Akimichi clan. After using the Baika no Jutsu technique to modify their body into a large sphere shape, the clan member draws their limbs into the main spherical body. Next they launch their body into the air and begin to spin at a high rate of speed. Launching himself at the target, the fast spinning prevents most incoming projectile attacks from landing, instead they bounce off with little effect. Any direct attack the opponent uses with their body would result in the crushing of their attackers bones.
  Bubun Baika no Jutsu - Partial Multi-Size Technique

Bubun Baika no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Akimichi clan. Using this technique the clan member can alter the size of their body. Highly skilled clan members can alter the size of their body to a large scale with little trouble. Those with lesser skills can use the Houren (Spinach) pills. Taking the second pill allows them to accomplish the partial multi-size skill if they could not normally attain it. With this skill the clan member will enlarge one of their limbs. This allows them to stretch and cause a more powerful impact against their targets.
  Chou Harite - Super Open Hand Slap

Chou Harite is a taijutsu technique which is used in conjunction with the Akimichi clan's Baika no Jutsu. After increasing their body size, the clan member will focus a special chakra to their palms. They will then slam their palms directly into their opponent below, smashing them into the ground.
  Choudan Bakugeki - Butterfly-Bomb Bombardment

Choudan Bakugeki is a taijutsu technique which utilizes the red Akimichi hyourougan pill. This pill should only be used as a last resort by the ninja. Once ingested, the ninja will immediately burn off all the calories within their body turning it into chakra. For the Akimichi clan and their large girth, it can burn enough calories to give them 100 times their normal strength. When the clan member focuses all their chakra to one hand, it will carry an explosive amount of impact when it connects on their opponent.
  Chou Baika no Jutsu - Super Multi-Size Technique

After the user swallows a great amount of water to make themselves into a human-sized ball, they tuck their limbs inside their clothes and use chakra to propel themselves into a powerful roll. The added water gives the user extra weight, causing more damage to the opponent and area. This is an excellent technique to use against Water Release users as it not only nullifies their attack but also turns it against them.

This clan from Konoha Village is known for its ties to the canine species. Many members have a canine familiar who acts as a partner to the clan member. Also clan members can use jutsus to take on canine-like abilities.
Inuzuka Clan Jutsu
  Dynamic Marking (Dainamikku Maakingu)

Type: Supplementary
Dynamic Marking is a technique used by the Inuzuka clan. When their canine partners release a stream of urine on their target, the clan member can use their excellent sense of smell to locate their target no matter where they are. The urine itself is more dangerous than normal urine, because of its burning and strong sticky qualities.
This technique is mainly used as a set up for the Soutourou technique. When the clan member and canine familiar are spinning at such high speeds they are unable to see where they are going, but by using their nose they are able to locate their target with little trouble.
  Shikyaku no Jutsu - Four-Legged Technique

Juujin Bunshin is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka clan. First the clan member and the familiar may ingest a soldier pill to help their strength and stamina. Then, acting in conjunction with the clan member, the canine familiar will transform themself into a copy of the clan member. While in this form they can accomplish many of the same techniques as the original.

Tsuuga is a variation of Gatsuuga, a Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. This version will just involve one individual clan member utilizing the spinning attack. The fast rotation will cause a damaging impact on their opponent or an nearby object when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, the ninja can rotate and strike from multiple angles.

Gatsuuga is a supreme Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. After the familiar transforms into a copy of the clan member, both the familiar and ninja will begin a spinning attack. The preferred time to attack is when their opponent is showing an opening. Using this chance the fast rotating of the two attackers will cause a damaging impact on their opponent when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, both attackers are able to rotate and strike from multiple angles.
  Garouga - Dual Wolf Fang

Garouga is one of the ultimate Taijutsu techniques of the Inuzuka Clan. The technique is a super-spin and it uses up a massive amount of chakra, rendering the ninja and his dog almost helpless should the technique fail.
The clan member familiar will first mark their target with the Dainamikku Maakingu technique. Then by using Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge, the clan member and his partner will transform into the Soutou Rou, "Two-Headed Wolf." This huge beast has several advantages, the saliva it emits will make it difficult for their opponent to find footing in the surrounding area. The large size of the beast also causes large amounts of penetrating damage when it begins its spin. Unfortunately they spin so fast they are unable to keep track of their vision. So they must entirely rely on their nose and the urine marking. If Garouga connects with the target, the opponent is ripped to pieces. Also even if they do not connect directly, the surrounding shockwaves will slice into the enemy.
